Fish balls, fish cakes, hergiao and veggie ingredients are fine and broth is decent. However the prawn noodles sauce is very salty and prawns are powdery and mushy.

Warmed by their amazing service. I had tripped and spilled my takeaway on the way out, and am incredibly grateful that they helped to repack and top-up my soup. Handmade Hergiao Set with meepok (6/10) Decent bowl of minced pork noodles. Their dry noodles are not the springy type, but on the softer side, but still firm. Coated with black sauce and fried onions. There were 2 slices of abalone. Admittedly, I spilled most of the soup and minced pork. My topped up soup had a white reddish base that was slightly sweet. Ingredients come with an assortment of lean minced pork, large slice of pork belly, balls and handmade fishcakes. What stood out was their fishcakes that were fragrant and spiced. The hergiao in mention has a smooth gelatinous skin, and definitely filled with well seasoned fish. It has a slight peppery kick from white pepper.

One of my favourite fishball noodles in the hood. Rare to find handmade fish dumplings and they are delicious. Minus 1-star because the Handmade fish dumpling noodles only come with ONE dumpling. Not great value given the name and its price.
