I tend to come here in the wee hours of the morning. A shoutout to the staff manning the restaurant at this hour: You people are fantastic! The service levels, cleanliness, efficiencies, etc, are generally excellent for this branch. Highly recommended for those looking to savour the breakfast menu from the get-go from 4AM onwards.

Leader Haziq Abdul was very polite and very helpful. He delivered the food to us even though we didn't opt for table service. A good example of excellent customer service. Hope that such a good working attitude would be recognized.

The staff are polite and the service is good. But...the food is down. Last week, we did a takeaway, went back.home and saw the hasbrowns were overcooked. All 4.hashbrowns were wasted. 2ndly, on a few occassions, i noticed their birger patties were undercooked. They need to improve on their food quality.

Been at Hougang ave 8 mcdonalds and i had wonderful experience. Everybody seems so happy and the manager on duty named Avin very nice & helpful to her staff. Seems like everybody happy & it gives positive vibe to everybody.

Place is a bit small as compared to other neighbourhood macs. May be a bit hard to find seats as a result. Hence, not suitable for big groups. Notably, staff is helpful and friendly. No pressure given for consumers to place order and really helpful as well - offered physical menu to customer who didn't know what beverage to order. Served items ordered fast.

Much better after the renovation, with the self order kiosk. Orders are faster, very comfortable space. Just gotta make sure the pigeons don't snatch your food away 😂

Not a good experience using the kiosk during the pandemic. The touch screen has smudgy finger print all over. How is this contactless purchase really contactless? How can they see problem as a solution? Totally brainless!

Hougang Ave 8 McDonald's has been around for many years! This is the usual after-school hangout spot for many Montfortians whose school is right opposite. It's 24 hour nature has also attracted many nearby residents visiting the outlet for a quick supper fit.
