A timely, well-prepared, and served food. The staff, Nelson from the management side, was courteous and highly accomodating of the requests put forth by myself and ensured the entire process was smoothly handled. Food wise, very delicious and warm when received. Overall, it was a complete pleasure ordering from MinistryOfBriyani :)

had ordered the vegetarian mushroom briyani for takeaway. the texture of the briyani was light and fluffy with profound flavours. hands down the best briyani i’ve tasted in my life. mushroom pieces were judiciously added. overall amazing experience 🫶🏾

Ordered Mutton Biryani Combo Set. The Biryani rice was a bit Salty but the rice was not oily and not sticky. The side chicken was good. Overall still reasonable good. Note: this food supplier is strictly delivery or pick up/ take away and NOT FOR DINE IN.

Actually one of the best biryani i have bought. Its spicy and the the masala has gotten into the chicken unlike othet branded restaurants. It tasted like how we make at home, spicy and very flavourful. The chicken 65 is a must by,, the masala was well absorved by the chicken!! Will definitely buy again and again

It’s my 2nd time ordering today and im in love with the quality of their biryani, as well as presentation. It isnt the typical hawker center south Indian style but more towards the Hyderabadi type, which keeps the biryani authentic. The portion is just nice for 1.5 meals or 2 people if you don’t eat too much rice, presented with a small box of biryani gravy and raita. The delivery via Grab was really fast too, just 20 mins. Although I’d prefer less onions but more yoghurt and chat masala/pepper (or otherwise) in the raita for more flavour. The chicken could also be a bit more on the tender side but since it’s Dum, it is still flavourful and enjoyable!

"I recently had the pleasure of trying the Biriyani at Ministry of Biriyani and I have to say, it was nothing short of spectacular. The flavors were bold and perfectly balanced, with a rich and aromatic blend of spices that made my taste buds dance. The rice was perfectly cooked, fluffy and infused with the flavors of the dish. The meat was tender and cooked to perfection. I especially loved the sides the dragon chicken and their chicken Manchurian. I highly recommend the biryani at this restaurant to anyone looking for a delicious and satisfying meal." 😋❤️
