Reviews of Loving Nature Fortunate Coffee Cafe SG
Food is just ok for me maybe because i‘m not really used eating vegan. But I would like to try other dish next time. The service is superb! My friend broke her glass tumbler and they really helped a lot in cleaning the broken glass. Thanks again! We are so thankful. Staff are bice.
A convenient hangout located near the MRT Station.
Tried some of the pasta, but it wasn't very impressive.
The menu is rotational, with specials on Fridays, some items served only weekends or odd/even numbered weeks. Something like that. Strange patterns.
I recently had the pleasure of visiting ‘Loving Nature Fortunate Coffee Cafe’ at 844 Sims Ave, #01-700 in Singapore, and it was nothing short of an amazing experience! This hidden gem truly impressed me with its warm and friendly staff.
I had the Mei Cai with peanuts and rice, and I must say, it was an explosion of flavors in my mouth. The Mei Cai was not only incredibly yummy but also creatively prepared. The mushroom spaghetti was another highlight, with a wonderful texture and a super delicious mushroom sauce that left me craving for more.
Their homemade sauce dumplings were equally delightful, and I couldn’t find the words to describe just how yummy the filling was. What’s even better is that the prices are quite reasonable, making this cafe an excellent value for the quality of food you receive.
It’s worth noting that Loving Nature Fortunate Coffee Cafe is only open three days a week, from Friday to Sunday. But let me tell you, it’s an absolute must-try and something you won’t regret. I, for one, am already planning my next visit because I can’t get enough of their delicious offerings. Don’t miss out on this culinary gem!
A big thank you to my friend for bringing us here on a Sunday. We tried a few items which came so quickly that forgot to take pictures of the burger. All are tasty although my friend found the dumplings spicy.
The Ice Cube Coffee is quite interesting - ice cubes made from coffee and they pour oat milk over the ice cubes. Something new.
Bought the olive ciabatta home to try. It’s really good with lots of herbs and olives.
All handmade sauces using natural ingredients. Highly recommended. They are open only on the weekends. The rest of the days are spent preparing the food. Am amazed at their dedication to serving yummy healthy food.
Open only Friday to Sunday as it is run by wonderful volunteers. Food is lovingly prepared (no processed stuff here), nutritious and tasty. Very reasonably priced and vegan. Do visit and support them …
10/10!! atmosphere was very peaceful and quiet. The ice cream, I am surprised to know is all made in-house with cashews and no additives or chemicals. The lovely volunteer had shared with me that all the meals are made with so much care, love and attention to detail. Not just awesome quality, but the service and atmosphere added to the experience of heart-felt food. I highly recommend, and I can't wait to go back again.
I had my fair share of food and this place struck out as one of the best experience possible. Operating only three days a week namely Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The rest of the week is used to ferment and prepare stuffs. The food I ordered was the red yeast rice mushroom set. As you can see, there was the reddish mushroom main dish with a plate of blue pea rice that was pretty morish and pleasantly done. The braised tofu was really fresh and delicious. The set was delivered with a soothing Goji tea and plain water on the side. I would say the dish was really healthy and priced reasonably at $6.80. I would gladly pay this as the service is top notch too. The decor is modern philosophical as you can look at the way the clock was hung on the wall. Come support this place and it may surprise you as I was. Cheers 😊
A very soothing place to enjoy nice coffee and their own self-made breads which was served hot from the oven. Their dumplings was also a must to try. Affordable prices. The gentleman, Aerriick who attended to me is super nice. They are good hearted volunteers.
Zen and clean place for enjoying vegetarian food. The cafe is very near to Eunos MRT station.
We ordered the pesto pizza and the rendang set. They were both delicious; highly recommended.
One of the few vegan cafes I've been to that doesn't burn a hole in your pocket. Seating is spacious by Singapore standards, but it can get a bit loud & noisy. Service is quite friendly. The menu is interesting and makes you want to come back for more. I'm definitely coming back for pizza.
Edit: I came back for the pizza but was disappointed. Without (vegan) cheese, it felt more like bruschetta or biscuit with toppings.
Overall the food is great. Is probably the rare places you can opt for a non-sweeten hot chocolate.
Will be back to try other dishes
Visited for the first time. Calm and peaceful environment. Love the black vinegar fungus rice set and waffle. A place worth for a visit.
