Just completed in Dec 2024! Well manicured grounds and resort like ambience. Side gate that opens out along Brookvale Walk to main road at Clementi Road. About 5-10min walk. There is a bit of a slope on Brookvale Walk so whilst it is a straight road, it is not flat all the way.
