Chef Tan has put alot of effort on the choice of menu for us. The choices of food are very good. Tasty and not oily.👍.

Had a delightful meal here. Dishes were well executed and the Asian touch is evident in each dish. Highly recommend the Pearl Grouper Collar and Toro Tuna. Sake pairings were great as well. Worth a try!

Nestled among hefty containers and bulky industrial buildings was a surprising little gem, Rascals, which, despite its minimalist décor and seemingly simple menu, managed to capture my attention from the get-go. But the food was anything but simple, serving a feast to our palettes with a delectable balance of flavors and a splendid variety of textures. While there were a couple of misses, there was a sufficient number of prominent dishes, including their duck confit, sea bass, beef rendang and chocolate stout cake, to warrant greater attention to this fine joint. Service was very attentive. They are a new and small outfit, but from what I’ve seen tonight and with Chefs Alastair and Shaun’s impressive resumes (which include Labyrinth and Candlenut), I’m sure we can look forward to great things from them. Go support them!

Only gastrobar (with aircon!) nearest to SAM@Tanjong Pagar Distripark. They were nice enough to open 15mins earlier for us (By right, they open at 6pm) because we happen to chance upon them. We ordered single wagyu burger and pulled pork belly burger, $14 each. It came with salad and fries as sides which were nice. Highly recommend the pull pork belly burger. Don't be intimidated by the description of the burger in the menu, it taste much better than it describes. The shitake mushrooms in the burger goes well with the pork. I will definitely go back again for this Juicy tangy pulled pork belly burger. We asked for ketchup. The waiter observed us dipping our fries into the ketchup and later he served us tartar sauce too! the tartar sauce sure goes better with the fries. Thank u for being attentive! Amazing service. Thank for the for waffles with watermelon ice cream too! Be sure to put that in the menu... Hope to be able to order it the next round!

A great casual hang out place for some drinks and tasty food! Various beers, wines and other drinks available as well. Went when they had just opened, can’t wait to go back and see how it evolves.

Hidden gem in a gritty industrial atmosphere. Local and regional cooking skills on the highest level, fine dining in a casual atmosphere. Had the Omakase with particularly outstanding main dishes (sea bass, pork cheeks) and desserts (which come with small alcohol pairings).
