Very crowded most of the time. Everytime I'm there, there are people waiting for seats. High volume shop. Good thing is Northpoint have many other eatery and cafe options.

There wasnt much customers and plenty ot staff but the choke sink isnt fixed.

Arrival of food is really fast. Staff are polite and keen to facilitate in giving us the food while it's still hot! They are quick. The place have a very squeezy feeling because tables and chairs tend to be a bit closer to one another. Otherwise it's a nice place!

Constantly packed, nothing new. Service can be abit slow, esp when super packed. To be honest it's often crowded. So if you want a place you can get a seat, this is definitely NOT recommended from 530pm and 12pm onwards all the way. The off peak period is still OK. Food is alright, nothing to complain about. Just the crowd.

Very accessible and long opening hours. Very nice outdoor seating area for chatting and people or traffic watch. Expect hustle and bustle throughout the day and if you appreciate serenity, visit past eleven at night until close for a more "private" experience.

2021 Aug Update: Only Covid 19 vaccinated persons are allowed to dine inside the air-conditioned restaurant. Takeaway are allowed for non vaccinated persons. Staff are situated at the entrance to check that you have check in and your vaccination status. Demarcation are visible at the collection counter to ensure that you stand one metre apart.

The food is nice and well made. The workers aren't that kind..they would shout our get mad easily but I understand because I know they are tired. Surrounding is stressful. We can't enjoy ourself if everyone is crowded. I think it'll be great if the space is way bigger and there is more counter to order from. This is way there will be less crowd and workers will feel less stressed.

Always busy at Mac in North Point. I usually order online for takeaway at least 15mins prior to collection. If dine in will depend on peak hour which will take longer time. Seats are also packed. But there are outdoor seats available.

The queue numbering system does not seems to be working and the staff have to shout out the numbers. Other than that, it is just standard mcdonald experience

Overall a great and convenient place for fast food. Crowded during peak hours and can get really packed and noisy. Short staffed at times but to date, I would say most if not all the staffs are doing their absolute best. Friendly. Polite. Professional. Keep up the great work!

I would say this is the most busiest outlet at YISHUN. Best to avoid during peak hours. Otherwise, take away is the alternative with the handy app to order ahead of time. I love this outlet because the premium coffee available at McCafe counter.

The staff should be commended! Almost every night, the staff have to manage a ridiculous amount of orders. I was there! It was like a scene straight out of LOTR the two towers. Despite facing hordes and hordes of customers, the staff remained undeterred and continued serving! Keep it up.

Went there this evening (first Friday after covid restrictions were lifted). Macs recently was promoting their mobile order v actively and I won a free sharing box with purchase (read: greatest deal ever lol) and decided to order it before dinner. Turned out the queue was 70 orders long. I think they probably have to have some form of time indicator on the app. The order ready display was also not showing the correct progress so tonnes of people kept appearing in front to ask about their order. That could be improved. That said, staff still remain polite AND their manager was so organized he deserves an award. How did he manage to know exactly what the five rolling orders are? He can go teach a course on being efficient and organized.

It was in the early morning when there is not a lot of ppl and we waited so long about more than 10 mins for one drink to arrive while the food and drink already came. We have to ask at the main counter only then they gave us. The whipped cream and ice is already melted with water droplets formed at the side of the cup. We choose table service but it was not good table service. The staff seems to be busy chatting and not notice that there is one drink not serve….

Usually around peak hours there's so many students and workers queueing for food. Waiting time will take very long. I waited for about 20 minutes just for nuggets and fries. Worse of all, they forgot my drink, shaker fries and nacho dip. I managed to get my drink but not the shaker fries and nacho dip.

Pretty crowded mac in the north but the waiting time is reasonable. Just that it is very crowded so not conducive to chit chat as it can get pretty noisy during peak period. Do try the quarter pounder, it's the best!!

As we all know.. MacDonald is always busy!! This particular one in Northpoint, having a superb location in the heart of Yishun Central not only is crowded but the service crews are all so nice and patient! It must have been tough for them during peak hours. Kudos to you all! #SgUnited 😊👍🏻👍🏻

The waiter gave a wrong order at first. And me n my friend realised that it belonged to the other table. Inside the stall, it is quite crowded. Outside, it is very windy and cooling, but hope your stuff will not fly away.

All I like here is I get value meal all the time. :-) . Compared to other McDonald's I see faster service here. All because they got lot of people at work . They got both indoor and outdoor seating and table service too. If it's not too hot prefer to sit outside. Its little crowded and noisy inside.

Go to place for getting macs after class! Waiting time for food might take up to 30 minutes during peak hours so its advisable to order ahead using the mcd app

The service is very good and fast. I want to say thank you to the Malay guy who stood outside the door to take the customer's temperature when I went to North Point McDonald's tonight. Not only did he do things quickly, but he was also very polite. I think if it was... If you work in the service industry, you really need to learn from this guy’s dedication, so you should learn more. Thank you McDonalds🥰🥰😘😘
