Reviews of Nest at One Farrer
One of a kind experience in Singapore where you get to enjoy fine dining in a hotel room! With your own personal toilet, absolute privacy and 1 to 1 service ✨ with top floor views!
…
They are having a roku gin collab menu now, looking for a special place for an event or private celebration - this is it!
Located at level 20 of One Farrer Hotel, they offers an exclusive private dining room experience with an spectacular view at an affordable price. 🥰 Their executive set menus start from S$58++ per pax for a 3 course lunch, and S$68++ per pax for 4 course meal.
It’s a great place to bring your date to experience this exquisite private dinning!
The concept behind Nest is to create a homey, private dining experience by converting their hotel rooms on the 20th floor as such. We were here for Valentine’s and the setting was cozy and intimate, we opted to sit next to each other as the table was quite big (apparently custom made for social distancing) and you can request to tone down the lighting.
Fronted by sincere and affable staff, Benjamin the manager trainee is very likeable and has great attention to detail. He explained every dish and to our pleasant surprise, even brought out custom bread with our names on it which we could bring home if we couldn’t finish. That personal touch really kickstarted a wonderful experience for us.
Our 5 course Japanese Fusion experience was delicious and of quality. Seafood was fresh and beef brisket done really well. Our favourite was the Kombu White Clam Broth. The 5 course menu added up to be a substantial portion.
Was told that the menu changes from time to time eg. Nespresso Fusion menu in March.
Would we come back again? Based on the 💯 service, food and private room ambience. It’s a resounding yes from us :)
We went to Nest to celebrate my son's birthday. The team attended to us namely Sham, Iza and Sara were not only friendly but also highly skilled, customer service provided by them is second to none. We were completely impressed with their professionalism and menu knowledge
The food were well plated and doneness of the filet mignon was perfect. The ambience is private and conducive. Highly recommended.
Will definitely return soon
Food was really good and service was good. Really liked their bread and it was shared that their bread is random every day. Overall it was a wonderful experience
Birthday dinner on 3 Oct with family.
Amazing dinner set with attentive services. If you love privacy with cozy dining ambience and particular with hygiene, you would completely enjoy your meal at Nest at One Farrer.
Hidden gem! Do try their 4 course dinner, value for money

Unique Dining Experience - Fusion Fine Dining in a Private Room
Thank you @nestatonefarrer for the invitation.
Overall level: 5/5 ⭐
5-course Dinner (SGD 168++)
Nest is offering a very unique dining experience for the ones who enjoy privacy and personalized menu/ decor. You may request for some personalization based on your likings as well (There will be top up charges though). Perfect for business dinner, romantic dates, especially proposals! 💍I will for sure say yes 😂
Overall experience is fabulous, staff are very professional and food are great. The standard menu here is an interesting local menu. Do make a reservation before seats are all out!
1st. "Hae Mee": the prawn meat was very fresh and capellini is al dente
2nd. "Bakwan Kepitung" Consommé: it goes with herbal chicken broth, and fresh crab meat & black caviar on top of the minced meat, the broth is 💯, very soothing and the crab meat is generous and delicious
3rd. Kurobuta "Bak Kut Teh": it is pork belly with herbal sauce, pork meat has a melt in the mouth texture
4th. "Laksa" Madai: the crispy fish skin is a great highlight, paired with rich laksa sauce, it is fantastic
5th. TWG Breakfast Tea Slice with Gelato: it is actually a "Kaya Toast" themed dish, with milk chocolate spice ganache as the signature with almond cake, with dark chocolate sauce as "dark sauce"
Nest offers a very unique dining experience here. If you like to enjoy a little private space and a new style (fusion) menu, this is not to be missed!
The original high-end hotel room has been transformed into a spacious and private environment, whether it is a business dinner or a romantic date! (I’m thinking it might be especially suitable for a proposal! 💍)
The overall experience was great, the staff was very professional and the food was delicious. The limited time menu here is an interesting local fushion (Singapore) menu. Remember to make a reservation early!
1. "Prawn noodles": The shrimp meat is very fresh and the noodles (capellini) are chewy
2. "Bakwan Kepitung" Clear Soup: Mini meat patties are filled with fresh crab meat and caviar, and finally topped with herbal chicken soup. When you eat/drink it, you will taste the delicious taste of crab meat and feel very warm!
3. "Black Pork Bak Kut Teh": Pork belly that melts in your mouth, served with medicinal sauce
4. "Laksa Madai": Madai's fish skin is fried super! Super! Crispy!! It's a highlight! It's paired with rich sambal sauce and laksa foam, it's simply great
5. "TWG Breakfast Tea Cake and Italian Ice Cream": It simulates the appearance of the traditional "kaya toast with half-boiled eggs". It is actually two slices of cake sandwiched with milk chocolate as "kaya" and chocolate sauce as "dark soy sauce" ”, and vanilla ice cream with mango jam as a “soft-boiled egg”
