We were at My Village branch to celebrate my loved one's birthday. The service was good and impressive , food was served at the right temperature and nicely plated! The manager , Sharon was prompt and friendly in coordinating the surprise birthday dessert for us. I loved how she's so warm and amiable. We will come back again ❤️💯

Tastes gooood Their pork chop is ridiuclously tender. Pair their lean meat with a slice of fat and god it melts in your mouth. Steak is chewy, not too gamey taste, yummy! Their chicken chop is sogood too ugh everything is so juicy and succulent and tasty!! Very filling too $30+ per person its a nice treat once in a while. Large selection of sides to choose from. I really like their creamy spinach with cheese. Mashed potato is gooey and peppery! Eggplants were roasted nicely. Even their french fries are tasty! But their baked beans are not worth it lol no bacon inside. Mac n Cheese tastes plastic. For drinks, I like their cucumber lemonade soda! Refreshing and cleans the palate :)

The service staff were all polite and efficient, especially once of the male service staff,Mr Steven Ho who were always polite and courteous even though they were running a full capacity. Came here around 530pm on a Sunday where most are celebrating Father’s Day. It was a short 10mins wait as we are still early from the Sunday crowd. A long que started to form while we waited for a table. I had the lamb rack comes with mushroom soup and a half pint Stella atois beer for $55+++. The lamb rack tasted great with 2 sides. It took around 30mins for all food to be served for a table of 6. Overall experiences was good 👍

Very spacious dinning area, a nice place to have a good meal and chat with your friends or family. I like that they serve drinks like Kopi and Teh despite being a Western themed diner. The meat served here is done pretty well. Portion is adequate and you can choose higher weightage of meat if desired. They have 20 types of side dishes for you to choose to go along with your mains. Place may be packed so expect to queue during peak hours. Cost is slightly higher than average. Self service from ordering to payment before food is served to you. Parking is limited within the basement carpark of the mall.

First time. Need to pay first and they will serve you later. As I am ahead of the crowd, thus pressured by the long queue behind us. Ordering can't be too long, though counter staff did not hurry us. End up order missed my starter, soup and other side dishes. Menu can add some real pictures, make it easier to read and understand. Especially for first timer. Food serving was fast, taste okay. Overall experience is like a food court for steak. It's a place to eat, not a place for enjoyable dinner.

Not our first visit. Great customer service always. Ordered the pork collar and lamb shoulder with prawn bisque. Meat doneness was well controlled. Really liked the prawn bisque. Could really taste the sweetness of the prawn in the soup. Looking forward to try their steak the next time.

Steak was decent and service was acceptable but there wasnt much of an ambience. The wait can be very very long tho. Overall good place to go for family n friends, will go back if in the area. Had the pasture fed ribeye steak, well done. Was slightly tough and still tasted really good even when well done. Tried the medium rare and not much of a beefy smell, would still prefer well done as it tastes fuller n slightly richer in flavor. Nice char on the beef too. The gourmet sausage sides were good but not fantastic with 2 chicken n 2 pork. Had a good snap to them and tasted like the sausages u get at hotel breakfasts. Mac and cheese sides were as expected not much to rave. Buttered garlic eggplant was quite good tho not much garlic fragrance. Olive rice was the best imo, chewy with a very slight sweetness from the olives. Had a small piece of honey garlic chicken. Sauce was a tad too sweet for my liking, chicken was tender but could have char it longer. Abit too expensive for the steaks ($27 for 250g) but seeing as to how few decent steakhouses there are in this price range. I think its a good choice if u crave some.

Self service for seats, be sure to find one before queuing up to order. Very crowded during weekend dinner, best to get there before 6pm. If eating in, they will give you a number to place on your table. Beverages are sold at a separate counter. There is a large section of chilled can and bottled drinks to choose from. Alcohol is also sold. There are two ice dispensers for self serve if you ordered drinks and want to pour it it into a cup with ice. Steaks are fantastic for the price point, you can choose to have two sauces (mushroom and black pepper) at the sides if you are unsure which sauce you prefer. They will give you both in small cups so you can pour it over your steak. Chicken is alright, tried the honey garlic chicken which was very sweet. Each grilled dish comes with two sides, the onion rings and cream spinach seem to be highly recommended. Service there is quite prompt, we didn't have to wait long for our food. Staff are friendly and there was a really sweet lady who was singing and wishing the dads Happy Father's Day. Overall the go to casual place for good steak and their sides, just need to be there at off peak periods if you do not like to wait too long since this place is very popular.

