Wow, what a fantastic dining experience! I stopped by Guzman Y Gomez at Waterway Point and was blown away by the flavors and service. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the food was fresh and delicious. I had the burrito bowl with grilled chicken and it was packed with flavor. The guacamole was creamy and the salsa had just the right amount of kick. The portion was generous and the prices were very reasonable. Highly recommend this place for a quick and tasty meal. 5 stars and can't wait to come back!

We loves the mini burritos and fries, it’s so good and filling. Caught by surprise when one of the female service crew offered my kiddo a yellow balloon with the Guzman logo when we learned that there isn’t any ketchup available. That was really very sweet of her! We love to patronize again and would love to see the young lady again.

Ambiance and comfort - 4/5 (most of the chairs don't have back rests, restaurant layout and design I'd say typical, with outdoor seating as well) Service - 5/5 (friendly counter staff, I told him it's our first time here so he guided us how/what to order, served our food efficiently, gave my girls free stickers too) Price - 5/5 (I'd say value for money, I spent $52 for a meal for 3pax, which includes 3 regular set meals plus another 2 sets of churros with dips) Food - 5/5 (we ordered *Cali Burrito with slow roasted beef, *3 Soft Flour Tortilla Tacos with grilled chicken, *Burrito Bowl with pan seared barramundi, the fish is overcooked in my humble opinion - it was filling, I wasn't able to finish mine, next time we'll just order their mini set meals, instead of regular sets, a set includes fries which are seasoned and crispy plus drinks, they also have a promo that gets you $1 churros set for every $25 spent) Overall, my kids enjoyed their meals as well, they already have a plan to come back next month 😁.

This was my first experience with G&G - the taste of the food was tasty and enjoyable. I sincerely liked it. However, the "presentation" was dubious. It was difficult to decide if my Quesadilla was finger food (to be eaten like a burger) or with the disposable cutlery provided. I tried both methods - as a 'finger food' it was not rigid enough to be held - as cutlery cuisine, it was a little difficult to cut and secure the pieces to bring it neatly to the mouth. The recepticle (paper plate?) that it was served in did not have enough room to maneuver the cutlery in.

I really enjoy Guzman Y Gomez. It’s a great place for people with allergens in Singapore as the allergen information is clearly mentioned. I personally have a gluten allergy and the staff were accommodating and kindly let me know what I needed. The only thing is that it’s a bit on the pricey side.

Great comfort food as always. 😊 Gracious Staff. Perfect location as it is not too crowded in B2. Edit: Ordered nachoa for take away today. When i reached home, there was no salsa nor guacamole, just the tortilla and pulled shiitake. Disappointing.

Most of the time, the food is good. However, today's take out order of quesadilla plus (mild spicy, filling of pulled shitake) only included the tortilla, cheese, pulled shitake which is the normal quesadilla instead of plus. Hope that in the future, the correct order can be made.

Service was great handed by the staff, particularly the female staff working at this day and time. She offered to cut the burrito upon request and she had great manners when speaking to us. Solid staff! The tacos 🌮 were done well, crispy, tasty and better than some of the GYG I had been to.

My family loves the Fajita Bowl so much that we ordered at least once a week via deliveroo, thus a regular customer status with the restaurant. However, we were getting disappointed in most of our orders. The quantity of the food was always inconsistent despite we ordered the same thing. It was always one with very nice presentation and the right amount of food. The other box would be very much lighter with lesser ingredients and 'ugly' presentation. The orders I had today were the worst as one of the box was very well mixed like 'leftovers', with no chips included as well. Consistency is something very important to keep your customers. My family is going to stay away for some time for sure.

Been here to this outlet a few times, I brought my friend here to try the food as we are fans of mexican food. This outlet is small but it gives a cosy vibe. The staff are approachable and friendly. We were approached by one of the staff Rachell who ensured that we had a fine time dining in. She also asked for our feedback on how to improve as they are a new outlet in Punggol. Hope they will do well and have more business in 2022!

I just want to Commend staff Steward/t. Very nice, friendly and accommodating. Such a pleasant interaction with him. I observe that he doesn't stand only. He keep looking around if there’s a needy customer. Such an asset.
