This is the only bak chang in Singapore that I bother to buy, because once you have tasted it, everything else just pales in comparison. Although it's $6 a piece for the one with all the ingredients, I think it's still worth it given how everything else has increased in price as well.

The condo did a groupbuy, and we got some signature bakchang at $5.50, as well as normal ones at $3.50. They were quite good, and the signature one had lots of mushrooms and chestnut pieces.

I bot the non delux without mushroom. It is too salty for my taste. The meat is soft and juicy. Thou the size is bit small for me.

I ordered a salted egg rice dumpling to take away, which was filled with lean meat, salted eggs and chestnuts. It was really delicious😋 The glutinous rice and the fillings were very fragrant, with enough ingredients and filling in every bite. The boss is also very gentle! Definitely try other flavors next time!