Only place so far where their carbonara is authentic and made without cream. Delicious!! Staff is always friendly and ambience is wonderful. Also try the aglio olio (I got mine with chicken), lychee lemon soda, fried chicken or mushroom chicken. The sides are all good but my faves are onion rings and crunchy potato salad. This is my favorite isteaks branch because of the high ceilings, natural light, and greenery outside!

Good service but okayish food. Received a well-cooked medium rare steak, but the portion that can't be eaten might be abit too much :( Those in the photo were cut out from 2 steaks~

For the price, it's really good place for steak. I had 100 days ribeye and the wagyu ribeye (with 2 sides), 2 mushroom soups and 2 drinks for $75. The steaks were nicely done and the pepper and mushroom sauce were pretty decent as well.

Steaks are good with a wide variety of sides. The parmesan asparagus and garlic buttered egg plants are different from other casual western food restaurants. But skip the baked potato that is soul-less. iSteaks has an fully online ordering and payment process, scan QR code to order. It is a sensible measure during the pandemic, but probably makes staff colder. They did not bother acknowledging guests when leaving.

I find this place comparable to Aston, in terms of quality and price. For BBQ chicken chop, I prefer Aston's BBQ sauce and Aston chicken chop with a BBQ "burnt" smell. As for steak, it may be slightly better here. But really, both of the brands are quite comparable, but not the brand starting w C. For casual western food with reasonable price ( though price has been increasing due to inflation), try out this brand.

Overall good place for meat and a fuss free meal. Steaks are well cooked to the preferred doneness and were juicy. Good Taste on the pork ribs. Quality of meat commensurate with the price paid.

You really can't go wrong with iSteak's affordable pricing and decent food, though there are times where you'd need to wait for quite some time to get a seat (but the aunties are really helpful with this). Love the brussels sprouts here, but quality of food really changes a lot according to the crowd & timing.

Best value for money steak around! It tends to be very crowded during weekend so come at off peak hours. The steaks range from $19.50 onwards and comes with 2 sides. Personal favourite is their crisp and fragrant onion rings.

Ordering process was a brisk via app. Service was rather fast despite the crowd at dinner time.. However felt the steak overly chewy.. Need lots of jaw muscle... Tried both ribeye & striploin in different doneness and felt striploin in medium would b the best..... Pricing wise its very affordable. Love the sides.. Connecting with my champions in this restaurant, likewise the crowd is normal during lunch. Can see many team lunch were held here. Ordered the Ribeyes with mashed potatoes and Mac &. Cheese. I am surprised with the teh tarik, tasted odd, perhaps it is made from vending machine.

Jun 2020 Went back after they reopened for dining. Able to order directly from the table using the QR code, which makes things easier. Do note they only take Visa or Mastercard. Ordered the ribeye and sirloin, which both came with two sides. The striploin was slightly better, as the ribeye I had was a little gristly. The sides of apple and nut salad, potato mash , corn, and baked potato were fine. Sep 2019 We opted for burgers with an extra side of bacon. While it did take some time to receive our meals, it was well worth the wait. The patties were juicy and flavourful, and the bread did not get soggy. The fries that came with the dish were also nice, and not oily. You order the food at one counter and order drinks at another.

iSteaks Diner's concept is pretty much similar to Astons, and their prices are also on par. Just like Astons, every main course here comes with 2 complements of your choice. The fries was almost tasteless. The chicken was tender and marinated nicely. Couldn’t find any trace of lemon though, so it was quite a letdown.

My go to place for quick and fuss free steaks whenever I feel carnivorous. It has since become my benchmark for how other steakhouses are rated and should be priced against. This lovely 350g cut of NZ ribeye only costs 30ish bucks.

