Reviews of Colony
Impressive spread of food items, with a dedicated section for Singapore heritage food. Freshly squeezed orange juice from a machine, and plenty of food stations to choose from. One of the best hotel breakfasts in Singapore for sure!!
Had their festive buffet lunch which cost about 110 all in per person: ambience was the best out of all the hotels we have been to with the right amount of light coming in from the ceiling and Christmas songs playing, the dessert station had delicious ice cream but the others like kueh and cakes weren’t good at all, other stars of the show were the naan from the Indian station and mushroom shaped liu sar pau from dim sum station, the raw stations didn’t have oysters and that was disappointing for me since I don’t care as much for crab legs and other shellfish. Service was attentive and plates are cleared regularly and staff give you napkins and bowls to rinse your fingers with as needed
I came here for a dinner buffet and had made a reservation few days before, since it’s quite impossible to get a table walking in.
There’s a lot of seatings in this restaurant and there’s no much walk room between tables of different parties, so ambience wise not really a privacy dining setup.
Food selection is wide but it could be better as compared to other buffets with the same price range. Food is great though, just hope from more elderly friendly desserts and that would be perfect as most of them were of the sweet type.
I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Colony Restaurant at The Ritz-Carlton with my family for a special occasion. I would like to express my sincere appreciation for two exceptional employees who made our experience truly memorable.
Firstly, I would like to thank Ajay from the Colony Restaurant, his warm hospitality and attentive service had enhanced our dining experience. We felt well taken care of throughout our visit.
Additionally, I would like to extend my gratitude to Maria from Housekeeping. On that day, one of my children unexpectedly fell ill, and I was attending to my child on a bench outside the restaurant. Maria noticed our situation and went beyond by guiding us to a comfortable sofa seat, ensuring my child could rest more comfortably. Her kindness and proactive assistance were greatly appreciated and truly made a difference.
Thank you, Ajay and Maria, for your exceptional service and for making our visit to The Ritz-Carlton a memorable one. :)
Enjoyed holiday mood here.
Cost at $127 for adults (++).
Various food. Good to enjoy with family.
One of the best buffet I had!! Laksa was good. Prawns and snow crab fresh and good! Desert was amazing as well! Definitely coming back again! Yumzzz!
Still the best hotel buffets in Singapore. Everything was perfect except for a little L during my latest visit……
They used to serve freshly squeezed orange juice late last year. I asked the staff manning the juice station if that was available, but was taken aback by his paggro response: ‘YA do u want to try first?!’ 💀 altho I clearly see him pouring the other juices from a juice carton. He clearly had an attitude but like SRY UNCLE I JUST ASKING…….,,,,,
Other than this hiccup, I still think Colony is one of the better spots to celebrate milestones - the overall service is impeccable with very attentive staff. They also serve a lil special cake if you inform them in advance you are celebrating an ocassion ;)
This is the 2nd time I’ve been here in a month because I can’t think of any place that could match the spread, quality and ambience.
Visited Colony for a birthday celebration and it was really amazing. Comfortable seats, well organised areas and the large variety of food available for each cuisine was amazing. It is very worth the price paid. Loved the atmosphere although the lights could be brighter but it’s alright. I would love to visit again during lunch hours to feast under the warm sunlight coming in from the beautiful windows.
I really loved the cheese naan and the miso glazed salmon!
I had dinner at this buffet with my family this week, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The service was excellent, and the staff were very attentive, which made for a welcoming atmosphere. The ambiance is nice, although a little on the dim side.
There was a good variety of food options, and the spread was quite extensive. While most of the dishes were enjoyable, I found that the sashimi wasn't as fresh as expected, and the pasta could have had a bit more flavor. On the bright side, the prawns were delicious and definitely a highlight of the meal.
As for desserts, the selection didn't stand out as much as I'd hoped, but there were still a few decent choices. All in all, it was a solid dining experience, and we appreciated the service and variety offered.
Absolutely delicious!!!!!!!!!! Great atmosphere, good spread of local dishes and seafood (coupled with other cuisines which I didn’t go for as I had other priorities!), and service was impeccable - staff was very attentive.
