Wanted to buy smartpacs. They integrated with cheers and even functionalised the cheers cashier counter as a popdrop point. It looked innovative and modern. I could literally grab the smartpacs that I wanted, make payment and leave the in 5minutes, but their Cheers counter couldn't handle payments for their packing materials. Ended up having to take a queue number to pay at the Singpost counter. Best of all, when it was my turn, their system was down so I couldn't pay by card. Just about sums up my experience.

For some dumb reason, the SAM kiosk is now not located in the 24/7 lobby. Wasted my time going there to buy stamps.

I came in late about 8pm with a large return item from shopee that does not fit in the Pop station. One of the staff Pauline saw that and despite the store having just closed, she assisted me with the item return via the counter. I am so glad that SingPost has such wonderful and dedicated staff. 👍

Fantastic service, came on 13sept. The Indian lady at door has an eye for detail. Asking me to not key in my number when she saw me resetting my phone. The friendly uncle at counter 1 delivered a seamless customer experience

sent 2 packages — Germany & Korea. good & helpful staff service and fast queue on Thu @12pm. 10% discount applies when ezy2ship shipment declaration is done online — this CAN be done at the post office (the staff are very helpful to help you through the entire process)! Minus 30min of packing at there, i took ~1hr in the post office. please bring your own masking tape & scrap paper (as stuffings) to save $ when packing your packages.

First time sending parcel overseas and the staff is professional and friendly to guide me on the various options available - type of packing box /envelope for your item, bubble wrap to fill the empty space, additional insurance, speed of delivery depending on the option you select etc. Slowly you will see the cost of sending an item overseas creep up when you add up all the "options". You even have to pay for your own tape to seal the box! Interesting lesson learnt - next time probably should pack your item back home to cut down on the "unnecessary" cost.
