I recently visited Belle-Ville Cafe in VivoCity and was thoroughly impressed by their seasonal special, the tiramisu pancakes. These pancakes were a delightful surprise, perfectly soft and fluffy, generously topped with a rich fresh cream sauce. I added a scoop of matcha ice cream, which I recommend requesting to be served separately due to its potent flavor that doesn't mesh well with the coffee tiramisu. Despite the potential clash in bitterness, the overall experience was delicious. The staff at Belle-Ville were friendly and accommodating, promptly serving both iced and hot water upon request. The prices are reasonable, and they also offer some savoury options like sandwiches and fries. Do check out some member promotions to shave a little off the bill. Nevertheless, due to the cafe's small size, it's easier to get a seat for smaller groups of two rather than larger ones. Overall, a delightful experience for anyone craving fluffy souffle style pancakes with a Japanese twist.

It has been a long time since I’ve eaten pancakes, it tasted more soufflé than the previous time. I was quite disappointed by the small serving of the azuki red bean to be honest (two servings feel like one), but I really enjoyed the exceptional service by the staff. They really made us feel like home. Tiramisu pancake really gives the Xmas vibes. But I really missed their matcha pancakes with azuki from the last time, and hope they bring it back.

Pancakes were as good as they looked. They were light and fluffy and with the sauces drizzled, whipped cream accompanied, they were heavenly. Even the spaghetti were delicious too especially the mentaiko cream pasta. Seating area is a little small. Staff is friendly and attentive.

This shop is tucked away at the newest area in Vivo City level 1. I’ve always walked past it but finally decided to give it a shot as there weren’t many food options open before 10am. I was delighted to know that there were more than just pancakes on the menu. The coffee has a rich aroma and is on par with its neighbor, Tiong Bahru Bakery. My nephew loved his kid’s pancake, and I enjoyed my spinach curry with omelette. As for the Classic Napolitan Spaghetti, it was much sweeter than usual spaghetti and we would have preferred if it had less sugar. The sandwich was average. Service staff was friendly and I wouldn’t mind coming back to try the pancakes for myself with a cup of coffee.

Brought my littlest one here to celebrate her 9th birthday, and boy were we not disappointed! The food were only prepared upon ordering, and everything was piping hot! The soufflé pancakes were gone in a snap (and I only had 1 bite - roar!) so I had to order one more set to satisfy my own craving. Nicely done!

The Crème Brûlée pancake for a limited period, and it’s a must-try! Their pancakes are among the best in Singapore—soft, airy, and fluffy, like biting into a cloud. Pair your pancake with the delicious Coffee Jelly Cold Brew by @takagicoffersg. I love the perfect blend of milkiness and bold coffee flavor. Another standout is their Duck Melt Sand, a cheese-loaded sandwich that’s simply amazing.

If you’re looking for great Japanese Western fare - this is the place! While the focus is on the pancakes, which are amazingly fluffy and eggy in taste, it doesn’t leave you with a taste that is too overwhelming and portion sizes were reasonable in size. The winner was he Mentaiko Cream Pasta, not too salty and the cream portion was just right! The ambience was peaceful and the service staff were polite as well. My mother enjoyed the W Egg sandwich and we had the Pork Katsu Curry rice to share - the desserts had almond garnishes in tow, so if you have a nut allergy don’t forget to inform the staff beforehand. If you’re looking to enjoy a meal where food quality is assured, this is the place and no queue at all! My daughter enjoyed the pasta with wedges and I have to say - everyone was very happy after the meal. Will definitely visit again!

Luxurious strawberry whipped cream sandwich between four fluffy souffle pancakes, sprinkled with Sakura pickles and then topped with fresh strawberries, and even more strawberry cream. If you love anything strawberry, you’ll like this one! But then again, what is there not to love about jiggly pancakes especially is their fluffy as a soft pillow Pancake Complete the experience with Sakura Chocolate. This ice-blended drink is a creamy concoction of milk, strawberries, white chocolate, whipped cream, and strawberry syrup. They also serves up a selection of savory dishes, such as curry rice, sandwiches and salads. You'll be pleasantly surprise that you can get one of the best egg sandwich and curry rice here!!! I really like their egg sandwich, especially theirs is the fluffy Japanese style super thicc with lot of house-made egg mayo and half-boiled eggs. Super reasonable, it comes with salad or top up to change to corn soup. The egg sandwich is super silky, fluffy and soft! You can get Award-Winning Japanese Curry Rice here too. This is their collaboration with Maji Curry. The curry has more depth here and is spicier, the omelette was prepared till fluffy that complements the curry rice perfectly! The tonkatsu crust packs a terrific crunch. I enjoyed Maji Curry for that spicy kick, and having omelette and curry together. Pancakes are GREAT! I just hope there would be more chocolate sauce. It’s barely enough for whole 4 layers of pancakes. The portion is great too. Must have to share order 4 layers. I doubt I can finish even 2 layers myself. What really disappointing are the drinks. Ordered Iced Matcha Latte and Peach Tea. Too much ices, the drinks were diluted to the point that it’s very bland. For a drink cost over $5 (plus 10% service charges), the quality should be better. I really look forward to improvement.

Went for the Detective Conan collab and loved it! Finally got to have some semblance of oshikatsu in Singapore! The brulee pancake and limited coffee jelly drink are yummy too! But if you have a smaller appetite, get the one with two slices instead of the four stack for the pancake because four was too much for me. They had the Conan movie table mats and also posters and dividers around the whole cafe interior, as well as Heiji, Conan and Kaito Kid standees outside! I hope you guys consider collabing with Odex again for the Nagano Prefecture Conan movie next year (or any other anime collab is great too)!

I think they changed the potato variety used to make their wedges. It used to be smaller potatoes which had a really nice texture and was my motivation to dine here. These days, it's a bigger potato that has a powdery and more crumbly texture that's a far cry from the small chewier variety used before... V sad

Great place to rest your feet at after intense shopping at VivoCity. I tried the signature Millefeuille Pancake and it was fluffy and heavenly, quite filling too—you should definitely opt for 2 pieces instead of 4 if you aren’t that hungry. Coffee from the roastery was the perfect finish for the pancake as well, needless to say. For those looking for a savoury meal, the café has curry rice, salads, pasta, etc. My friends tried the Hamburg Curry and Pasta and they said the dishes were yummy. But we all felt the pancakes were the best. Definitely worth the 15-20 minutes wait.

Trying this for the first and was truly impressed by the way my tea was served. It came in a pot with a minute sand clock to time it when it’s done. 😲. Then came the millefeuille pancakes which looked normal till I ate it. 🤩 it’s so fluffier and creamy inside almost like a soufflé! Unfortunately I was so happy with it that I forgot to snap the inside of it. Will definitely go back soon.