Highlight for me was the XO fish noodle soup - this was definitely the sleeper dish of them all, not as raved about in other reviews but boy was it good!!! Had the laksa too but it was too thick imo - still delicious but fish noodle soup would be my top pick.
Another dark horse was the Rojak which was absolutely delicious too!!! Seafood was very fresh and a great spread of dessert
10/10 recommend - we were so stuffed
Place was very well laid out too - decor was great and tables were decently sized and well spread apart. Restaurant was fully packed but it didn’t felt too squished.
I love the vibes, ambience feeling nostalgic!😊 a great place for gathering and celebrating special occasions!😊
Especially the food was scrumptious. Top of my list was the grilled lobster, salmon, tuna sashimi and oysters was fresh! Plenty of dishes to choose from there are all delicious and appetizing! 🤤
Desserts are overflowing ice cream, kueh, cakes name it they have it! 👍🏻
In addition, i would like to make a compliment to all service crew who are very helpful, attentive and friendly especially Frecel and Kristine kudos to these two! 👏
Definitely we will come back and recommend this place again! Thank you! 8/10
The best buffet place in Singapore, enjoyed it very much everytime, foods are delicious and lots of variety. Good for celebration or any memorable events!
Buffet spread is good and servers are attentive to your needs. There's pasta and noodles live station. Must eat their yam popiah icecream! Also loving their dessert section, lots of choices!
We were looking for good scones with proper clotted cream and tried Colony high tea set. Priced at $65 per pax, we were served savories in tiffin and sweets buffet style. Also included were mocktails or champagne/ cocktails and coffee or tea. The tiffin savories were interesting combination and I liked the unagi bao. The duck tart was a generous serving.
The sweets were unlimited servings. Scones, crepe, ice cream, chocolate, puddings, tarts etc. I find the scones a bit too sweet. They will remove all items at 5.30pm, so be sure to go early. Do ask which credit card offers a discount.
The ambiance is lovely here too.
Great quality of food and wide selection. Seafood is somewhat fresh.
We visited for Saturday lunch and the spread of buffet is of great variety. Made a reservation at least a month in advance to get a weekend slot.
Refill is on time. Service was ok as they are super busy.
The food quality is overall quite nice (nothing too memorable but it’s amazing there are not much failures)
Dessert bar is great and I love the chocolate truffles :)
Good variety and good quality of food. Very good service and ambience to enjoy the dining experience. If you indicate you are there for an occasion, a cake will be served to you!
5-star atmosphere. Food is good. Very nice varieties. The thing that a bit off is the bread section. The bread is not warm / hot. It's all cold. The taste of the food is okay. Pretty crowded tho in the weekend. Would definitely comeback here for the buffet lunch and dinner it all looks legit. Hope to try their dinner one day so far breakfast and lunch is satifying.
Super satisfying buffet!!! Oysters were sooo huge and fresh, crabs was soooo clean and the service staff ensured there was consistent refills! Salmon sashimi was thickly sliced. Pasta/Risotto was also so tasty and premium. Must make reservation before coming! Will definitely be back for special occasion!
Started my first champagne brunch in The Colony during covid ease-up phase where all food and drinks were served to the table, that wowed me.
Moving forward into a couple years where I tried a few other champagne brunches, none came close to The Colony. Hence why we revisited last Sunday for the Christmas festive brunch.
Special call out to Rekthish (apology, most likely gotten the spelling wrong), he was a delight in service.
Love the variety & quality of the food, champagne & cocktails and impeccable service.
The Xmas menu high tea is not very good. Food abit cold. Bread is dry and cold. Scones not buttery. Maybe can try normal hightea instead of Xmas menu next time. Plates clearing are not very fast too. Next table can stack up 3 plates still not cleared haha. Luckily our table is slightly big,can place at the side. Staff is polite.