Excellent place for vegans. Waffles with ice cream are magnificent!
I’ve been few times so far, gonna became a regular customer. The staff is friendly and polite. Very first day Eric who work there have nice chat with me, he told that they are volunteers and got no salary this way they want to make prices lower to make vegan food more affordable. Most of ingredients they make their self, e.g vegan cheese or tomato sauce.
The decorations also worth mentioning, there is a clock with some pleasant adjectives dedicated to each hour of the day.
Cosy little cafe with warm friendly staff. Every item we ordered tasted great. Can't wait to visit again to try other dishes.
Update: We have returned here numerous times since my original review, and the food and the service have been consistently excellent. My favorite items are the red yeast and black vinegar rice sets, pesto pasta, pesto pizza, millet porridge, waffles and the bread. What I love about this place is how their food is tasty yet not oily or salty, and still very much affordable, which is truly rare to find in Singapore. The staff are kind and friendly, and the walls are adorned with pictures bearing meaningful messages. Do give this place a visit if you haven’t already done so! To avoid disappointment, it is recommended to message them in advance to reserve the items you want.
I had my best vegan food experience today. The food. The service. The vibe. Amazing. You got to experience it yourself!
Everything Good, Nice! 👍👍👍
A hidden vegan gem in the East. For the health conscious, there is no processed food. We have the mushroom and tomato spaghetti. The spaghetti sauce is flavourful, richly fused with herbs and nuts. We love the steam dumplings too. Staffs are welcoming and friendly. Will be back for more.
Great pesto pizza and waffles. One of my family's favorite
went at dinner with a reservation and the service was so good! there were constant friendly check ins. pesto pizza was very tasty and i recommend the ice cube coffee too!! the place is really quaint and quiet. tomato spaghetti was quite worth :) it's a short walk from eunos mrt and worth a visit!
Cozy environment and friendly staffs ❤️
MUST try pesto pasta, pesto pizza, matcha latte, and ice cube coffee 👍🏻🍵🍮🍝
A small cosy cafe conveniently located opposite eunos mrt. This cafe only open Fri to Sun due to limit resources n needs time to prepare all ingredients from scratch. The crispness of sour dough pizza base together with their homemade pesto sauce well balanced n taste fabulously. The red yeast vinegar rice also taste great. The vinegar dish is not over powered with sourness n together with the blue pea rice, it's really appetizing. They also have their naturally fermented bread for afternoon tea that we will try on the next visit.....
This is a hidden gem if you have not discovered it. It is more than a great place for good quality and delicious plant based asian and western food. It is also a cozy place for family and friends gathering and the price is more than reasonable.
Besides this is a very meaningful establishment and behind the scene, there is a group of volunteers who are helping out to operate the place without a salary because of a common vision of protecting the environment and our beloved planet while preparing good quality vegan food for humanity to enjoy.
Please try their rice sets, spaghetti, pizza, dumplings, waffle with ice-cream, buns, coffee and more. You have missed a lot if you have not been here yet.
Delicious dishes with really fresh ingredients made from scratch and super affordable - highly recommend!
Such a nice place for vegan food. Nice interior and the owner was super kind. Their philosophy is great, very conscious and sustainable. Definitely recommend!
We discover this place by chance on a Friday evening after a long and difficult week at work. We quickly discovered that It's not only about the food but also about love, health and intention. Places like this are rare and they warmth your heart. Thank you!
The bread and service was good. Will come again.
It was my first time here, very good experience and worth spending. For those who travel with public transport, not far from bus stop
Very wonderful to find the same outlet like KL .Love their freshly baked vegan bread.Try the wholesome ah ma red yeast frangant rice .Very nutricious and unusual.
Extremely wallet friendly, and no gst or service charge! Food are great! Highly recommended
Nice chill place. Its vegan food, with self made ingredients
Good food, good service.
The food is delicious and healthy. There are no processed ingredients in the food. The meals are cheap. The employees are all volunteers. It is only open for three days. On Friday, Saturday and Sunday, they promote vegetarianism, encourage vegetarianism, and encourage environmental protection of the natural environment.
A cafe with a nice atmosphere. I was grateful that they provided me with water. The price is also reasonable, about 2/3 of that of other cafes.
