Reviews of PappaRich
I recently dined at this restaurant located in the airport and had a great experience. The food was excellent, offering a variety of authentic and flavorful dishes. The service was attentive and efficient, contributing to the overall positive experience. The ambience was pleasant and quiet, making it an ideal place for a relaxed meal before a flight. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to enjoy good Malaysian cuisine at the airport.
Quiet evening at Terminal 2, and early dinner, so wasn't too crowded. Food was surprisingly good; expected it to be a failure. Nasi lemak (ayam masak merah) had good blend of fragrance and spiciness; generous chicken maryland; sambal was on the sweeter side but pleasant. The kway tiaw (Ipoh style) was pleasant, and the fried kway tiaw was quite good, with prawns and cockles included. Price was slightly high, but to be expected (airport).
I had Penang Char Kway Teow and my daughter ordered Pan Mee Soup. Both are delicious and up to our expectations.
Overall the food here is just at a normal standard and I'm paying 4-star prices. Everything is overpriced, the taste is just normal but the middle-sized prawns are fresh. It is not local-wallet friendly restaurants.
First time dining here. The food portion sizes were bigger than expected. The food came very fast as well, less than 10 minutes. Value for money. The staff is very attentive too. Recommended to dine here!
Very attentive service. Food are all tasty and nice. There's a lot of varieties to choose from like dim sum, desserts, etc. Plenty of seats and the chairs are comfortable. It's on top of T2 departure hall. Plenty of carpark at the airport.
Decided to eat here as there wasn’t much choice in T2 now. (2023 Sep)
Price is slightly on the high side for all hokkien mee and also nasi lemak. However the saving grace is that it still taste good.
Disappointingly, the big Prawn is not fresh (meat is powdery), but the small prawn is nicer and crunchy.
Nice and quiet place for family T2. Ron has given us excellent service . Love the coffee and variety of Nasi lemak.
Great food. Reasonable price. Nice and relatively quiet corner at the airport. Good place to go to for local / Malaysian food and to relax.
I would imagine if you came back from overseas and crave nasi lemak , etc, then this would be a good place to check out.
Yesterday afternoon went to Papparich Terminal 2 for my late lunch with my friend. The service is very fast and the food is very nice have the Malaysia taste. Thanks to Zoey and her team, thanks to Chef Fei for the nice Wat Tan Hor, will come back soon for the great food and service.
We got bad experienced with lady staff in the counter. She did not allow us to seat in 4 person table. She broughtus to small tabke even though we ordered many dishes.
We love the food here. We would love to taste all the dishes, hence have to come back again next time.
The brand has authentic SEA food. However , many city outlets closed down. It’s been a long time I had a meal with PappaRich again.
Stopped by on our way to KL after having a PR craving since Malaysian branches have all been shut down. The food was WOW with the Hainan Chicken Rice (breast only please - no problem) and CKT excellent. The experience was turbo charged by the super friendly and efficient (manager?) Ron who went out of his way to ensure we were taken care of and enjoyed our meal. Which we did tremendously - Sedup ! It will now be a mandatory stop whenever departing from Changi T2 (which has undergone renovation with the check-in area looking next level space age).
My dinner place and what should I say. See all full stars, and you may understand what it means to me. Shirley, Aron, zoey, the stylish area manager, Alvin, and the rest are always trying their best to bring up the standard of service to another level, which this is that they always do.
Food is fresh and all good. Will continue to support this papa :) Cheers 🍻
Great food with great ambience. Staff was very observant and understanding with my needs and anytime when I'm reaching out to them. Really glad that I've managed to have my early dinner here and definitely recommending others to have a great meal over.
Good job Paparich.
food actually nice, got range of selection. i enjoyed my food together with the ambience and it is located at level 3 with the view of the departure check in area which i feel relaxing
Good coffee and local bread options. Service was pleasant. Wallet friendly prices for an airport location.
Very friendly and pleasant to dine in this restaurant are courteous and helpful ❤️ specially auntie Shirley🥰
Pretty good food with generous portion.
Even not crowded time, cooked food can be salty.
This Penang fried kway tiao from PappaRich at Terminal 2 is very delicious, better than Penang one.