We had our company lunch at the Colony. We were served by a very friendly staff named Aqua from Maldives. He always serves us with a smile on his face. He also shared his “vegetarian shark” story with us. We thoroughly enjoyed his accompany. Kudos to Aqua. 🫡
Fresh seafood and sashimi selection. Pasta chef is meticulous. A greatttt improvement on dessert since my last visit! Service staff are very attentive. Will definitely visit again!
Last ate at The Colony 3 years ago and even until now, the food quality is still amazing and top notch.
The oysters and the sashimi are very fresh, meaty and juicy. The beef rib was quite tender and well seasoned. The array of desserts was impressive.
Overall, the quality, variety and service of the buffet was exceptional.
One of the best buffet in Singapore i've tried!
Seafood n sashimi were very fresh. All the items from cooked food section were very good.
Service was impeccable and the ambience was great.
If you drive, complimentary parking tickets are alao available. All in all a great experience! 👍👍👍
I recently celebrated my birthday at Colony Restaurant, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The buffet spread was nothing short of spectacular, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes that catered to every palate. From fresh seafood to expertly prepared local and international cuisine, every bite was a delight.
What truly made the evening special was the outstanding service provided by our server, John. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful, ensuring that our celebration was memorable. His warm hospitality added a personal touch to the dining experience.
Overall, Colony Restaurant exceeded my expectations. The combination of a delectable buffet and top-notch service made my birthday celebration truly unforgettable. Highly recommended!
Has a very good experience at the restaurant. Food choices are fantastic . Was served by Frecel
Who is warm and very friendly. Hope to be back again .
I had Sunday buffet Brunch with my bf at COLONY for my birthday and the experience there was phenomenal. As we enter the restaurant, we were greeted with great vibe and friendly staff.
We tried just about all kinds of cuisine offered (i.e. too many choices and our limited stomach space..... haha), and I have to say, the food there is exceptional. I highly recommend the Indian cuisine, the Chinese Soup and the Western cuisine, and also, 'Chef's Special" is a must try item.
Also, I like to express my gratitude to Chef Sundar and Chef Benson for their exceptional food and their hospitality. Their surprised cake and singing had completed my experience in Colony. I will definitely revisit Colony and highly recommend to anyone that is looking for a great place to relax, have great food or just wanna have a great time and enjoy the vibe.
Only reviewing the afternoon tea, "the Journey" and it was fantastic! The savoury dishes were a great tour of different textures and flavors, some we're definitely highlights (dragon beard) and one was ok (avocado sandwich) but overall great!
Dessert station was amazing and luckily there were 4 of us so we could taste everything. There were so many options it's too difficult to pick favorites!
Tea was a nice finish, but to be honest I've never really understood or appreciated tea as a beverage. Maybe it's my American coffee instincts 😂, but the tea was actually nice and complemented the sweets very well.
Service was the best we had in Singapore with great attention, friendliness, and professionalism to help explain the dishes and any questions. In a city/ country where we found service to be on the lower end, Colony made up for every lower experience we had with such helpful and friendly staff.
The best buffet in Singapore, indeed! I love the ambience and seafood selection although there were no lobsters and scallops. Oh well.
The spread is not as wide as The Line’s but the food seems better. We received a complimentary cake for our anniversary which was really nice of them. Although the complimentary cake at The Line was better, I can’t complain, the dessert selection was really wide. At $230.70 for two, I’d definitely go again.
No doubt the best buffet in SG! Service and ambience was also great!
Recommendations
Cold section: prawn, crab
Cooked food: wasabi prawn
Desserts: chocolate truffle, peanut ice cream roll
We went for the weekend buffet lunch at Colony. It's indeed the best I've tried in Singapore so far. Very fresh and quality produce, especially the cold seafood, sashimi and chorizo.
One hack to share on the laksa at Colony, which BTW is super yummy, is to ask for minimal or no toppings. I asked for cockles only, and before that went to the seafood section and get my crab legs, clam, mussels, prawns and peeled them and add to my own special top notch laksa!
My only regret is my small stomach, would love to eat more, but I really can't. Highly recommended and you need to book at least 1.5 months in advance.
