Newly opened now looks brighter and maybe cleaner? But now the food is much more expensive i think i eat the fish soup $13??? Geez but okay is expensive fish so still nice??? Slayyy cookhouse

New store.selling Paofan 泡饭。 ordered the $9.80 prawn and scallops. superb! The umami prawn broth does it ! Comes.with fried rice crisp. And very filling too. Give a try! Ideal for kids and young children. They peeled the prawns , just need to bite into the juicy flesh la.

Just wanted to share the menu of western store and Chinese herbal soup store for those who plan to visit this food court and decide to order from these shops. Will add more photo if I pass by next time.

Situated in a corner on the 3rd floor of White Sands Mall at Pasir Ris, it is not hard to miss. It is run by Koufu, a food court operator. The place appears cosy, with a decent spread of food stalls. When we were there during the off peak hours (a weekday), there is still a good crowd there. The tea is pretty good, maybe the beverages is the draw here (most were having a coffee or tea ). Why is it called 'Cookhouse'? Perhaps a reference to the National Servicemen who frequent the mall on weekends?

Love the food here like: 1. White fungus and peach gum sweet soup, not too sweet and nourishing, filling a big bowl, very affordable 2. The curry chicken legs are well cooked and will be packed away. 3. Haolaike’s Chinese noodles and shrimp and egg fried rice 4. Western food, well-cooked pasta Japanese lunch boxes/Korean dishes, stews, fish soups... all have cheap price set meals, and the food quality is also good.

The food at ampang yong tau fu is really delicious. I came here specially from ang mo kio to eat here. Their service is very good. Every time I come here, they know what I want to eat. They also provide frying service. They are very nice and I have a good chat every time I go there. 🥰
