Came on the 1st of march! (Needs reservation) The food IS AMAZING and its really affordable for fine dining (for the students to practice and for experience!) Food took quite some time but its alright since they are still learning! The soup of the day was really flavourful and fragrant! Totally recommend as well as their appetiser, the szechuan chicken Chef would also come out to ask which i thought was great! Severs was friendly as well and the drink of the day is really one of the best drinks i have ever drank! Thank you ~ would come back again

Came here today on a Friday expecting to enjoy my dinner and I definitely did! Food was served and cooked by ITE students and was awesome! The service was efficient and polite. The students tried their best and I could see the effort! 👍Environment was very lively and cozy. As I had dinner with my family and close relatives, they had also commented that the food was good and would come back again! Like I mentioned earlier, I ate with my relatives too, so due to this COVID situation, we had to seat at different tables which was not very ideal. That’s the only downside to it! Otherwise, everything else is superb and would recommend to my friends and other relatives in the future!

Bear in mind that these are students in training and that the teachers are at hand to give instructions. The food is interesting. Ambience and service is good. Plating is great, food came pretty.

Found this place at ITE bukit batok. Great concept which provides the real life training ground for the school of hospitality students from waiting to cooking to restaurant operations. Ordered two course lunch sets which included one main course and one dessert which cost $12 - if you order premium mains then there are add-ons eg ribeye steak +$3. Food did not taste that great (somehow as expected) but the avocado creme Brulee was great. No GST and no service charge. You can really see the teachers and students in training mode ;) Customers will be given a survey form to feedback and rate how they do on all aspects. Giving 4 stars as an encouragement.

10 course Asian menu at ITE College West today at $40nett/pax (see menu in photo). All students' dishes. Red ruby with coconut ice cream and Smoked salmon with laksa sauce are our favourites. Lamb was also not bad.

Good value fine dining and students are usually eager to pleass but their recent flavours of asia menu was a bit pricier compared to others. $35 inclusive of a cocktail but we left hungry... Food was not enough. Panna cotta was delightful though.

Set lunch - Had hk style zha jiang mian, i feel taste nothing related to the usual, but is not bad... and nicely presented. Restaurant is big, clean and with big window view area. All students look very smart with their nicely pressed uniform. Very attentive and polite.

Okok only. Would not recommend the cocktails. The ingredients are horrible. Rather eat at a western hawker. Service is expectedly awkward - they're young students.
