Had my breakfast before my flight using my Priority Pass. I had the beef brisket noodle and prawn dumpling combo with a glass of soy milk. The broth was clear and tasty, beef was also cooked well, tender with good seasoning. The prawn dumpling was their usual good level. Soy Milk was a little sweet for me though. Overall, a good breakfast meal before my flight. Much better than the usual buffet at the lounges.

Dimsum breakfast. If you are craving for high quality dim sum before boarding your flight (and you got no access to the lounge), you will be satisfied with the offering from this outlet of Crystal Jade La Mian. There's quality and variety. Service was prompt and efficient. This is my second or third time eating at this place. Never disappoints.

I had the pleasure of enjoying breakfast at Crystal Jade before my flight, and it was a wonderful start to the day. The dim sum was incredibly fresh, with each dish bursting with flavor and quality. My go to whenever I’m flying. There are 3 set meals to choose under priority pass and my standard order is always combo c. The har gau skin is not too thick and the prawn is really flavourful. As for the dumpling noodles, the soup is light, the noodles are tangy and the wantons are delicious. Highly recommended!

Let us explain why the 4-star rating. The food was actually great even as the associate explained to us that they are closing soon. We did not experience the poor service mentioned by other reviewers and we too use Priority Pass access. We believe this is because there appears to be only 1 or 2 designated associates to assign table and take order. We witnessed how a non-mandarin speaking gentleman haplessly trying to get the attention of the associates. Eventually he gave up and left visibly upset. The other associates standing around appears to only clear/clean the tables or deliver the food. Root cause: fluency or comfort in English in our opinion. Perhaps poor worker motivation and work distribution too we might add. Crystal Jade Management: you should work to have appropriate associates working here. Currently, the state of affairs give a poor impression not only of the restaurant but also that of Singapore as the the airpòrt serves transit passengers too.

Actually the noodles taste good enough 🤤🍜.. Although it needs around 30-40mins to cook. I asked the staff if they can cook more faster, because i have plane to catch that morning. And they did it, maybe 10mins faster. It's worth a lot, just a few of restaurant can accomodate this request. The noodles tastes good too, and the dumplings so tasty. I hope next visit to this terminal i can try another menu here. Well done 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I had an exceptional dining experience here! The food was truly great, with each dish expertly prepared and presented. But what really stood out was the impeccable service - attentive, friendly, and top-notch. A special mention must be made of their dessert, the peach gum beancurd, which was absolutely divine. It was a unique and refreshing treat that perfectly capped off our meal. Overall, I highly recommend this place for its outstanding cuisine and service. Can't wait to come back and try more of their offerings!

Used priority pass to get one of the combos (wanton noodles, shrimp dumpling and soya bean milk). Overall pretty average experience, noodle broth was quite tasteless and I had to add a lot of chilli oil into it.

Went for the Priority Pass sets. Had Set A (Dan Dan Noodle) and Set C (Pork & Vegetable Ramen). All sets came with har gau (steamed prawn dumplings) and choice of soy milk or chinese tea. Was at the airport at 6.30am for an early flight and this was a great choice. The food was spot on, comforting and tasty and freshly prepared. Portion was big for breakfast. The har gaus were tasty! There’s only 2 staff available, so getting seated took about 5mins. But food was served quickly after getting seated, so all’s good Great experience overall!

This is by far my favourite place to eat at Changi. Always happy to fly from Terminal 1. The peculiar mannerisms of some of the stuff members - the other reviewers seem to dislike - are very typical for dim sum restaurants. Why should everything be the same? I love sweet and sour fish and their dim sum, as well as double boiled chicken broth for those who want to prepare themselves for the road!

Choose 1 set from 3 sets: chicken fried rice, sweet and sour fried fish and rice, and black pepper fried chicken and rice. Served with pork dumpling soup. and tea or soft drinks Today I chose chicken fried rice, fragrant and delicious. If you like it spicy, eat it with Chinese chili paste (spicy and salty). As for rice and sweet and sour fish, I didn't have time to taste it. My son ate it all quickly. In addition to sitting comfortably The food is delicious and satisfying. It is another restaurant that I recommend.