Amazing experience!! A must-visit. Everything we ate tasted great. The oysters are small but the crab legs were so fresh, words can't describe it. I would go back jist for that. The cooked food section was amazing too. Salted egg wings and soft shell crab was a hot favourite amongst everyone. There is also freshly squeezed orange juice from a machine (like a mini iJooz) which I absolutely loved, the gnocchi pasta was amazing too served with actual truffle slides!! Sushi section was limited, but the salmon slices are enough for me. Make sure to save up space for dessert because it's REALLY GOOD. skip the ice cream and sorbets, so and have their macarons (esp the green pistachio one), and the cheese tart. SO GOOD!! Service staff was polite and nice. We were celebrating a birthday and they gave a cake which was so so so yummy too! Only thing to note is the atmosphere is a little dark once the sun sets due to the high ceilings.
Incredible buffet - beautiful setting, high quality food. Although expensive actually feels like it’s great value for money especially if you drink lots of iced teas and coffees like we did. Seafood obviously exceptional. Salted egg chicken wings are a standout too. Seared salmon as well! And desserts! All of it was to be honest.
A lovely experience, as usual. When even the salad bar is good, it holds up the standard for the rest of the buffet. A wide selection of charcuterie, seafood, Japanese sushi & sashimi, popiah & kueh pie tee were featured in the cold section as well. The warm buffet was dazzling. Asian as well as Western dishes were offered and my favourites were the ribeye with red wine sauce, salmon in lemon cream sauce, sweet and sour prawns and coffee ribs (not crazy sweet). The dessert selection was amazing! My favourite had to be the blood orange sorbet. We went for seconds. At the end of the evening, the waiter kindly brought over a slice of chocolate mousse cake for my birthday ❤️ Staff were attentive, friendly and efficient.
i think this might be my fav buffet hands down- really the best value with 1-1. seafood was fresh (esp prawn and crab); interesting juice selection (like pink guava); pretty much everything we tried tasted good (except the beef which was burnt!!); laksa was nice but i didn’t think it was as good as i saw it hyped up to be? desserts were a hit and miss- tiramisu was the most memorable. great service, nice spread, classy ambience, quality food! 10/10 would come back again.
Superb customer service and amazing fresh food selection. Be sure to take the scallops, fresh cold shrimps and indulge in the sashimi spread. Surprisingly even the humble Chinese soup was very flavourful. Highly recommended and would return.
Best buffet in Singapore in terms of quality and service.
I was here for lunch and dinner on the weekdays separately. Good spread of seafood, Chinese, Indian, Italian and western cuisines and desserts.
I love the pasta hand cooked by the different chefs which taste heavenly. I would rank the Gnochi first followed by the mentaiko spaghetti and then the agio olio. The mushroom shaped custard bun was so intriguing! Love the freshly squeezed Orange juice too.
Grilled lobster in the buffet is a winner!
Absolutely enjoyed my dining experiences here. 😃👍🏻
Went for their buffet lunch on a Saturday (Covid so only Ala carte buffet). Selection was sufficient and seafood was very fresh.
Service was on point and during payment, the staff checked if we need complimentary parking without us asking for it.
It could’ve been a perfect experience if not for a forgotten plate of desserts and dessert spoons/forks.
We couldn’t even get the attention of the server in our area because they were either chatting among themselves (since it was almost the end of service) or talking to other guests who are foreigners.
The highly raved laksa was pretty disappointing in my opinion.
This is one of the best buffet in Singapore. The price is reasonable for such a good quality buffet. The snow crab and seafood platter is so fresh that you should not miss. Sashimi is verg fresh and good quality as well. The rojar comes with a piece of dried cuttle fish and laksa comes with fresh cockles and dried beancurd roll. Don’t forget to try the Parma ham and the good selection of cheese. There are free flow of freshly made fruit juice. My only disappointment of the day was the mango pudding with birdnest. The mango pudding was sour :(
This is the Hotel breakfast buffet area. And it’s one of the best breakfast I tried.
You must go around the restaurant before choosing your food. The layout is very different. Each food section is separated in some open rooms. Some part are just besides the main seating area.
I tried the noodle section and it was very good.
