The restaurant is clean. The atmosphere is normal for a burger King. The tender grilled chicken burger bought on 25/06/2024 afternoon was a bit too salty. Only one staff at counter doing all the work of packing the orders and calling the customer number. He seems to be overwork.

Love the Burger King branch here. Seating is ample and some high-chair seating is available. Multiple service counter will guarantee short queue even in peak hours during lunch. You should try the tendergrill chicken burger, which is delicious. The Burger King Taro Turnover dessert is also delicious.

We have visited Burger King @ Plaza Singapura very often. Very clean outlet. Not too crowded. They close at 10.30pm. There's a restroom just next to it. Baby-friendly highchairs are available. There are other restaurants next to it.

The staff was not friendly at all. I Understand their tiredness. Management could increase the staff. Otherwise the staff is tired end of the day and they won't be able to serve the customers in a good mood.

Good place for non-vegetarians but very less options for vegetarians. Plant based burgers are the only options which are okayish. Other than that, cheesy fries are good. It would be great if they can add some more veg options.

I think its a overall good experience, having been here on an afternoon weekday, less crowds, many seats available and quick service. The outlet location is right at the end of B2 so you gotta walk all the way down.

Classic part of the American burger franchise. Prompt service living up to the name of Fast Food! Felt the staff should have been more regular in clearing and working down reckless especially in these times of Covid. We took out our own wet wipes to wipe down the only table left behind! The BK veggie is great for vegetarians and they have a new plant based Whopper as well now, which I'm yet to try.

Harris is a very patient and funny staff, wah he help me so well when im unsure on how to order I will come back for the service and food fr Harris prepare the food so fast that I got my food within 1 minute

Overall burgers very good. Unfortunately the wrong order was taken by staff and given in my takeaway Instead. Ordered Double Salmon but got Double Angus. Unfortunately the individual it was meant for could not eat the Burger.

I keep changing employees, and sometimes I encounter bad employees on duty, with bad attitudes and poor service. I once told him that the coffee was not hot, so he added some hot water and it counted. He had a bad attitude.
