Before I found Jenn and Ray, I was optimistic about an agency. Well-spoken, but the results were quite disappointing. Later, my husband found Jenn and Ray. They were really professional and had a variety of marketing strategies. Our ideal selling price was not cheap, but they did not force or hint us to sell at a low price. Instead, they kept thinking of ways to bring customers to view the house until we reached our ideal selling price. They won't talk too much, but they will surprise you with their actual actions.