I was looking for soft boiled egg in the area where they cook your egg. The staff was friendly enough to bring me to the other section where you can find it. She guided me to the place and this service is much appreciated. Normally, they just tell you where it is
Foods are very good. There is a wide selections of to choose from.
The salad is have good selections of quality vegetables
Had a staycation here (which was very memorable, one of the best staycations we had) - that’s for another review. Our friends and us decided best also to have a high tea in the colony: did not disappoint. The food was really good - higher ratio of sweet stuff than savory, but then I have a sweet tooth! The free flow option for the champagne (or was it Prosecco?) was worth it - just bear in mind they close rather quick so better drink drink before the last order. They will remind us before the last serving is due. Oh - and bear in mind they also have the cocktail mix!
There are some credit card offers available, which was very much appreciated. One small feedback was the leftover food takeaway - they didn’t have proper canisters for us to take away; so they gave us only local paper bags (which was environmentally friendly but still not quite effective in carrying our food).
Service was good - will come back here again.
The best as far as buffets are concerned! Enjoyed a sumptuous dinner festive buffet in this swanky, cosmopolitan setting.
In this sprawling gastronomic ecosystem, there are seven open kitchens where you can see the chefs in action, as well as choose your pick of cuisine. Bottles of wines and prosecco are discreetly arranged on shelves, and are accessible for an additional fee ($58++, as I was told).
Colony is a restaurant that has got both quantity and quality absolutely right. There is a mouth-watering spread of food, which will definitely cater to most, if not all, people. The seafood is fresh, while the warm food is absolutely delicious (special shoutout to the salmon, which was an impeccable melt-in-your-mouth experience). The contrast in ambience and spot lighting adds convincingly to the visual appeal of the food.
On top of the amazing gastronomic spread, I enjoyed the warm and helpful service of the staff. Mayank, the waiter who was serving my area was proactive in introducing himself and making himself of assistance, and even offered (multiple!) servings of tea to my preference and pleasure.
Its often the shame that time passes when one is truly enjoying. I spent nearly 3.5hours here and (ironically) barely felt the time passing.
I will definitely be back!
4.8 / 5.0
Definitely a must return buffet. Very enjoyable experience. The environment is high class yet soothing n comfortable. The food is fresh n nice. Best of all the staffs are very attentive yet not intrusive. The thing that really impress me is the staffs will automatically bring the lemon washing bowl whenever they see us take prawns n immediately remove when we have finished the prawns n wash our hand
My total family deeply impressed with the place, staff, menu, taste, servings, and what not. Excellent vibes! We had festive lunch menu. The appetizers are varied and extremely alluring. One could have a very good meal just from the appetizers offered by Colony. There is also a live station where chefs prepare the local dishes of popiah and kueh pie tee to order. Then there are shelves of cheeses, cold cuts and charcuterie. The lunch time was from 12pm to 2.30pm. The Colony offers a great buffet spread – all you can eat quality food attractively presented. The atmosphere, the service and the food are all top notch. We think it is definitely one of the best buffets in Singapore.
Ala Carte lunch buffet at Colony yesterday after one month of booking in advance! The ambiance was great and good for a few good friends to gather together for drink and foods. Plentiful of desserts and cakes which were nicely presented in the small glasses and plates. The foods served were of local, Asian, Japanese and Indian cuisines; the laksa and char siew noodle were too sweet for us. The sashimi (salmon, tuna & octopus) were fresh but of average quality. So far so good but not fantastic!
💯 Excellent Customer Service - they replenish the food quickly, very attentive to customer needs and they quickly clear the plates on the table.
