For the dining experience, I give 5 stars for them. But sorry that need to remove 1 star for the overall experience due to the bad experience for the booking system. We came here for the WHIMSICAL WONDERLAND AFTERNOON TEA for my friend birthday. The setting is very nice and cute. Food is good. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our afternoon tea here. However, I think there is a need to improve the booking system as I had received a cancellation email in the next day after I had made full pre-payment. No one contact me what's going on. I was stunned and tried to call the Lobby Lounge hotline few times but no one pick up at all. Thereafter, I went to the hotel website and pressed the hyperlink hotline "+1-800-CONRADS" in the website. Finally there was a customer service picked up and I told him about the cancellation and told him that I would like to check what was happening. But he keep asking me details and what hotel name in bad attitude while I told him few times and I spelled to him but he suddenly hanged up. Is the link wrong in the website? Or the Cs staff in bad mood? In the end, I tried to WhatsApp the hyperlink in the website 'chat with us' and the previous payment whatsapp to hope to find someone can reply me. Finally, a nice staff WhatsApp and also called me back to confirm the booking and explain what happening with apologise for the system error. I would like to share this is because I hope it won't happen to other customer in the future.

The high tea was lovely, loved the themed display alot. Shout out to the chef and pattesiers for the wonderfully crafted food. Service was great and a very good experience. Thanks to Shannon, Betty, Jason, Minji and May!! Great experience even down to the complimentary birthday cake for sister.

Delicious Xmas lhigh tea set! Manage to just walk in without reservation. The staff is very friendly. Herbs and ginger tea is great with the savoury and coffee is nice and strong and goes well with sweet. Welcome drink is very lovely. Completed the high-tea with fruity sweet kiss tea which is strawberry, pineapples and kiwi mixed tea cocktail.

The high tea set was a bit too sweet, but the staffs are all very friendly and helpful here. Had a birthday celebration here and was surprised by the staffs with a small cake, a birthday song and a print out photo which the staff help to take. Overall, it was an excellent experience!

Brought my daughter to Conrad for strawberry afternoon tea 2 Fridays ago to celebrate her birthday. Exquisite presentation. Delightful to the eyes and taste. There was a little freak accident half way through our tea. The staff moved us to new table and serve us with new set. Indeed an excellent and friendly service. Every staff who passed by expressed concern for our well being. They even offered our meal as complimentary. Thank you for the memorable experience. See ya again!

Excellent service and quality food! Been here twice for their high tea already and it’s one of the better ones in sg for sure. Also got a 15% discount with UOB credit card so it’s even more value for money. Received a complimentary cake for our anniversary too. Highly recommend! Thanks May for the great service!

I don’t usually go for high tea. But if you have special occasion, can try this one. The price is reasonable. Nice atmosphere and nice sevice. It comes with welcoming drink, sandwiches and savouries, and pot of tea (can order as much as you can).

Great creativity by the Hotel with the Strawberry Afternoon Tea. Artisanallly delightful. As well we could sample multiple types of tea or coffee within the 2 hourw. Great Service by Jaewon and his colleagues.

The. Xmas high tea is just simple, the taste are just the taste of the food that you put together. The sweets was not tempered perfectly which I can still see marks on it. Seats don’t really offer much privacy and they insist on me sitting on the alley, leaving 2 3-4 seater empty, which feels more of a cafe then a restaurant, I don’t feel relax here so it’s really the first high tea that failed in ambience for me

Ian provided exceptional service during our high tea experience. He was attentive, friendly, and ensured we had everything we needed to enjoy our afternoon. Ian’s warm demeanor and professionalism really stood out, making the experience even more delightful. To top it all off, he surprised me with a birthday cake, which made the day extra special. Superbly in love with the Alice in the Wonderland Theme! Aesthetic on point, food was really yummy and the staffs, especially So Yeo and Ian, were really attentive! Ensuring that our menu has no pork and no alcohol, helping us take wonderful pictures and even help us rotate the beautiful ensemble so that we can take a video of it :) Highly recommend and would come back here for the 3rd time when there's a new theme:)

Great service, and we enjoyed the Gins formulated by the mixologist Mr. Lemuel (aka Lim-Well). We like the local themed gin (Rojak🤭😘 - distilled from high quality honey & redistilled with key ingredients for rojak) and flavouful themed Gins (Aviatian, Generous Purple and Kino-B). Good place to have a catch-up with friends over a drink, and there is live music by pianist during the 4pm-6pm).

The savoury and Sweet strawberry hi-tea items have the right taste and delicious. Seated at the corner where there is nice background for photo shoots. The staff are attentive and proactive to ask if you need assistance to help take memorable photos , especially Faaiz, is friendly and patient.

Ian’s service is the star of the show. He truly ensured me & my friend were comfortable and enjoyed the whole experience. The taste of food itself was just slightly above average. The scones were amazing but other than that, the rest were decent but I expected more. Ambience was good with piano playing and classic vibe of Conrad. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience.

A cosy place with excellent table service and good quality food. A live piano playing makes the ambience relaxing for a weekend high tea session. All the staff were attentive and helpful. Very good service staff. Food as shown were of good quality. A few interesting pastries that could not be found elsewhere. Personally liked the Sakura rose and raspberry red velvet A souvenir of nice thank you card at the end of the meal gave the dining experience a personal warmth. Totally enjoyed my high tea and I would recommend others to try too.

Had the high tea for my grandmother’s birthday celebration and we had a lovely time. The savoury choices were delectable and we really liked the variety of TWG teas and Bacha coffees. The service team (Ian, Janet, Shannon and Jaewon) provided excellent service and were all so friendly. Overall, a pleasant experience :)

Went to whimsical wonderland afternoon tea to try the food there and it is very nice. Shannon, soyeon, betty, Janet and Krish were very helpful and even gave me a photo to take home! They even helped me to take a photo prior to the meal as well. The explanation on what was given to us was also very helpful.

Went for High Tea (booked by our son) on 31 May. Was served by May. On knowing that it was my wife’s birthday, she surprised us with a cake. Also help took a very beautiful photo for us. She is very knowledgeable with the type of coffee & tea in the menu. Recommended Red Balloon tea for us & we loved it.

A less well known high tea with lesser crowd, yet the food is good with pocket friendly menu. Even the ala carte menu like the sandwiches only cost $10. The decor is so well done for the flower theme.. will return again for a quiet afternoon outing. Update: came for National day afternoon tea. The menu this time is more of local inspired dishes and Bundung drink was really good and not too sweet.

Ordered afternoon tea. Starting with the seafood platter, there's a lot to choose from. Since I was full, I asked if I could take out the last scone, and they happily packed it in a box for me.

I've used it many times, but since it's a business meeting, I always only drink coffee or beer in the evening. Sometimes when I see someone enjoying afternoon tea next to me, I think I'll try it next time, but since I have access to the lounge, I don't know when the next time will be. . . At night, you can hear the piano playing and the atmosphere is nice.
