Reviews of IPPUDO TANJONG PAGAR CENTRE
excwllent service and food. i like the soup base of the vegetarian ramen, a job well done :)
Typical Ippudo ramen shop. Maybe this is normal price in Singapore but I was feeling it's very pricy...more than 40 sgd for one small bottle of beer, 5pc of fried dumpling and one signiture noodle. Also they taste not special but not bad. One good point is they serve very fast.
Tried the new special vegetarian version ramen. As its so hard to get vegetarian choices, i applaud their effort in making one. I hope it get to stay on the permanent menu. I will ask to tone down on the oil though.. a bit too oily for me
Always friendly service from the regular lady waitress there. The food is never disappointing. Though they have become stingy with the condiments like spring onion and black fungus where you pay a hell of a lot for what is now half the portion of what it used to be. And to think that ippudo in japan gives condiments for free and ad much as you want. That said, not asking for free but you can be more generous
Lunch set meal was really value for money! Tried the zero ramen, which we understood from the server, that was the original ramen stock and less creamier than the standard fare. Like the way it was rich but not too oily and overwhelming. Cha-han was an add-on of $3. Pretty nicely executed with dollops of char siu in between. Service was relatively fast and servers were zipping around. Great for cbd lunch.
This restaurant in the middle of the busiest business district has a special charm in a lazy Sunday afternoon. Ippudo Ramen is good as usual.
Food was good, lunch time promo brought us there, it's S$15++ for dish with add-on (gyoza or fried rice). Everything very tasty. Will come again
Environment is nice, service crew ok.
But food slightly ex and small to share.
Food is ok.
This Ippudo outlet is very different compare to the rest of the outlets. The taste is better and nicer. The noodles are more tender and refine. And the 'cha shu' more juicy. It is as if this particular outlet is more premium than the rest of the Ippudo in Singapore. However, the soup base is more salty than I expected but overall taste is still good. Iwould eat here again definitely.
Queue is fast but the ramen isn't very fantastic as expected. They named their Ramen world no 1 set expectation too high. But their spicy ramen is worth a try with 4 different spicy levels.
One of the more quiet sibling of the chain at night. Quite easy to get seating here at dinner time. Probably people are rushing out of CBD at night. Probably there are good competition of ramen around the area. Here you get a good bowl of ramen to satisfy your ramen crave. Good only, not better nor the best in town . Trust me there are better one around the area at dinner time. They are just a few blocks away. You just have to look for a queue and follow it. Broth is thick and creamy with hours of cooking the pork bones. Noodles are soft enough yet chewy. A very standard bowl of ramen in comparison in Singapore context. Selection are quite good as they got exclusive local favours here. One uniquely is a curry version . Ambiance of the place is bright and clean. With bay Windows, you could see the city right outside. Eating Ippudo in Singapore, I always has a saying, double the price half as nice as compared to any branch in Japan.
Chicken shoyu ramen is abit salty. Flavour is okok.
Happy 34th Anniversary! Ramen excellent as usual. Nice promotional offer!
Great food with great service. Location easily accessible from MRT, the amenities are great.
Nice ramen. Private place to enjoy lunch. Easy to find, even the flower delivery guy is able to chase me down to send me these bunch a roses. 😍 sweet
Pleasant experienced visited with family member on a weekend soon early in the day when it just opened.
Generally good ramen with sufficient service. Orders taken and delivered promptly, generally no issues.
Price is a little on the higher side, but to be expected in this part of town.
I absolutely liked the ambience in the restaurant. The vibrant colours that present the ramen. For the food itself, its was just delectable with just the right amount of seasoning. The price is a bit pricy but for the service,it is worth the price
Enjoyed the ramen during my visit in March 2018.
Like the place during the weekend as its not as crowded. Food wise is good; my wife who usually dont like ramen, asked for a second serving of char siew. Will be bringing my close pals next time
Somehow, this did not wow me as much as the branch in Mandarin Gallery. Ordered a special set which comes with 4 chashu slices but each chashu slice is pretty small. The seaweed was also all soaked up when it reaches me.. thought it'll still be crispy. Lastly, the special set only comes with half an egg (yes, it is stated in the menu but I thought this was a bit stingy).
Food was nice, just the service a bit slow 😂
A relatively less busy outlet, at least during weekends. Went there twice. Love the noodles and soup. Absolutely delicious
They actually close at 10:20, so what they have on google - 11pm is wrong.
The original bowl taste ok, better than ippudo malaysia but can’t compete with ippudo in Japan.
Ramen is good and service is okay...
I asked for extra noodles, means it was great.
Love their ramen
Char siew pork had a strong unpleasant taste - not as good as the other Ippudo outlets in Singapore for sure. Broth was still good though.
Nice ramen, just the normal lv soup might be slightly oily
Super friendly staffs. I would like to especially compliment Sania for her professionalism. You made day :)
Very good service , not too crowded and free kid meal for a main course. Very worth it !
Friendly staffs and especially towards kids. Good value for kids set.
Super service, friendly and efficient.
Nice highballs and very good deal during happy hours
Very kid friendly with weekend menu and complementary kid set
You will know that whether they are world standard. Drop by and tastes de difference.
Great ramen. Ice cold beer on tap.
Amazing ramen. I love the karraka men.
If you like ramen Ippudo is a must!
Ramen + Draft beer = Happy
The meal for two combo is worth it.
Very good places to come for dinners
Service at this outlet is always excellent!
🤤
Good food
Good ramen!
nice!

Ipudo is always right. I've been to Sydney, Melbourne, and Singapore (Marina Bay and Tanjong Paga branch). The conclusion is always right. Be sure to eat it with black pepper.
One of the best soba! Delicious
