Reviews of Indian Tandoor Restaurant
Indian Tandoor Restaurant has become my absolute favorite spot to unwind with friends and colleagues. Whether we’re gathering for drinks or enjoying a meal, this place never disappoints. The food is consistently amazing, full of authentic flavors that keep us coming back for more. The ambiance is perfect—calm, relaxed, and ideal for any occasion. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the exceptional service. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, always making sure we have everything we need. The manager is fantastic as well, always going above and beyond to ensure that every customer feels valued. If you’re looking for a place to chill and enjoy some of the best food in town, Indian Tandoor Restaurant is the place to be!
Decorated like a bar (stocked like a bar too!), but serves authentic good Indian lunch set. We had their Friday special. Took a while, but well worth the wait.
Good Indian cuisine at East Village with a wide menu and lunch promotions.
Schwezwan Mushroom Fry was really a delicious Indo-Chinese touch!
Came on a Sunday evening and it was empty. Food was okay, though the briyani rice was really soft, but the taste was fine.
Decent Indian option if you have the craving.
unassuming and hidden indian restaurant at east village. only 2-3 tables occupied on sunday dinner.
butter chicken was nice and used tandoori chicken inside. garlic naan had very garlicky taste and personally tasted better than the cheese naan.
first time trying mango lassi - yoghurt drink that wasnt too sour.
they will offer bottled water which is chargeable but you can ask for tap water.
Nice taste but portions were really small especially the butter chicken. The chicken pieces were tiny and we have to keep 'digging' for it. Prices are on the high side too.
We frequently visit here and love the food. We also used their catering service for a party recent and the overall service, food taste & quality was good. Worth the money! We ordered only 3 days prior to the event and everything went smooth!
Visited on 25 Sep 2022 fo authentic north indian food.. enjoyed the mutton curry, chicken tikka masala, buttered, plain naans and sweet dessert
Food, packaging, price for the quantity served was just justified!
Overall enjoyed our meal and will definitely order in again.
Their food is so nice. Really worth coming down here to eat.
I had dinner at this restaurant recently, and it was superb! Even before I walked into the restaurant, I could smell the delicious scent of tandoori chicken wafting through the air.
My family and I (4 people in total) ordered 4 main dishes and a naan basket, which was just nice for us to finish. The highlight dish of the night for me was the Zafrani Chicken. Tender and well-marinated, this dish was incredible! The Kashmiri Lamb Rogan Josh was also great! The lamb was super soft, melt in the mouth consistency. Just a note though, that the lamb dish is slightly spicy. Not to worry, there is complimentary mint sauce provided on the side which really helps take away the spice.
For a family of 4, I highly recommend getting the naan basket to share, as it is a large portion of 16 pieces. I love how there were 4 different flavours of naan in the basket, including one with a surprisingly yummy filling that has a sweet spice flavour.
We did not order any desserts or drinks, so i have no comment on that, though I might like to try their Masala tea the next time.
One drawback might be the cost, considering that each dish on average costs about $15 and the main dishes are not very big portions. However, the naan basket makes up for the smaller main dish portions, so that’s alright.
Overall, a wonderful dining experience which I highly recommend!!😃
We had a delicious food (prawn fry) last week and they made it especially for us even though it is not in menu list. Meanwhile they comforted us abundantly by preparing the food style as per our expected South Indian preference.
Service - They are so friendly (5 star)
Food - We love soups, non veg items always and it will be delicious(5 star)
Went to this Cozy little North Indian restaurant at East Village and enjoyed great food. Cheese Naan was fantastic (while it's still warm), the mint yoghurt chutney was particularly nice... Ordered a few servings and the staff was particularly kind to give. The butter chicken and lady finger goes so well with the rice. All their sauces were generously rich...and yummy. Oh did I say service was good too? The only reason why I dock one star due to the price...
I have been ordering from Indian Tandoor East Village consistently for the last 8 months and it’s my go to place for authentic Indian food. The staff are all so amazing and the food is just too damn good. Please try their Cheese Naan with the Zaffrani Tandoori. So succulent and I’d rate it an easy 10/10. Thank you for the wonderful service. You’ve got yourself a loyal customer. 🥰
The first time we ordered for a Birthday Party. Since then all my family enjoyed the taste. We have been ordering for functions.
Very good, sumptuous taste and fast delivery.
Good food options from sweet to spicy.
Special Shout out and Thanks to Ramesh who catered our order and gave us suggestions with food choices. Please try and enjoy the great indulgance and experience.

One of the best Briyanis I've had in Singapore. Don't miss the spicy curry they give with it. If its too spicy for you try the yogurt with it. The Chicken tikka with mint chutney is also one of my favourites. With a little touch of mock tail ends a nice good lunch or dinner.
Goff food and great value for what you pay.
Amazing food , excellent environment and outstanding service…. Super friendly owner and very welcoming staff including the head chef Mr khan from Odisha India and Vinod bhai from Jammu India❤️
Recently opened near tanamehrah. Good staff service and food is good. Biriyani is not prepared in dum style, they use chicken gravy on basmati rice to prepare biriyani like fried rice. Other than that ambience is pleasant and staff service is good.
We have been to the restaurant few times and also order from here for any festival and gatherings. Have tried most of the dishes and all are fresh and tasty
I ordered food from this restaurant multiple times, there food and delivery service is one of the best.
I recommend palak paneer, paneer pakora, gobi manchurian, and onion kulcha as one of the best I have tried in singapore east region.
Great food. New Zealand ice cream is great after a meal. Friendly staff. Also a very good option for lunch!
Came for dinner with my family. We loved the food and ambiance.. amazing service .. both veg and non veg food was awesome .. must visit indian restaurant in east ..
Great North Indian food at reasonable price. And it's at a convenient eastern suburb location at East Village. Definitely worth a try!
Very Good Restaurant for North Indian and South Indian foods. Indian breads and Tandoori chicken must try .
Best indian restaurant where i've ever been in SG.
The Staff is also very nice and kind.
Dont know why not many people here.
We will visit again.
Indian Tandoor food quality is very good. Service is very fast. Whenever I ordered delivered on time with adequate quality.
Excellent, fresh food with variety of options. Dine in or delivery, my preferred Indian restaurant in Singapore…
Amazing place and food. Naans and curries were authentic. Their fresh juices are pure and fresh.
Good option for quality north indian food in the east. Must try their tikkas & kebabs and the peas pulao / dal tadka is a good recommendation.
Great ambience. Owner is polite and down to earth. Wide menu with lots of options. Wish you more success.