As usual, one of our favourite regular places for meals as well as special celebration. Today, we decided an early lunch for family of 5. We were at d restaurant 11.30am and had to wait almost 45 minutes for my son to arrive. The staff had been very nice and accommodating to ensure we're comfortable and not feeling awkward while awaiting in the restaurant for our son. Overall, we enjoyed the food very much; leaving the restaurant fully satisfied and happy.. Keep up the good service Team isteak. Thank you very much!

It is with a heavy heart that I amend my review from 5 stars (4yrs ago to 3) today in 2023. I've always loved coming here for that sub 20bucks very yummy and affordable steak with add on 2.5 or 3.5 soup and a bunch of affordable eats. I've been coming here since they were just an outlet in the coffee shop (that's now srisun express) around 2006. Now, the isteaks feel like a sell out cash grab business. I mean 7-10 dollar soups with many choices now that they serve to you in a huge fancy french soup bowl? I ordered the 10 dollar prawn bisque and was too bitter and too thick. (Long ago it used to be 1 soup of the day + country vegetable, at 2.50 or 3.50 inc garlic bread). I still remember some of the staff that used to work there for decades. Now let's get into the steak. The last 3 times I've been here, everytime it's undercooked. It's steakhouse char. I'm paying more money for it but they don't seem to use thermometer or know how to cook it to good temperature in the center while getting a nice crust. I think if they let me into their kitchen they'd fire all their chefs. Sellout feeling, don't think I'd come back anymore. Last chance was the straw that broke the camel's back. Now looking for an affordable yummy steak place lol.

Its been almost a year or more since I revisited here. I was nearby and a thought to visit Desmond, but he isn't aorund. My wife and I ordered a tilapia and a 350gm steak. It wasnt that busy as it was quite a late lunch. We were being served by Edison who recommended me a 350gm steak as I was starving. After 15mins of wait. My wife's dish was served and mine was probably about 30mins later. As I know a thick steak requires time to cook. When it came the meat was tough and hard to cut through. I called Edison to see why's that. He explained and offered to redo another steak for me. I'm a pretty particular as I'm paying quite a substantial amount fot it. I agreed. Having to wait another 30 mins or so.. Edison came up and offered his services to have something to bite while waiting for the steak. I kindly rejected because I want to savour the steak fully. Soon after the steak arrived and was served by a waitress by the name of Georgine.. she asked me how's my steak is.. and I told her I will let her know later. Before I could cut up a couple more slices she came and ask again so I told her why are you rushing me? I told her that the steak needs to rest in order to get the perfect doness. She got heated up and walked away and left a terrible remark. At this point Edison stepped in and apologized for that. And I'm appeased for he's great attitude and professionalism that explaining to me that my doness is cooked in between rare to medium rare as he found out that the meat doness previous made was not to my liking. And this time the steak was in perfect taste and money well spent. I recommend Edison as his service recovery was fast and that made me and my wife a joyful lunch. All thanks to Edison for his impeccable service and the chefs for able to perfect this steak.

Food is good and nice variety. Service could and should be improved. Waiters could be more attentive and awake to customers needs and wants. Also washers could be educated on the system, as a first timer, had been given mixed instructions. System is to rigid for special diet needs. Food were actually pretty good. Came at least 3 times. Unfortunately, food is pretty inconsistent. The first visit was perfect. Food was good, service was good, ambience was nice. Hence, we decided to go back again. The last last visit, we came for lunch and it was unfortunate that there was no french fries available. The last visit, the lamb was not as fatty and juicy as our previous visit. The fried calamari portion was most half as compared to the previous visit. It was just very unfortunate thst the quality of the food become unpredictable.

Great affordable steaks. There is a rather large variety of western cuisin on their menu as well. Good and fast customer service. Only downside I faced during my last trip was that the steak (medium rare) was a tad undercooked. However, overall still a great experience and would definitely recommend.

If you are looking for a steak that is reasonable in pricing , quality at its best , isteak is the best choice. As compared to places like Astons and jacks place , isteak's quality surpasses them in terms of taste , consistency ,price and services. Never once isteak disappoints and will look forward to every dining with them.

Find a seat by yourself, then go to the counter to order, a staple dish plus 2 side dishes, the steak is delicious! I like medium rare, if you think it’s too rare, you can order 7 medium rare! Really delicious, highly recommended!
