E. K.A very pleasant experience in the house ! Superb customer service, ingredients is fresh and broth is good the only thing could improve is, the soup gets really salty after boiling. Can consider making it less salty. Will recommend to my friends !

Sad condiments especially the coriander and spring onions.
The free items to go with your condiments needs some upgrade (fried crackers, fried you tiau, fried spring rolls, mala mushrooms, mala beancurd skins and watermelon)
My partner wanted to go HDL but I convinced him to try this place, my mistake. Only the new girl working (Myanmar), old birds talking together mostly.
M.The food not bad, the chicken pot is quite good though a bit too sweet for me. Prices wise, expect to pay like the other popular hotpots.
E. T.A very good alternative from hdl/biap for the residents in the west! We had back to back hotpot (biap at Westgate and this) on 2 weekends and we really prefer this! Firstly the atmosphere is very big and spacious which we really liked as we pushed a stroller in.. really good for family with kids and seniors with their current buffet promo too. A good variety of food selection and appetisers. Staff were very attentive and friendly so a great plus! Will be back if current buffet price stays the same!!

They efficiently cleared our empty plates and topped up our drinks and served our food. One waitress in particular though I do not know her name, was very attentive with us. She alerted us when the fried food was available. She offered me a hair tie when my hair was in the way and made sure we had tried the ice cream before we left. T. T.I am a regular of Qixiang. The food standard has experienced a drop recently, but it's saved by their exceptional service. Despite the culinary shortcomings, the staff's attentiveness and hospitality shine through, making for a pleasant dining experience. Qixiang management, please improve the food standard to avoid losing your regular . Jia you !

A.Really love the friendly staff - especially Carol their assistant manager! She’s helpful and is there to constantly check on our meals to see if we needed anything else. Love everything we ordered - The chicken hot pot was the best! Really tender and soft chicken thigh.

R. J. L.Came here for the All-Day Western breakfast, the oyster omelette and the carrot cake. Warning that the breakfast portion is absolutely massive, a complete opposite to what was illustrated. However, other than the chicken chop, the food was pretty good actually. My favourite was the waffles with fried chicken cutlet, as the chicken cutlet was very juicy and crispy. The oyster omelette was quite fresh but a little on the oily side. The carrot cake was pretty decent.
D. A.Service was good and fast. Soups were nice, veg and pork too. Beef slices could have been better.
What really spoiled dinner was a group of 2 tables consisting of 3-4 families with young kids, the adults were talking and yelling at the top of their voice... The entire night from 7-10++. It sounded so loud and as if they were shouting in a fight, but they were alright right. We'd ask the staff if there was anything they could do... But none, sadly.

Nothing special about the chicken hotpot, would not go without the 10% off per pax promo. The rest of ingredients expensive. Rather go for other more worth it hotpot buffets.
