The Wagyu steak did not meet my expectations, the medium doneness was not properly cooked., I have doubts about the portion size; it didn't seem like wagyu in 200 grams. The matcha latte was disappointing as well. However, the mushroom soup deserves the highest rating.

We had been patronising Collin’s @ Northpoint multiple times over the years since opening and this recent March school holiday I brought my daughter there for lunch and hope to give this restaurant a much deserved review. We ordered two sets of 1 main + 2 free sides set lunch and the bill was about $40 only. Considering a really good deal since we both get our own drinks, soup & fries (4 sides)! Though we are unable to finish the pizza, one of the staff helped us packet promptly & nicely. We did order through Grab before and somehow takeaway will never be as good as eating on the spot. This place will always be one of our choices for lunch/dinner as long as the queue is not too long or there are deals ongoing.

Collin's..... A well recognized restaurant name with numerous chains all over Singapore. Know to provide value for money western food for the masses. Menu has a pretty good spread and offers different tops up for a set meal. Food has been consistent and comparison is often made with Jacks place, Aston... Each has its own strength but personally I like Collin's more due to the overall value proposition. Quality is pretty consistent throughout the different outlets.

Dined in at Collin's at Northpoint City on a weekend evening before the peak hour. The service is good, got us seated for 4. However, today's food choices were quite disappointing. Ordered the set of soup, a side and a drink (chose a hot drink of lemon&ginger - a sachet in a pot). The staff came back and told us that there is only English breakfast, jasmine tea and peppermint. We asked if we could only have warm water without any tea bag since the pot needs to fill with hot water anyway, the staff declined and said warm water is not offered in the drink choices under the set meal. It is quite strange to have that sort of reason. Nonetheless, the staff assisted us to cancel the set. Quite disappointing.

I came here to celebrate my boy for Children's Day after school. This place is quite spacious, the tables are not too packed together. We ordered a kid's meal that came with complimentary ice-cream. It's a nice deal. As for me, I had a salad with a nice cup of espresso. The staff were pleasant and friendly. Overall, it's a nice and relaxing experience at this branch.

This used to be a place of very good value - good quality, good quantity and pleasant environment. Based on the chicken chop now only about as thick as the plate its served in the quantity value of dishes is now about that - 50%. Flavour is still good though but if you go without an additional shared dish or two (on top of the choice of 2 sides for certain meals during lunch) you may go away hungry. We chose a full rack of ribs. Service gets the job done without pleasantries. Went with colleagues this visit. Overall on the positive side.

Not overly crowded during weekday dinner. Quick to have a table. Service is good and attentive. Food tasted average, not too bad. Big portion and comes with side dishes for the mains. Add on $6.90++ for drink and soup. Rather good deal for $15++ classic chicken chop, which is big and thick. Drink is alright, not overly sweet. Space is not tight and squeezy. Great for gathering and family meal.

The service staff wrongly charge my bill to the neighbouring table with receipt targeting to wrong person and wrong credit card. Since my lunch today is on company bill. Almost costing my claim to be none complaince to company audit... also result to my team losting half an hour waiting to ensure they modify our receipt to be complaince and without any errors.

Hidden gem in the middle. Amazing how Collin’s has grown. Delicious food. Has its own app and omnichannel marketing. Speedy service and food was served in a very short time. Long queues during festive season.

Wow...3rd time stepping in for dinner at Collin's at NorthPoint City have improved so much ...keep it Up. The food has the grilled taste this time round. The waitress is nice and friendly taking our order and recommended T5 Pure Chamomile for relax. A nice place for family, friends gathering for meals and fellowship.

We really like the sharing platter of one whole grilled barramundi fish. It comes with sides of sections of corn on cob, veggies and fries. This is the 2nd time we had it in a month. 🙂 The people who served us both times were very nice and gave us good advice. 👏

We didn’t know its existence till now and it’s like my dream came true. THE FOOD Chicken Chop Spaghetti is good with their proportion, an extra half Chicken Chop on top of a large piece of Chicken Chop. Aglio pasta. The best of the best pasta, chicken, beef. The seafood combo is definitely the best in town. Not regretful visiting this resto nice place for family and friends.

Great tasting but affordable food at Collins. Love this place and appreciate the fast and efficient staff. The garlic aiolo was so good that I have to dip the fries in it and break my 5 months of strict keto diet

Ordered online as there was a promotion , plus the branch in northpoint is inaccessible to wheelchair users because of the steps. Food wise, tasty and portion is huge but I was expecting my aglio olio spaghetti to be spicy. Garlic bread was very fragrant. Mushroom soup was creamy and had bits of mushrooms in it. Ribs were nicely marinated and grilled chicken was quite tender. Fried fish was good too. Only the pork chop didn't fare too well, was a little tough to bite. Nonetheless, still a good buy with the promo. I'll probably visit other branch since this branch is not accessible to me.

Was pleasantly surprised by the quality of food offered here. Great service too. Although the queue can be long at times, but once you have ordered your food, the service is fast. Kudos chefs.

The fish was really tender and juicy, but crispy on the outside. I had a set lunch, which includes one side and one drink / dessert. Recommend the truffle soup as a side dish! And the price is very decent.

The best place i would go for reasonably priced western fare. Onion rings are well fried with real onions in it. Advise to go early as the queue can get pretty long during dinner time. Go during lunch on weekdays to get an even better deal!

Good value for money! Large serving portions that were quite delicious actually. We ordered a Black Angus ribeye and scallop marinara pasta to share among the 3 of us. We added on the lunch sets for both. The side dish was a smaller portion compared to the same dish the day before. The ribeye was succulent, grilled well. Another good option at Northpoint City to consider if you are starving and looking for bigger portions. PS: some staff are quite new so please be patient with them as they order. We forgot our dessert of italian lemon sorbet, and so did the staff.😓

Food and service was good. The steak was done as ordered. Generally a good dining place with reasonable prices. For this outlet, the hygiene level needs attention. A staff happily swept food scraps from diners who have left on to the floor and chair, oblivious that queuing diners can observe the action. This aspect can be improved.

It was my first time at any Collin’s restaurant. The queue was quite long but it was okay as every other restaurant in the mall had long queues as well. The wait was half an hour which was okay since there were many orders and many people waiting for takeaways as well. We ordered the Collin’s mixed combo. Wow everything on the platter were so good, down to the coleslaw. The duck and chicken were tender, tempura squid was crispy and boy the pork ribs were good. It was slightly charred at the corners but other than that it was tender and flavorful. Pork sausage tasted heavenly as well. I would say the whole platter was well worth the price ($35) 👍🏻

Went to this place with 2 other. Ordered the French Duck Leg Confit for myself. I ordered the dish because I want to try something new from the menu The potato au gratin and caramelised onions was put together and it is very nice to eat. It taste better than the duck leg confit. Almost as if it is like the main dish The duck leg confit with the berry jam was not very well executed and does not taste very nice. I don't really like it The corn and salad is pretty normal Overall, I will still go back to colins but fewer times

Good location. Good food. Average service. Usually busy place and require short waiting time to have a table. Perhaps better than other outlet of Collins based on my experience. Only thing I don’t like is air conditioning, as not very optimal temperature.

Standard dropped alittle. Sweet potatoes fries lousy and soft, not crispy. Ordered a set which includes tempura squid. But the tempura squid are only squid tentacles which i do not eat. Should have indicated as that. Have to throw away 1 dish which was in the combo set. Feels shortchanged.
