A&W at Bird Paradise is a perfect spot to take a break and enjoy some classic, nostalgic flavors! We ordered 9 pieces of their fried chicken ($38.40)—it was salty, crispy, and well-seasoned, perfect for those who like their chicken flavorful. We also tried the onion rings ($5.60), French fries ($5.10), and, of course, a root beer float ($5.50), which brought back great memories! Just a heads-up: there’s no 20% discount with the "Friend of Wildlife" membership here, but the food quality and service were great. Definitely recommend stopping by for a treat during your visit!

Finally managed to dine in A&W long after its re-opening in Singapore. The order process is swift and simple. Chose and paid for meals checked out at self-ordering kiosk, then collect the root beers at their drink station. Wait for the order to be called up by the buzzer that you picked up at the kiosk. I kinda like the mozarella burger but it was lacking lettuce. The Beary Meal bucket is very useful for packing knowing that kids won't finish their meals in one sitting. There is plenty of kids chairs for families with toddlers. 8/10 will visit the place again some day.

This is the best A&W in Singapore overlooking to the lush garden of Bird Paradise 🐦🦜🕊️ 🌲 🌺 It opens until 8pm. When the park closes at 6pm, many customers will flock into A&W. The staff were friendly. For the attractions' staff, each could order 1 staff meal.

Food was great for a first time visit! The staff was friendly and told us what the popular items were! We ordered the mozza burger and hotdog which were the recommendations and it did not go wrong! The mozza burger was juicy with many ingredients inside! Root beer is a must get as it pairs well with the burger and served in a frozen glass! Environment was crowded and noisy as it was the lunch time on the weekends

Ordering is via kiosk and buzzer to collect food. The 2 pcs golden aroma chicken set comes with curly fries & root beer with ice cream. Fried chicken only 1 taste Golden Aroma, no spicy flavour. Portion just nice & taste good.

We came in and were unfamiliar with the menu so took a long time to figure it out. This server came by real friendly and not rushing us even when it was crowded, also showed us the kids menu which we didn’t know. When we were short of a drink delivered, she helped us with the order. Much appreciated!!! The food was hot and tasty too!! New menu looks good!

It is a very nice outlet, facing alot of green. Farah, one of the staff, greeted us with lots of warmth and she spoke to us in dialects, Chinese ,English , though she is a Malay. She is very talented! The ice cream float help us to cool down.

My friend’s family and mine visited the Bird Paradise on 29 Mar 24. It was a hot day and the place was jam-packed. All we needed were some seats & air-con (more than food). So we walked out to A&W. There was a queue at A&W; nevertheless, we were pleasantly surprised by the amazing service provided, particularly by staff Farah. She single-handedly managed those queuing outside the restaurant and efficiently got seats for everyone in the shortest time possible. (This has never happened in any fast food outlet.) And Farah did this with a smile on her face and genuine courtesy in her heart. Occasionally, she was seen behind the drinks and food counters too—helping other staff. The most heartening part was that she was fasting (as it’s the Ramadan season), yet she had the most energy to move swiftly from one end of the restaurant to the other to get as much guests seated as possible and even to make small talk with guests. Farah is indeed a true role model for frontline service. Our service sectors only need a few more Farahs to make our part of the world a better place.

Farah was quick to step in and assist my group when we had abit of problem with the ordering kiosk. Her warm attitude made us feel at home and she went above and beyond to ensure that our special request was taken care of by reminding the cooking crew. She truly made our day.
