Located opposite McDonald’s and just a few steps from the tap in/out area of Woodlands MRT Station. Good air-conditioning. Service speed largely depends on your time of visit. Expect long queue during peak hours.

Decent service but not as good as McDonalds across the shop. Small place as far as seating arrangement is concerned. Too many chairs in cramped space. Staff could be better in asking order and recommending new items. Everyone in the staff looked bored and were going through the day somehow. Food quality was not bad, even after up-sizing the fries were incorrectly passed on. Anyways - I Went there for food and got what I wanted that's all.

First time here, the whoppers jr burger i ordered was freshly made. In my opinion, its the best beef burger between fastfood chain. The cheesy fries was also superb! No queue too! Not crowded. Love the seating arrangements.

The only way for ppl to get their order is through 1 single tv screen right at the counter but there are blindspot at the other table seating. Poor design. Hence, the cashier's always have to raise their voice to call out for the queue number multiple times. For a place situated in the neighborhood, they are understaffed and I have to wait ,30 mins in a rather less crowded place. Very disappointed but at least the customer service is on point and apologize that he had to make me wait

Usually my experience here is very good. But today, it was just horrible. Today friday, 12july 2019 at 8:00pm, the queue was really short but it took very long for them to serve me. The lady at the cashier was busy helping out with the food and doing the cashiering. She spent more time talking to her colleagues and her manager, walking back and foe from the kitchen and back, while letting the person at the front wait. The serving of food was also slow. They served the foodpanda as priority and left the rest waiting. The sundae pie that my friend order was sitting at the counter, while the lady took her time to take FRIES from the kitchen. The cake by then was already warm. Moreover, when being served by her, she grabbed my money and then grab and passed me the receipt with a dull look on her face. But the moment she turns around, she laughs and smile at her colleagues. I feel that the manager too was very irresponsible for letting her staff act this way infront of the customers. I understand that has been a very busy day and they are tired. But please at least show some form of standards. I cannot stand seeing people handling my money and then handling my food at the same time. Its just utterly unhygienic. Thank you for all your other services so far, this was just the worst one i have encountered so far :) I hope to be able to see the services i usually see here at woodlands cc, polite and respectful staff. Thank you :)

This branch is a nice place but the kiho grape drink I ordered was totally watered down. The cup is already small and 3/4 of it is ice. Didn't really pursue the matter because I think this shd be an exception

Nice and quiet atmosphere here. Not too crowded so can enjoy your meal. Helps that food was good too, especially the Belgian Chocolate Sundae. 💕

Restaurant is not as lively but feel quite dull in overall atmosphere. Typically there is quite a bit of queue. Food is ok but experienced variations in quality sometimes.

Easily accessible from the MRT station and it is along the path to the bus interchange. One pet peeve was that the air-con was leaking and the water dripped onto the table next to mine.
