My monthly go-to. without it, my body is a wreck. Been seeing therapist Nadya since I first started. She’s amazing. Really helps in releasing all the tensed muscles from head to toe. The cracking sounds and the stretches really really helps. Try it once, and you’ll be addicted to it.

Prior to my session with Liyanna, I was experiencing sharp pain at my lower back area. Liyanna did oil massage to relax the muscles at the area. She carefully adjusted me after the massage.