The price is reasonable for the spread that they have
1. Salad Bar 🥗
2. Cheese (4 options), Cold Cuts (4 options), Spreads, Nuts and Crackers 🧀
3. Sushi, Sashimi, Octopus, Jellyfish, Pickles 🍣
4. Scallops, Mussels, Shrimps, Crab Legs 🦪
5. Juice and fruits 🍉
6. Local Roastings - Roasted Duck, Roasted Pork, Char Siew
7. Pasta 🍝
8. International - Roast Beef, Salmon, Vegetables, Soup etc 🥩
9. Indian Cuisine 🥘
10. Chinese Food 🥢
11. Noodle bar and Dimsum 🍜
12. Pastries/ Bread 🥐
13. Dessert - Cakes, Chocolate, Ice Cream, Local Desserts, French Macaroons. 🍰🍨
14. Coffee is available upon request and served on the table. ☕️
My personal favorites are the tuna and salmon sashimi, scallops, roasted duck and pork, raspberry cheesecake, hazelnut cake, and ice cream—good quality, thick ice cream.
Recommended to come here on a weekday lunch to get the best bang for your buck!
For about $70/pax, you get fresh cold crabs (look at how succulent the meat is), sashimi, scallops, and cold prawns. My fav was the crab and prawns. Also want to give a shout-out to the dessert - very exquisite chocolate truffles of various flavours.
The perfect service from the staff also made the overall meal super enjoyable.
Update: Visited again in 2021 and it was a pleasant experience as usual. Food was good but pls skip the pasta dishes 😂
Service is impeccable and deserves a thumbs up! Accommodated to our many requests including whipping up a scrambled egg dish for my toddler which was of cafe standard. Quality food though i wish they were served hot instead of mostly lukewarm. Some misses but mostly hits. Worth the price paid!
18/11/2024
One of the best buffet restaurants in Singapore. Quality food, desserts and warm food. Definitely will come back again.
Both the brunch buffet and the dinner buffet are good (and quite similar in terms of offering). There are several dishes that you can try and everyone will get out of there happy and full. Recommendation: try the Laksa, the lobster Mille feuille and the expresso martini.
Here for breakfast/ Brunch and I was overwhelmed, crazy!
So much food, in so many varieties and the staff was amazing! Thanks for making this such a beautiful experience for me! The staff is not just friendly, they are really happy, expressing themselves authentic, serving great and got me heart to heart - authentic.
I ate way too much… of course, if you see this variety of food^^
Also special requests like warm vanilla sauce or Omlette with more yoke were met perfectly.
To improve? If there is something then in my opinion the variety of bakery goods. I was first walking around infront of the brunch set up, where the bakery shop is, and this looks sooo amazing, cookies, croissants in many variety’s, cakes… everything you want and can imagine - this would improve the brunch definitely! And a chai latte;) the hot chocolate is compareable to the ones “normal” hotels serve, so maybe also there ritz can improve to show there specialness, either in the appearance of the hot chocolate or the taste, using a special Kakao.
Btw: they squeeze you fresh juice if you ask, enjoy!
Looking for a venue for a celebration but you wanna eat a lot? Colony is the best place for it. Colony will serve you with 5 star hotel customer service.
They have a birthday cake service if you tell them in advance.
They have both local and internal cuisines. My favorite was fresh oysters (I didn’t get food poisoning 👍🏽).
I wonder why Colony is not listed more often as one of the best buffets in Singapore. After trying many 5-stars hotel buffets, Colony is clearly amongst the top 3, along with Edge (Pan Pacific) and Line (Shangri-la). High quality products, beautiful place. The service is absolutely perfect. We will come back, often!
Extremely pleased with the service, food and entire experience at Colony. I booked the place for mother's day celebration for my mom and I, and we had the most amazing time. The variety of food offered was wonderful and the quality was superb as well. Service particularly provided by Jega and one of our waiters was beyond expectation and a big thank you to the team for providing such an amazing celebration for my mom for mother's day. She had such a great time and was a great dinner celebration to end our mother's day events. We will definitely be back for more celebrations. This has got to be one of the top buffet places in Singapore for us, keep it up!
Nice Sunday Brunch buffet at the Colony. Good food spread, including a very wide selection of fresh seafood, Indian and Chinese food. Good cheese selection too! They have an option of with or without free flow of champagne (so good for those who don't drink much - as well as those who like to drink a lot!). Good way to spend a Sunday afternoon.
