Their mushroom soup has a mild and pleasant taste and their ice tea has just the right taste, not too sour or sweet. Their mushroom chicken Alfredo taste fresh and delicious. Staff are kind and food is served quite fast Average meal is ~$15, with set meal is extra $4.9, with service charge total is ~$22.

Latest visit, the food is much better again! Have upgraded review of stars. The sambal fish special was crispy on the side and soft inside, and can taste the grilled charcoal like taste. Nicely done! Sides were great as usual. ... Food was much better last time I came. This time it was average. The baked rice could have been better baked - the cheese didn't reach the fragrantly baked state. Chilli crab pasta missed the chilli crab tasty level.

Special shout out to Rachel handling the dinner crowd with super professionalism despite the long hungry people eyeing for a seat for dinner. Food and service staff was great and always attentive. Came back again and will keep coming back. First time trying it out yesterday and back again and now I am a fan. Food is value for money. Little one like the apple juice that came with the kids meal. Avoid the pizza but don't miss our on the Mac&Cheese. So good!!!

One of the few places to have Rosti... Usually crowded.. catch the chance on weekday.. Food quite nice, garlic bread was served as appetizer (taste better than its look).. upgrade to set lunch (FOC) with soup and coffee. Add adequate seasalt and black peppercorn to suit your own taste.

Place is reasonably priced for western food. We ordered salmon baked rice, seafood aglio olio, and rosti with sausage. Staff are friendly, food came quickly. Good for a family meal. The place wasn't too crowded when we reached around 6.30pm, but got quite crowded with queue outside after 7pm on Friday evening. Overall pretty decent western food.

Normally I would see long queue here. But on 25Dec afternoon. The queue was quite short. We ordered the Christmas special set (beef steak with 2 sides, soup, drink (coffee/tea/water), and brownie with ice cream) for 24.90. The medium rare steak is nice, easy to chew. The sides are fine, fries are salty and crunchy. The chowder soup, nothing special. The brownies and ice cream is super small; the brownie serving size is only half of what you see on the counter. We also ordered rosti with grilled chicken. The chicken is nice and tender. The rosti is a big disappointment as it's a bit burnt outside but quite mushy when eaten. The taste is bland. I think the rosti sold at pasar malam tasted better. Service is not bad. They have many young quick "trainers" on Christmas day, not sure if they will be around on other days. Total damage is $42.14. Will give them more than 3 stars but definitely less than 4 stars. Please improve on the rosti!

Had a wonderful experience at this outlet. Shout out to Mr Ariya (not sure if i'm spelling it right) for his keen observation and consideration for noticing me with my elderly parents and offered a seat for them while we were waiting for our table. Would like to also thank Shanice for her friendly and attentive service that made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Thumbs up to all the other staff as well! Great food and top notch service.

It’s my first time here and so I decided to order the mix grill to have a taste of the different components. Great choice in my view; I love the coleslaw, it doesn’t have too much sauce, I could still taste the crisp of the salad and it was real nice. Kinda suggest that the colseslaw was pretty fresh. I enjoyed the pork chop, well seasoned and I would order other pork dishes again when I’m back! I didn’t enjoy the chicken, I felt it was under seasoned. Sausages and onion rings honestly are cheats haha, how can those go wrong? 😂 Overall I would come again if I want a nice local western food without spending much. I went to buddy hoagies wwp on the 6th of May 2022 at around 6pm. Waiting time was around 15 to 20 mins (Which was relatively short for a Friday night dinner. I order a rubeye steak (215g) with fries, onion rings and a set meal. The total cost was about $30.60 (abit pricey leading to the minus one star) The mushroom soup was good (Creamy and flavourful) but nothing out of the ordinary. The garlic bread was nice but could have been toasted more. Similarly the fries and onion rings are nothing out of the ordinary good but not exceptional. The steak however was definitely something. Unlike many other western restaurants, their steak was really juicy and is packed all of fatty meat! With almost no muscles, my teeth were spared from needing to keep chewing on the meat. All in all, buddy hoagies is a definite must go for people who live in punggol and are looking for a good Western restaurants to enjoy good steak. However I have yet to try thier other food like thier pizza, patse, baked rice and would update my review once I do. Update 1: MY 1st impression of the restaurant was good which prompted me to visit again to try one of my favourite comfort food chicken baked rice. I was horribly disappointed. Despite looking and smelling amazing, the chicken was undercooked (I could taste a raw taste, similar to fish tatse) and the cheese was not fully baked with some parts still watery. Really really disappointed.

It situated right beside the window where you can see the outdoor playground at Waterway Point. The food are delicious and reasonable price. Staff are nice and professional. Highly recommended for their Hawaiian pizza and Mac and cheese.

