I got my sports massage and the sport therapist is professional and friendly. 👍 He helped me with great relief for my lower leg pain especially on my right hip joint and knee joint and relieve muscle tension. The place is clean and nice atmosphere which make the session enjoyable and relaxing. Highly recommended!

So glad my favourite physio has found a new home. I’ve been with him for a few years, after a lot of experience with many different experts. He understands my body like no other (even-though it has been through so much e.g. scoliosis, sports injury, disc protrusion and upper cross syndrome) and takes the time & energy to investigate my problem and listen to my lived experience. I feel better after every session and continue to have better control over my musculoskeletal functions. Also, his sports massage is 💯 - definitely knows his stuff (can hear him recite complexed anatomy while getting to the deepest, most obscure muscles).

The muscle relief sports massage is truly top-notch, and the clinic's ambience is fantastic—clean, calming, and welcoming. Not only did they effectively address my muscle issues, but they also provided valuable guidance on maintaining correct working posture while at work, or just when I am simply standing. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone seeking professional care in town area, with a clean and comfortable environment. I'll definitely be returning for future sessions!