Perfect for a date, regardless dinner nor lunch. The food was delicious, we expected to see a little bit more variety in regards to the price point. Would still come back again ❤️
First time eating here and we really enjoyed ourselves. Got a wide selection of delicious food. We were also surprised with the mini cake for our anniversary. Definitely will come back and eat some more hahaha
Good selection of food, went for lunch on Friday and the dining period was 12-2:30pm, quite short tbh hahahaha the food was decent, nothing stood out, expected for buffets I guess.
My Go to for the best buffet in Singapore. I’ve been coming to Colony for years and each time it does not disappoint. Fresh seafood bar with briny Oysters, snow crab legs, shrimp and sashimi are the perfect appetizers. I went on a Monday night and enjoyed a wide array of dishes, all expertly executed. The chefs were quick to replenish all plates.
Speciality foods like cheeses, pate, foie gras, jamon iberico were also plentiful and beautifully displayed.
The strengths of the the cooked food stations have to be its meat dishes. I am a carnivore and all were excellent. I had some Char Siew and roast duck to try and they were had just the right amount of fat and were tender and juicy. Very surprised as typically buffet roasted meats tend to be dry.
There were also gourmet twists on classic favorites. My yongchow fried rice had baby abalone in it and it was a hidden surprise. Salted egg fried chicken, giant chilli crab claws, roasted salmon fillets, iberico pork sausages were all very good. Too bad I was getting very full and needed some space for dessert.
For tiny petit fours, I took some to share with my table. We liked the creme caramel and my favorite was the raspberry tart. It was perfectly balanced with sweetness and sourness and was a refreshing way to end my dinner.
Worth a mention is the juice bar. I had 4 glasses of mango and soursop juice. Yum!
Until my next visit!
Service and experience: 5 Stars
Had a Fri lunch with my hubby. The experience and service provided by the service crew is top notch. Everyone were very attentive and cleared our dirty plates without us needing to voice out at all.
Especially Mr Jega, he was super attentive and made our visit an unforgettable one. We had a lovely interaction. Thank you for making our day a great and memorable one. Keep up the great service and spirit!
Food: 5 Stars
We mainly had the seafood (crab legs, mussels and prawn) and all of it tasted really fresh. Salmon was fatty and it was cut thickly which made it super satisfying. Orange juice was freshly squeezed and it was really sweet!
Atmosphere: 5 Stars
We were seated outside were the sun shined in and the lighting was beautiful. Photo spots at every corner!
Overall, I would recommend coming if you like to have good food and experience the best service experience. Only pity is that I wished I brought my daughter along, I'm sure she will have so much fun with the service crew, Uncle Jega and she will enjoy the dessert section very much.
Nice dinner environment, the sashimi is worth trying, prawn is very fresh, oyster is small and not fresh, all kinds of deserts is good, beef steak is so-so.
Everything was perfect. The food is delicious, the atmosphere is great, and the staff are friendly. All three beats matched well. It is located on the first floor of the Ritz-Carlton Hotel, so it is easy to find. It's a great place to celebrate a special day.
It was a perfect experience. By coincidence, I wanted to eat on Friday, so I was lucky enough to get a reservation that night.
Overall it's pretty good. I suggest you don't try the shells in the cold cuts in the seafood section. You can eat more snow crab legs and sashimi.
I recommend the meals in the Indian dining area.
happy
I really like the laksa and beef noodles.
Go again if you have a chance.
There are so many choices that it’s almost impossible to eat them all.
The dining line is a bit crowded but overall it deserves five stars. I’m very satisfied and will come back again!
There is a fruit plate given on the anniversary.
The atmosphere was good, the food was good, and I really liked it.
The exotic menus and unique menus that were different from the Korean hotel buffet were very interesting and good.
It's difficult to make reservations for weekends even months in advance, so I made a reservation for a weekday dinner.
Please note that Marriott Bonvoy points cannot be earned.
The food was excellent, with a wide selection of local and international dishes. The ambience in the Colony was harmonious and elegant. What impressed me most was the extremely friendly, attentive staff. We had a wonderful evening. To our surprise, we were served a small cake for a special occasion. Thank you!