Went to the waterway point outlet on Sunday around 6pm. There was a queue and we waited for 20 mins to get our seat. Advise is to come around 6pm as there is a long queue around 7pm. Ordered the honey pork rib, steak & prawn set. We top up $4+ to make it a set with soup and a drink. Food came relatively fast. The mushroom & minestrone soups are ok. Garlic bread is soft and nice. Honey pork rib is tasty n tender. Hubby ordered the medium rare sirloin steak is yumny and good. Only the onion ring is cold and prawn shell is difficult to remove. The 2 side is big portion and worth for the price. Luckily we didn't ordered the waffle as is filling after the main dish. Overall a satisfactory dinner for the first visit.

Meat grill restaurant on the second floor of Punggol's Waterway Point Mall. The food here is decent for the price paid. I liked the fact that they offer complimentary water instead of forcing customers into buying inflatedly-priced bottled water or sugary drinks. Everything came fast and just the right temperature to eat. The minestrone soup was especially buttery (which for me is a good thing). Only complaint is that they seem a bit understaffed as many tables were waiting to be served but all the servers are busy already.

The pasta was well cooked but unfortunately a little less on the vege. The Seabass fish and chips allow choices of 2 side dishes though not stated in the menu. The ice cream waffle would be better if is crispy on the outside. Overall, a satisfying dinner for my first visit.

First time ordering on GrabFood for this restaurant. Saw the images for the food are so appealing and therefore decided to try their food. It was nicely packed and delivered. The food was fresh and tasty. It's just right and not too salty. Looks totally the same in the picture. Love the rosti, bacon, and sausage as they were all nicely seasoned and prepared. However, I felt that the portion for cheese macaroni and fish baked rice was rather small for delivery. Saw some pictures taken in the restaurant for cheese macaroni, and I felt that the portion in the plate was not that small. However, the macaroni used were quite big. The cheese tasted good, too. That's the only dish that is cheaper, I think, but it has no other ingredients except for cheese. Felt that prices are quite expensive, though given the ingredients. Nevertheless, will consider ordering from them again to try on other dishes as they make me want to try more.

Rosti: it was rather soft and doesn't hold together, order it with sausage but was serve this instead. Pretty average Salmon baked rice: Salmon was kinda hard dry imo, they pan fry it before cooking. Pretty average. I'm wondering if I ordered the wrong dishes here because everyone else seems to be having chicken cutlet, steak, lamb chop, grill platter instead?

This is my usual haunt, because it doesnt take long to get a seat, and service is really fast, efficient, and amazing. The coffee is really good! Kudos! Nice free set meal for lunch too, so that is always a bonus. HOWEVER, I tried the fish-chip this round, and it was WAY TOO OILY!! The batter was simply oozing out oil! Please have a healthier way for cooking the fish please. Other than that.... amazing service staff. Thanks.

It was a surprise to me for having a super value for money steak and pastry dinner there, after a long outdoor podium playing in the late afternoon. We also enjoyed their yummy dessert. Services was reasonable attentive, too.

As regular customer Iam writing to express my disappointment with the beef pasta I ordered. It tasted artificial, almost like plastic, making it impossible to enjoy. I had 2 bites only. Considering the taste and quality, I found it not worth the price. I hope you take this feedback into account to improve your dishes.

Visited this cosy restaurant on a Friday night. Place was filled with people, but the staff were nonetheless friendly and efficient at their work. The supervisor of the store was exceptionally welcoming and hospitable, and even went out of the way to arrange another table for us despite a friend’s unprecedented arrival. The food was also superb. Really worth it for the price paid. I highly recommend the Chicken Chop and Baked Potato. I’ll surely come back again just for the food and service.

Food was great, but the service was even better. The staff are on their feet observing the needs of their customers. No effort was made to try to catch their attention. For a slim supply of staff, they deserve 10 star ratings. I had 2 bags with me, one male Chinese staff proactively found an extra chair for me to place my bags all I could sit comfortably. I didn't even ask or notice that he saw me struggling to get comfortable. This is what I call top standard, which some high end and even popular restaurants don't meet this simple standard. Food is so-so. Sometimes bad. Once, we were served Campbell's soup 😡 I've eaten the mushroom cream pasta three to four times and half the time u get creamy pasta and other half watery. Add cookies and cream milkshake (which is not available all the time) to mushroom cream pasta and mushroom soup, and you got the cookies and cream combo. It's quite funny.

Targeted at school students, this place serves very affordable mails for school kids. The food is tasty despite its affordable price points. Adults will get a good variety to choose from the menu. Lunch combos are the best for value and it is evident by the huge crowds during lunch service. Highly recommended.

We all had chicken double up this time. 2 pieces of chicken meats and 2 side dishes at $15.90 is a great deal. The food was served fast. It is a great place for some affordable western food.
