I am extremely pleased with my treatment at BMJ Clinic, where Nicole served as my physiotherapist. Nicole demonstrated a high level of professionalism and kindness throughout our sessions. She conducted thorough assessments and effectively alleviated my lower back pain using hands-on techniques and exercises. Her instructions for the exercises were clear and straightforward, and she ensured that I remembered them correctly. I highly recommend Nicole to anyone in need of physiotherapy!

I had four sessions with Nicole for an injury. She worked with me on exercises to both target the injury and to address the underlying causes that led to it, to help prevent re-occurrence. I really appreciated how she did not push for more sessions than were necessary and gave me variations that I could do at home without needing extra equipment. Very friendly and helpful staff, happy with my experience here :)

Ruth is extremely knowledgeable about the human anatomy and will actually prescribe exercises that are super effective in targeting the painful areas. She's patient in every session and will always ensure that there is no pain in the previous sections exercise or the take-home exercises. Highly recommend Ruth Low! I saw her for 4 months and my recovery is 90%. Already discharged from the program but need to do my own stretches and strengthening that she recommended.

I was referred to BMJ Physiotherapy after my knee replacement operation. My senior physiotherapist, Mr. Lim Ding Zhi was very professional in dealing with my rehabilitation journey. He was patient, attentive to any concerns that I raised during the sessions and was very competent in every sessions that I had with him. I'm really grateful to have Nicole as my physiotherapist. You will see that she is very kind, thoughtful, patient, respectful and empathetic. Just in general, great bedside manners! She listens intently to my issues/progress every session and asked me a lot of questions to do a thorough assessment. I feel heard when I see her. hurt my shoulder playing sports and was looking for a way to get back to my full capacity with competitions upcoming physio hwee koon made me feel super confident in getting back to sports asap. my shoulder already feels almost back to normal and ive already been discharged by bmj in 3 sessions in my experience, bmj doesnt recommend anything that you dont need and aims to get you back to full strength in as little sessions as possible which worked out great for a student athlete like myself:)

My personal progress with BMJ was one that is beyond my expectation. I fell twice this year even before I could recover from my 1st fall. I count my blessings to be treated by physio therapist, Ding Zhi . I told him my goal was to be able to continue to play badminton /table tennis leisurely. During my weekly physio sessions he taught & explain things to me that I never ever knew. He customized weekly work out for me to carry on at home till my recovery were significant enough to move on to activate those collapsed muscles so to speak before adding more challenges to it. Mainly to correct & adapt physically in stages & further developed the weakness. He also considered the daily functionality in ones daily living which I really appreciated. With each session l could few the improvement. What I could not move with ease had incredible decreased to none. This is phenomenal ! Truly I am grateful to Ding Zhi for his diligent and initiative in his weekly treatment that led me to a full recovery . I am bless with every 45 mins of physio therapy sessions and of course as he has emphasized my due diligent too that work hand in hand to this phenomenal recovery. Thank you once again to Ding Zhi . I was diagnosed with IT band syndrome and could not go down stairs without pain. I popped into BMJ in Ang Mo Kio and made an appointment with Ding Zhi. Ding Zhi listened, watched, manipulated and gave me 3 different exercises to work on by myself until our next appointment. Before I left the clinic, Ding Zhi took the time to make sure I knew how to do the exercises correctly. On my second visit, he again listened, then took the time to watch me attempt step climbing and once more, I left the clinic with 3 new exercises By my third visit, I was able to attempt walking down low steps without any pain. Once again, 3 more customised exercises for my homework and I am pleased to say 3 sessions with Ding Zhi did it👍👍👍 Thank you again. Started my shoulder physio in July at BMJ AMK with physiotherapist Darek Lam. I came with a fractured shoulder and was recommended by a specialist. Throughout my physio sessions, Darek was patient and very experienced in knowing when and how much to push my exercises. He was friendly and warm and very encouraging and I was confident in what he recommended me to do. I’m almost 95% recovered and all thanks to Darek’s professional guidance. He is satisfied with my progress and has since discharged me which I am so happy about cos I can now use his recommended exercises to continue on my own. I started with an inability to raise my hands to now, being able to do many movements and with strength. I am grateful for all the help and guidance. The counter staff, Cecilia is also very friendly, cheerful and warm. I would recommend BMJ AMK if you need to see a physiotherapist.
