My favorite go-to sushi place in Singapore! The service is super quick! your order arrives in no time, and the taste is an absolute 10/10. If you can't finish everything you've ordered, no worries 🤫they'll happily pack it up for takeaway. Highly recommend!

Very nice sushi place, the food are pretty quick. Went after 8pm on weekday, its our turn pretty quick.there mega 1 for 1 item on Mon-thur. From 9 Sept to 17 Oct.

Can see that they were super busy during peak hour. Food honestly is quite alright for conveyer belt standard. Some of my orders didn’t come but luckily was told to check the bill before paying. Overall a good dinner experience but be prepared to wait for your food during peak hours. Kudos to the service team today!

Decided to patronize on a weekday afternoon during tea time as it was not crowded. Food was nice but portion was small. I wanted to see if I should order more food after finishing my set meal, but I was asked to leave as the seating time is max 1 hour, even though my whole row was empty and the restaurant was not crowded.

It's always a pleasant experience coming here! Affordable sushi spot! We've been coming here around on weekday 5pm so there's no Q. Yeah we beat the dinner crowd. 5.30pm so far no Q on weekday. Staff is always friendly. And it's my go to Mentaiko! To me they have thee best tasting Mentaiko! 😋

Went to genki sushi at 3pm on a Tuesday afternoon. Food was fresh, service was fast and attentive yet not bothersome. Totally doesn’t deserve the 3+ rating on google! Pushing it higher but hopefully it doesn’t get too crowded cos I’m definitely going more often. Keep up the good work :)

Always popular with a long queue, but definitely worth waiting for! Genki is both fun and delicious, with a good mix of authentic Japanese selections and creative ones that will certainly appeal to Singaporeans. It’s a great place for families with kids, as they have a good number of fully cooked sushi and kid-friendly choices like desserts, noodles (the mazesoba is delicious!) and rice dishes. For adults, there’s always a great selection of sashimi and aburi sushi. Their DMZ (daimanzoku 大満足 in Japanese) options are so value for money and delicious! Pricing is reasonable, nothing exorbitant. We were set back by around SGD65 for a family of two adults and a three year old toddler with a solid appetite.

Genki Sushi is one of my children's favourite Japanese restaurant. I was surprised that we could get a table within 5mins on a busy Saturday. The service was brisk and food arrived quickly. We ordered our fav Ebi Tempura Udon, Chawanmushi, Salmon Mentaiko Aburi Sushi, Sukiyaki Beef Sushi, Yaki Corn Sushi and other side dishes. Bill came up to less than SGD45 (for 2 pax) which was reasonable. Tip: Do their new seasonal menu in collaboration with Calbee! Very yummy.

Food: - Love all the sushi, snacks and rice. - More valuable sashimi is easily available in other restaurants in NEX. Soup: - Mushroom miso soup is bland and boring. - Salmon miso soup is yummy, but it's either you get only bones, or small pieces of meat with lots of small bones in them. Tea: - No top up. - Like that they use green tea powder instead of tea bags. ................................................-- Note: The closing time is wrong. Based on what the staff say & did on my visits... Kept soy sauce and ginger - 9.15pm Last order - 9.30pm Lights off - 9.40pm Close - 9.50pm

Food was prepared quite fast and service is consider ok. Food wise can improve. The salmon miso soup fish is not really fresh and the fish given are the face part with no meat. Overall can say not worth for the price point.

Always love genki but some of staff is friendly but the supervisor (I believe) isn’t which is very weird… 😅 but to be fair it doesn’t bother me that much as long as the food is okay and it has been pretty consistent through out.. even managed to become a premium member already

Uneven quality of food, as some dishes are always poorly done while other dishes are always winners. In that sense, the quality is quite consistent because the good dishes - such as the salmon sashimi, chicken karaage, lobster salad sushi, chawanmushi - never fail to disappoint us taste-wise. But the lousy ones, the combinations that just don't work, are consistently bad. Lol. Nonetheless, pretty good value for money. We've been here numerous times. Be prepared to wait 30-45min after you take a queue number during peak mealtimes. Service standards vary depending on the day and time you're there. Many of the servers and cashier staff are inattentive and "sian", but there are also a handful who work hard and are attentive. Hygiene standards are not v strict, considering it's a F&B outlet and plus we are in a pandemic... A few plates we received were dirty and looked like they were wiped simply with a damp cloth after the previous customer ate from it. Can see some unrelated food scraps and sauces at the corners of the plates. The wasabi packets also tend to be sticky on the outside with a mystery substance. That being said, most of the plates and premises we saw appeared to be clean.

We would like to commend Becky for her great service. She was helpful and customer oriented. She went the extra mile to ensure we are ok when the food overturned while retrieving from the train. Lastly, she also get the kitchen to prepare a new order for us.

Food was standard. Aircon was not strong. They need to focus more on the cleanliness of the utensils. Most of the saucers in the drawer was quite dirty (full of soy sauce) and I had to inform the staffs to take it away.
