have wasp problem, called and talked to Ryan. He gave advice for me to handle the wasp nest after confirming the type of wasp is not most harmful. He mentioned that the kind of wasp I saw is common and not seriously needed a team to purposely visit my house to clear it, can save that money up.This kind of act is not common for a business person and I do appreciate his help and advice. Manage to handle the wasp nest after that, problem solved without spending a cent.

Ryan and his team are friendly, helpful responsive and knowledgeable in their field. Our regular specialist (Ah Xiong) is detailed and diligent with the monthly routine inspections. Scheduling and post-service reports are all well-logged, and processes are run efficiently yet with personal attention as and when required. Ryan and team are also very helpful in providing practical tips and advice along the way. Sometimes with their keen observation they also point out other issues, like seepage or minor defects, which go beyond their scope. Very satisfied with their service. Thank you Autopest.
