Hi there. I would like to drop a appreciation note to the lady at Le Quest mall outlet. I saw her name tag she is Michelle. I noticed her not just today but for my every visit and witness her outstanding service provided to the customers. Despite hectic schedule with angry customers, her ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism is commendable. She is patience and kind and friendly and put on her best smile and attitude in greeting and serving, every single time. To mcdonald SG, i highly recommend her to deserve the promotion or title that she should have, to encourage and motivate her as good and professional customer service crew is hard to come by.

First time having my dinner here. The air conditioning is fine, but the food is cold.

I had my breakfast here. The manager is super friendly & going over and beyond her role to make her customers feel welcomed. She also helped to introduce the Mcdonalds app and thought us how to use it. All good compliments to her!

This McDonalds is always full of people. The taste is good and i think as compared to the KFC, this one is 10 times better. It is also a good place to have a mid night snack as its open until a little passes midnight.

Came here on Sunday, 2nd June 2024 !! Around 12:30pm in the afternoon!! Served by Malay lady , wearing yellow blouse and with Spectacle!! She is very polite and good!! Although It was very crowded, Her service is still so good, thanks 🙏🙏🙏 for everything and we will come back again!!

One of the best McDonald's outlet I've experienced so far. Staff are very friendly. Mdm Michelle is very entertaining to the children keeping them happy. Well done!

I was surprised how spacious it was and there was no counter as you would normally find in a typical McDonald's outlet, but a pick up point. You can order through the machine.

Quite a good restaurant. Will be giving a 5 star if the service can help me a little bit more

the environment is pretty good. Maybe cause Lequest is a new store, so the whole place looks really new and spacious. Dont miss the opportunity as you pass by the store (dont worry, the crew seems to be friendly too~)
