Came here for the fish soup, gotta say the serving for the price is not great but the food itself is good. Very easy to find seats, guess it’s a good choice if you wanna eat in but are kinda late for lunch.

Quiant, homely restuarant tucked away in tanjong pagar plaza. This place is really a gem. Run by an elderly couple that while might not be the fastest(understandable really), they make you feel as if you're their family. This place oozes with homely and nostalgic feeling. I had the fish slice soup with a bowl of rice. Pieces of fried garlic accompanies the delicious soup with fresh fish slices and vegetables. The food is comforting and light, yet packed full of flavour. Price wise, it is comparable to others with rice being 50 cents. But for this price point. This is perhaps one of the best you will ever have. Places like this are getting to find now a days so be sure to support them! Oh btw its cash only :)

Hearty meal brought to you at reasonably costs. Had their fish sliced soup, broth was on the lighter side, with slight hint of gingerly aftertaste. Definitely not the best I’ve had before, but wouldn’t mind dropping by if I’m out of options as the crowd here wasn’t that bad over lunch hours.
