This outlet is a madhouse that runs with clockwork precision. Try to avoid the peak hours where all seats inside and outdoors are full. Yet, if unavoidable, you will served by possible the best McDonald's crew in town. Yes, from the uncles and aunties to tge young and sprightly. If I as much as just stand in front of the self -serve kiosk for a few extra seconds, a crew member will magically appear and offer help. Perhaps because I look like an old guy. Or perhaps they were trained really well. Or perhaps birds of a feather flocks together. Whatever it is, this McDonald's outlet rocks.

Very crowded during weekday lunch hours. The amount of orders are huge. But relatively well managed. Although you have to wait longer than usual (McDonald's standard) but we got our food within 15 minutes.

The staff will help u find a seat but too crowded so got to share seats. The hello kitty cny theme is very cute.. the beef burger also very delicious with generous black pepper sauce.

I accidentally ordered my breakfast with my last location even after correcting the location. I approached the staff who proceeded to get her manager to help. The manager verified my order and proceed to give me the order. Really appreciate the kind gesture and no questions asked policy. It really made my day!!! I’m stuck at Yew Tee mrt with train failure at 6pm on 3 June 2024. But I so glad my day started so smoothly that I feel calm and collected!! lol. Thank you McDonald’s!!

Sometimes does have long queues but the overall food quality and staff service is really good. One of the staff even offered to clear our table, after we had finished our meal. Very nice people.

This McD is located at Tiong Bahru is very commutable. The thing I like is its nearer to me and also the seating arrangements are plenty! So in the busy hours its hassle free to have a seat. The pancake and hash-brown are my favorite for the morning! Recently tried the spicy chicken nuggets😍 wow

Okay experience but my order got prepared in two locations. You have to walk with your half complete order to outside to collect the other half.

The filet o' fish buns were not prepared the right way; they weren't placed on the grillers. They were used straightaway. They lacked the texture that I really crave for. As a long-time fillet burger eater, I am disappointed. I even bought 2 - both prepared similarly.

Conveniently located outside the escalators to Buona Vista MRT on the Ministry of Education side. They've got their safety distancing worked out. For people who don't know how to clear their own trays their are aunties to do it for you. Service at counter was very kind. I had an order or fries and a sundae to kill time during a rain storm and was offered a cup of water. Nice touch.

I had the Chicken Laksa Burger ($7.40) today and this was pretty good. At first I tasted something like the McDonalds curry sauce, a little sweet. But only towards the end when there's more laksa sauce can you truly taste the laksa flavour. So I would say this is a pretty decent burger for me. However, one of the older staff was scolding a younger staff in front of customers and that didn't seem like the most appropriate place to happen.

Just a normal McDonald's outlet. The store front is moderately sized and it's somewhat crowded all the time especially during workday lunch hours. Although there are a lot of outdoor seats outside, it is often EXTREMELY windy. It's not always windy, but when it is, it's quite unbearable. I got a cold from sitting there for two hours. Sorry I mean...I'm having a cold like now. That's why I'm writing this review :(

I've been a regular customer at McDonald's Metropolis for years now, and I must say, the experience has always been consistently good. The staff are always friendly and efficient, even during peak hours. Their fries are always crispy and the portion size is always precise, which is something I am quite particular about. Their McSpicy burger always tastes great, unlike other branches where I've encountered freezer burn or disgusting old oil taste.

G Maps keep asking me to review this, so I guess I'll do it. Legend tells of McDonald's metropolis legacy as one of the higher grossing outlets. I would agree, for it's location and ambience. Al fresco area was recently renovated, pretty. But the wobbly tables are still around. Food wise, let's just assume that every McDonald's outlet is equal to its sister.

Nice Mac outlet to chill during the off peak hours and weekends. Other than that, you compete with the office crowd and students from neighboring schools for space to eat in.

I visited this outlet for a quick bite with my colleague after work. The outlet is spacious with seats available both indoor and outdoors. The service here is good and one elderly lady crew who works at night particularly stands out, as she greets customers cheerfully and serves food for table service with a smile. Dear Team, I would like to commend this service specialist from Buona Vista (Metropolis) Mcdonald's team on her hospitality. I have visited this outlet multiple times across the weeks- on 4/9, 9/9 and 11/9 after dinner around 8pm. I would like mention that Staff - Yoke Kuen or was it "Yoke Kuen" has been very professional. From our observation (as customers), she carries out her tasks dutifully and she never fails to greet us with a smile. Also, despite her age, she could somehow remember who re-entered MAC after visiting the toilet (outside macs) - at metropolis area. She would still asked us to show her the scan-in page even though she knew we have scanned in. She indeed is a valuable employee, especially at turbulent time like this. She would repeatedly say thank you to the customers, even when she is the one cleaning the table for us (We should be the one thanking her on our own initiative) She never fails to put a smile on my face when i enter or exit this outlet. I did email in previously to appraise a couple of MAC employees from JEM outlet. I am not sure what's the feedback system like at MAC - but i would really appreciate if their respective managers may commend her on her professionalism. I felt so happy after getting my meal (Especially with the curreny minion promotion)- not just because of the food, but also because of the customer experience. Mdm Yoke served us humnly with remarkable service attitude and indeed had attended to my needs. I visit Metropolis Macs regularly due to its strategic location and great spacing. I hope the team's efforts (Esp Mdm Yoke Kuen) would not go unrecognised. I hope to receive an email or sms reply of which how was my compliment letter being communicated to her- hope I can make her day, just like how she did for me! (I will also put this up on google review and other platforms to make sure my appreciation will reach this beautiful motherly role at MAC) Thank you for taking your time to read this, have a great day ahead! In my opinion one of the better location for MacDonald's, it is off the busy areas so even during peak hours it will not be very packed. There are also many seats outdoors in case of the store being filled indoors. Staff is friendly and store is clean.

Cornelius is an amazing manager. Best manager in the small country we call Singapore. His steadfast service and warm welcome have made me feel like McDonald’s is my second home! He was extremely generous with the portion of food served to us. Despite the kiosk machine closing early, he was ready to serve us at the counter, giving us an array of leftovers to choose from. We selected the remaining McSpicy from the kitchen. Lovely. We stan Cornelius <3 he saved us from starvation.

One of the more spacious McDonald’s branch with seating area both inside and outside. It has several self-order kiosks and you can also order over-the-counter. This branch is also very conveniently located near to the Buona Vista MRT exit - so good for grab-and-go!

Lots of burger choices and set meals that are worth it. The prices might be a bit expensive but once you eat it, it will feel worth the money. Especially the beef burgers. If you want a vegetarian meal, it is also possible as they have the veggie crunch burger, where the burger patty is made of potato. It doesnt taste too bad. If u want a healthy meal, but dont want to eat vegetarian, you can get the filet o fish meal. The patty is made of fish, with tartar sauce on top with 2 lightly steamed buns holding it together. If you want a filling meal, you can eat the beef burgers such as a double quarter pounder or the big mac. Taste good no matter what burger you eat.
