J. L.Food was not fantastic. Quality of the sound system can be improved. The live band works hard at their pieces but the quality is affected by the sound system.
Services were decent on a crowded, busy Friday night.
If you are looking for a place to drink and have some music while gathering with some friends in the North, this can be it.
Parking can be an issue.
E. L.We stumbled into this Bar without must research as its entrance was closest to the car park. The food was your typical bar fare and the attraction was the live band. The service was terribly slow and it was hard to get anyones attention.
B. T. B.If you stay around the Yishun area and want to get a drink, head over here. Even better, this bar is situated inside ORTO, which houses Singapore’s largest prawning facility; what better way is there to enjoy the activity than over a tower of beer?
They serve a mixture of Korean & Western & Thai Cuisines. I would recommend going for the Thai Tomyum Mama & Korean Yakult Soju tower. All the prices are in the menu as I can't remember them now, I know the price was pretty decent for the ambience and food.
Y.Warning this review are for the food that I probably order wrongly there. So the review i gave for to my own an i am very particular about food and the pricing.
The staff was nice to let us chill there when it was raining and went around asking and interacting with the guess.
I went there for food. Maybe I probably ordered the wrong stuff instead.
You should order the army stews more better as those are just ingredients that add into a soup base. That won't disappoint anybody.
When there to chilled and have some Korean fried chicken as I love KFC. But sadly was disappointed by the food there mostly all of it are totally out of the package well its a bar I shouldn't expect that much
Special fries were a mix of kimichi bacon nacho cheese and mayo and spam. Which turns out not bad at all in fact the best out of all that was ordered
Fried chicken was not so good at all. I mean the chicken is not even up to the standard of KFC so sadly.as the sauce was not there nor the taste.
The drinks for beam jim and grapefruit wasn't very nice as well. There was no fuzziness for the highball but the taste of the grapefruit was little or none more like food colouring so please add more for taste.
J. H.Go for the atmosphere, not for the food. I had the salmon steak dish and it was such small 'piece', would guess it's under 100g. Overpriced and tasted mediocre. I enjoyed myself because of the atmosphere and company, but not for the food.
P. S. L.Latest addition to the highly competitive bar scene at Orto. Offering Korean food and beer, and draft Guineas Stout! Been trying out their Korean army stew, and it is pretty darn good. Young boss who is running the kitchen told me he boils ikan billis stock daily for this dish! Other Depp fried items worth mentioning are Korean fried chicken wings (I personally love their soya flavored ones), deep fried tofu, chicken skins, etc. 2 piece live band is being planned too.
J. T.Food only so so. Sambal seafood pizza doesn't have enough sambal taste. Platter was a lot but normal stuff. Probably will not be back.
S. “. C.The atmosphere was acceptable as it was pretty relaxed and catered generally to a Mandarin speaking crowd since the singers there cover mostly Mandarin songs. I had 2 song requests which were totally ignored though 1 of them was an English song which the singers may not have been comfortable covering while the Mandarin song I requested was totally ignored. A little disappointed.

j. p.Nice place to chill with friends! The food and drinks are really affordable (16 for a pretty big long Island ice tea compared to 20++ in the town) live entertainment and overall a very relax place to enjoy the evening. On one note tho, the music might be a little loud sometimes so if you want to have some deep talks you might have to wait till after the live entertainment finish haha. Come early so you can get a seat!
B. T.Went there for dinner last night. The atmosphere is nice. With both outdoor seating space and indoor as well.
Friendly staffs. Even when they are really busy, they still take heart to explain the menu and recommend certain beer and beverage to you.
Good choice of variety in both food and beer. Pricing is just right. But the food needs improvement.
Beef satay was tough to chew and even hard to pull it off from the skewers. Fish and chips, the fish is a bit tasteless and not crispy in the outside, not soft in the inside. Prawn paste chicken is good. Sambal sotong potion is too little for a couple.
Nonetheless, all these can be improved. Overall is still a great place to chill out and really relaxed.
L. W.Nice place for gathering. Feeling abit hot inside as it was open air concept no aircon. The live band is the plus point. Foods and drinks were not bad too but price slightly on the high side. Check your bill before you make payment.

We had Satay.. Nice meats. Sauce is nice but a bit thin. Lamb shank bryani. Very nice n we even ordered more rice.
Service is a bit slow. We ordered drinks n took a long time just to pull beer. N we wanted to change our 3 pints to beer tower but was told already prep. So cannot change. 10 mins later... Beer still didn't arrive. 😔 so they had not prep it we Cld hv changed to tower. As we chased our drinks n we looked over to the bar. There was just one glass on counter. N then a 2nd n 3rd. So they lied.
Sadly. Will I go back. I m not sure. The lady boss was very nice, food was not bad but staff n service is really bad. We had to chase for drinks n food. Dissapointed that they lied abt beer already prep n we were being considerate as you can't pour draught beer back.

J. C.Lamb chop is underwhelming. Beef cubes were okay, overly seasoned so it didn't taste like beef but texture was good. Not good value for its price point if you ask me.
