Waited awhile for order when place was not crowded. When order came to table, there was no stirer and sugar for the teas. I went to get chilli at the servery station. There was no queue but staff was replacing some storage below. She saw me but continue to take her own sweet time to do whatever she wants and made no attempt to shift a liitle to give me space to get what i want. Overall service could be better

Always crowded and a bit hard to get a seat especially weekend

Came here on 4/03/22 and I'm very happy with the service,, a man I assume is a manager who is wearing a grey top was kind to inform me about the new ordering system which I find effective. My food was served by a lady wearing yellow and grey top and she was very polite, kind and well mannered 👍

The McDonald's by the beach is 1 minute walk to the sea shore. It has both indoor and outdoor seating with ample parking space. Very conducive with kids and there is a big playground less than a minute away. The area also has other food places adjacent to it.

I buy my breakfast at Macdonals Funan on 6/11/2021 at 10.47AM I am very disappointed and angry with the service i have receive from staff name DAVID ! When my food was ready he called my number then he just put my food and drinks without plastic and he know im taking away not dine in there!so i was asking him there no plastic for my drink?how could u expect me to Justin bring my drinks just like that?after im asking him for the plastic he just put the plastic on the table!!!and he packing drinks for other customer.so im not deserve for the service is it?coz i need to self service!that time is just me and another ladies and another 2 customer still ordering at the kiosk.its not busy at all that time.this is not the first time i have bad experience with this staff DAVID ! He have a very bad customer service no greet no smile no thank you and not even apologize for his mistake.hope that action will be taken to this staff.thanKs!

Even though this is just another typical McDonald's outlet, the positive rating that I gave is due to its location. After malling around, you can eat here comfortably. Or after eating here, you can go malling comfortably. Nice!

McDonald's is a must-visit when traveling. Looks like it's only sold in Singapore? I saw those curly french fries so I tried them. The hamburger is Big Mac!! I visited around 10pm, ordered through the kiosk, received table service, and when I finished eating and went to return the tray, they took it and put it away!!

The environment of this McDonald's is very good, especially the free WíFí information bar. The network information never fails. My friends and I both think this place can be introduced for sightseeing and walking. There is also a bicycle path inside, which is the only one in Singapore. Every shopping mall has a bicycle lane. I will invite some friends to experience the fun and delicious food of shopping malls with bicycle lanes. It's great.
