Good food. Good service. Good place to hang out. Usually not so crowded so you can always get a table. If you're a regular, the Cedele membership is quite worth it. Also, you get 15% off the bill (one off) in your birthday month.

The chicken was perfectly done with crispy skin, the egg was runny as expected and the colourful greens were topped with crispy savoury bacons! UPDATE ON NOV 2019: Cedele has brought back their star manager, Voon. Their service and outlet performance went downhill over the last 2 years with TERRIBLE managers that killed their crew and customers. With Voon back, the entire staff looks upbeat and cohesive. And best of all, we witnessed all the regular customers rejoicing (us included). —— Have always loved the wholesome food here. Whether you are vegetarian, meat eater or looking for gluten free options, Cedele has it all.

I want to commend a young male staff who was very attentive in his service. He saw me struggling to grab bread from the shelves as I was carrying my baby in one hand, he came over to help. Then I requested him to slice the bread thinner than they normally do and he very nicely obliged. However he had a rude female cashier colleague who scolded him for being slow and slicing too thinly. I explained it is upon my request. 5 mins later, she scolded him again for being slow and to just cut normal thickness. Thank you to that young male staff, for being so attentive. You are doing a great job at service, that's how service staff should be. I'm sorry I did not get your name. But you know who you are.

Food quality can be great one time and super low during peak periods like lunchtime. Pasta overcooked and wet was the worst. Kitchen is super inconsistent. Not sure if there is a change in staffing. Used to prefer this branch every weekend .... Now not going there for a while because of the food inconsistency. The price is above average so I will really expect a better quality to be honest.

The crowd was moderate but the service staff attitude is terrible. I am here and sharing my views. Though we ordered 1 kids meal, the staff repeatedly asked if our child was below 12yrs old. She could have done that in a more professional way but she chose to ask in a suspicious manner as if I was trying to cheat the system. I find that not tactful at all. We ordered burgers and sandwiches which needs knives but we were given insufficient cutleries. Dont they know the procedure. Moving on, the food arrived and the staff just pushed them at the side of the table and moved on. FYI, its a table for 4 and all Cedele can do is teach the staff to ask who ordered what and place it nearer or at them; rather than dumping the food and moving off. I have came here a long time ago but this staff; she is plain rude and clueless on customer service. My two cents share and yes, I am disappointed to share this experience.

Staff there had some issue with their POS system and hence ordering of food was taking awhile. Customer service was great, and upon chatting with them, realized the troubles they were dealing with, which contributed to the wait time. The staff there are friendly and hardworking. Food was served pretty fast.

Self service. Love the mushroom soup here which comes with complimentary slices of bread and a mini tray of butter. ps: u need to pay for extra piece of butter at 50cents if you want more.

Ordered a chocolate matcha cake for my godson and realised that there was obvious baking defect (at the side of the cake) when the cake was taken out from the box. Feedback to the manager (Ian) few days later (with the photo sent to him). Upon investigation, he called and apologised. He offered to make a compensation and agreed to give a free whole cake. Superb service recovery as this surely will go a long way! I would continue to remain as a loyal customer of Cedele…
