I recently had the pleasure of dining at Hua Kee Cooked Food in Singapore, and I was very impressed with the food. The restaurant specializes in tze char, a type of Chinese stir-fry cuisine that is known for its bold flavors and fresh ingredients. I started my meal with the Salted Egg Yolk Chicken, which was perfectly cooked and incredibly flavorful. The chicken was coated in a thick, savory sauce that was made with salted egg yolks. It was absolutely delicious!

Ordered the bittergroud beef rice. Beef was overcooked hence it abit tough, and is too salty.
