We were 2 adults, with 2 kids (4yo and 1yo), visited on Sunday during early lunch time arnd 11.30am. Not crowded, plenty of seats. Staff was friendly, offerred kid cutleries without us asking. Ambience was good, though a bit dark. We got the halibut fish & chips, laksa pasta and chicken chop per reco from others. The fish and chips was so so, batter quite crispy and not too thick. But taste wise a bit bland, even paired with the tartar sauce provided. Laksa pasta was also just average, the prawns were nice. Chicken chop was our fav! Grilled nicely to have crispy skin but meat was still juicy. It had a bit of sweet taste, complements the creamy and rich mushroom sauce very well to give different layers of flavor. Fries paired in the main sets were quite small portion though, could be improved.

The environment is very spacious, really can fit up to 100 pax as per what their IGs posted. The food was good, except for the pasta, overcook and abit soggy. The XL fish & chip really big and thick, the fish meat is very fresh and they fried it just nice! Can eat up to 8pax for the fish and you can order other food like chicken chop and their fingers food. Which is also nice. Staff there are very nice and friendly too! Worth the go and try!

Many dishes - like Dory & Chips and various pasta dishes - were sold out/unavailable at 7pm on Sunday, 20 Oct. Understand from staff they did some marketing efforts recently so there was a crowd surge, and there were some supplier issues as well for the weekend of 19-20 Oct 2024. Ordered the Halibut & Chips and NOSH Chicken Chop and they were excellent. Iced water is chargeable at 50cts. No GST but the usual service charge is payable. Reservation and some patience definitely needed on weekend evenings as it’s super busy during these times.

Tl:dr the self proclaimed “One of the best fish chips” place meets someone who likes fish and chips. And this fish lover approves of this place’s fish and chips, for the freshness of the fish, the different sauces available, but not the batter. Food 👍🏻food serves in order. Drinks => appetizer => mains 👍🏻forest mushroom soup is nice. It is on the creamy side. 🫳🏻the sourdough bread is plain but 👍🏻goes well with the soup 👍🏻everyone on the table likes the Mexican Corn is good. The Mexican cream cheese is sour and the feta cheese makes it nicer. 👍🏻the fish comes with 5 sauces - tar tar sauce - truffle sauce - lemon thyme sauce? - sriracha mayo? - sourcream sauce 👍🏻all of them have different flavors and all are nice. As a spice lover, the sriracha sauce is my favorite. Where as my friend likes the tartar sauce 👎🏻the salad was boring. I expected a place with so much sauce, the dressing of the salad was disappointing. Expected to have choices of sauces or variety or more tasteful dressings. 🫳🏻choice of veg was mid. 👍🏻fish itself is fresh 🫳🏻while the skin is of the fish is crispy, it is not one of the best skin. If the battered can be better, it can make the fish and chips even better. 🫳🏻chips is pretty normal. Potato wedges. 👍🏻but good with the sauces. 👍🏻Chocolate truffron cake is rich, creamy, moist, exterior warmer than interior. I do not know what the interior white stuff is, but it gives a different sweetness and texture to the creamy chocolate mousse. Service 🫳🏻service wise it is rather slow 🫳🏻there was not much proper planning, like remove used plays and bowls before placing food down, making the placement of food messy. 🫳🏻 when they serve the food, didn’t remove plates to save space 🫳🏻 when meals are done, they do not offer to clear the plates but wait for customers to be done before clearing. This makes it hard to take nice photos as more orders come. Atmosphere 🫳🏻though its dark and dim lights, the ambient noise is pretty loud, but still enough to have conversations. 👍🏻there is classical music playing in the background 🫳🏻air con abit too warm.

We came in a group of 10 and everyone had nothing but praises for their food. 3 signature dishes are Halibut Fish & Chips, Laksa Paata and Chicken Chop. Of course we had to order all 3 to share. Fish was huge, moist, flaky and crispy batter. Even the potato was crispy on the inside and creamy on the inside. Laksa Goreng really lemak with crispy tau pok squares. Can be quite jelat so it's good to share for all the enjoy. I was happy with everything on my big breakfast. Pro tip. Order the fish sticks addon, 3 for $3.30. Cheaper than ordering the fish goujons 8 for $13.90. Fish Goujons were really nice too. Nice ambience too. Come check it out for yourself.

Nosh@Henderson offers a fantastic dining experience with its delightful menu and inviting ambiance. During my visit, I indulged in the chicken chop, pork ribs, fish & chips, and nachos, and each dish truly exceeded my expectations. The portion sizes were generous, ensuring that every bite was satisfying and flavorful. The chicken chop, in particular, was superb and stood out with the bistro's very own marinated sauce, which gave off a delightful sweetness and aromatic aroma. Went to Nosh after watching Zematt makan video. My friends gave a 8/10 for e pasta and 7/10 for e chicken chop. E chicken s thick n juicy. For e Dory Fish n Chip, a 6.5/10. Suggest to try e Halibut Fish n Chips instead. Appetizer of winglets s good. All in for $107 plus tax. Reasonable la. Go try. Will go again for other items on menu.

Chicken chop is not bad. Flavourful even without sauce. I love the fries, the way it's cut makes it crispy at the ends and soft in the middle. The mentaiko salmon is nice! Mushroom added is different type of mushroom from the mushroom bowl

Food is decent. I had the fish and chips and the batter was light and crispy but way too greasy. Also the 50% off 2nd main comes with a condition - must write a Google review, so that is a minus for me cos this wasn't mentioned anywhere else until we were all seated down.

Ordered the Chilli Beef Burger. Wedges that came with the burger were great. They are called sidewinders apparently. Appreciate that there's fresh jalapenos in the burger and that the burger wasn't oily.

Food is pretty good. Had the mentaiko salmon pasta and the flavour was really strong and they gave a good amount of salmon. When taking away leftovers, staff let us have some truffle Mayo sauce (which is really good).

I had my first bistro experience here around 7 pm, and it was fantastic. The ambiance was inviting, and we received a warm welcome as soon as we walked in. Went there during the lunch crowd timing and the food took about 20-30mins to arrive after ordering. Ordered the double chicken chop that came with a side of potato wedges and vegetables. The chicken on its own has a nice flavour which is further enhanced by the 2 choice of sauces. I recommend getting black pepper sauce as a personal preference.

Disappointed with the size of the fish. No doubt it’s big but not like what viral video’s photos. After tax almost $100 is overpriced. A lot of fries given which goes to waste. Fries can feed 10 person but fish can only feed 3 person. Small portion for other dishes too. Would not recommend or visit again.
