Came to eat for early lunch around 11. Pleasantly surprised by the service! The staff were really nice, especially the waitress who served our meals. The mobile order for card payments was confusing but staff explained the situation and attended to us at the counter (still have to pay cash tho) They were also very accommodating. We were able to make separate payments for the same table (without us all having to take an individual buzzer) On the spot, the staff also helped to reserve a few tables for our large expected grp but when I found out many were unavailable last minute, they were empathetic of our situation despite the inconvenience we caused.

Came here on 30/07/2024 ard 4++. Food taste good portion also just nice. Was served by a nice malay lady at the cashier. Plus point for the lady in customer service, always have smile on her face. 👍🏼

I just had the most bizarre experience with the customer service. The lady who took my order was great. But when the food is coming, it was horrendous. The woman who decided to put my take out food at the area where staff takes the food to pass to in-house customers, REFUSED to just pass it to me when I was the only person taking take-out. When her colleague noticed me but she was busy with the in-house orders, she noticed that same woman, and this woman decided to give me a black stare and a side eye, refusing me. I waited while staring at that packet food for a good few minutes before someone else came out. This other person looked annoyed at me, and just toss me the food annoyingly. Please, I know the food is good, but have the decency to at least be aware. Don't give attitude or side eye. Please improve the customer service, it was really terrible today.

All the staff here are super friendly - both Malay and Chinese guy. Last order at 930pm for dine-in as they close at 10pm. Food is great. Only bad thing have to order thru QR code online at counter and no paywave or even scanning QR to pay. Strange concept hope they change this.

I'm delighted to give a 5-star rating, even though my initial experience at the counter was a bit rough. However, thanks to a remarkable young man, my meal turned into a delightful experience :) This young chap was a gem - so attentive not just to us, but to all the diners around. He went above and beyond, always ready to assist customers & find them a table. He made sure we were comfortable, guided other customers through ordering via the QR code, and handled inquiries at the counter with grace. Despite the initial hiccups, this person truly turned things around and made my visit to Pepper Lunch a joy. I believe his name is Lukman. I urge you to recognize and appreciate this outstanding employee. It's employees like him that truly make a difference in the dining experience. Food arrived quickly and the taste & quality is always consistent among all Pepper Lunch outlets. I also appreciate that this establishment hires older people, although not all of them seem to be adequately trained. For instance, claiming not to accept credit cards doesn't seem believable, & my order was being entered incorrectly and counter aunty having difficulties in managing the queue. I remain hopeful that these staff members will receive better training in the future to enhance the overall customer experience as I enjoy visiting Pepper Lunch very much 🥰

i am very pleased to say i had a wonderful time and it's my first time trying Pepper Lunch today with my friends (5 pax). the staff were very polite and everything was done on time. i would like definitely come back here again soon! keep up the amazing work! i didn't get the names of the staff doing the dining (crowd control), serving & cashiering. they were very nice at every point of time!

I have always love pepper lunch, especially to try out their new dishes. There are always hits and misses with their new creations, and it is interesting to taste them. This is my kind of comfort food as you know what to expect. Service is fast and the service aunties are always helpful and serve with a smile. Recently renovated the outlet and it is not more stylish and cozy.

Will prefer with the new menu throught QR code place on the table so there will be less chance of interact due to Covid. Please upgrade the aircon , been there for few time but the air con is not improving. The choice of sause will happy if provide 2 different sause than just 1 type.

I have dine in on 12 oct. The service has improved as compared to my last visit. Service staff is prompt in clearing the table and serving the food. And even quick in clearing spills when noticed.

I forgot to take a photo at first, but I only remembered after stirring it🤭If you want to eat hot rice, you must come here, sometimes I like the feeling of burning my mouth😄 The only thing I don't like is that it's too stuffy here. It's been the same every time I've been here. I don't know if the air conditioner is broken or on purpose. I'm sweating every time. Can't the air conditioning be stronger? Especially when eating this kind of burnt food? This has always been my concern🤔. Also, there seemed to be too few waiters. There was a long queue outside, but there were empty seats inside. The finished plates were not collected for a long time. The people who were waiting looked at their eyes, and the table guides only pointed to Xinghua Village. Taking you to the table cordially means that the service here is just that, there is no need to be too particular. Except for the staple food, everything else has to be picked up by yourself. If so, why on earth do you charge a 10% service fee? So confusing😂

The food is first-rate. I like the beef burgers very much. I hope I can return to this menu soon. The waiters are also very polite and the environment is clean. Definitely recommended.
