Family of 4 went for dinner. Out came 5 mains. Staff says we ordered and likely a slip of our finger. We accepted the "blame". As we knew we were unable to finish, we requested the staff to pack the baked salmon. Staff brought back the baked salmon and came back with the baked salmon together with the container, placed them on our table and asked us to pack it ourselves. WHAT? Although we are regular diners at this restaurant, this was the first time we were speechless.

This portion of rice is too little for customer. This is the 1st time, this outlet serve me. Often serve me with a correct portion. Quite disappointed.

The food quality here is much better than 2 other branches that I've been to. And super fast speed in delivering all 9 Dishes AT once!(in the order of the pictures posted). Which is why you are getting 4 instead of 5 stars! Everything gets cold so quickly and hence lost its tastiness. Otherwise it would have been perfect! Should have served the 2 pizzas after the appetizers (we ordered 2 escargot, a sausage dish, and large chicken wings) followed by the 2 pasta and chicken hotplate ! #Saizeriya #citysquaremall

This is a value for money eatery, so expect not to be surprised. The food choices are rather limited and changes from time to time are very few; but that translates into familiarity endearment and gauged service speed. Taste are consistently maintained and seating are available even at peak hours, thanks to tables aplenty. If you're craving for some decent Italian food that doesn't blow your budget then this is it.

Pasta was very dry but dish itself was quite greasy. Clams are over cooked. Oreo Cheesecake was good, it can be better if the dessert was cold. Dishes are catered more to kids

If you haven’t visit and if you are thinking this restaurant serves sort of foodcourt-quality-food due to its pricing, it is totally wrong. Even with the pricing they serve restaurant quality food. I know some other restaurants charges twice or triple with lower quality. Serving time is super fast, well trained and efficient waiters also makes guests feel good. I love their Milano Rice Gratine since I was teenager it haven’t changed at all and still entertain me. Free flow drinks with low price is also good point. Maybe good for family with small kids as well.

I’ll start the review saying that my family and I frequent eating here for its cheap meals. For the most part our experience has been lovely, one waiter in particular (tall, chinese guy with spectacles, I haven’t caught his name) pays attention to our special requests and has made dining there more enjoyable. HOWEVER- Their milano gratin can be inconsistent. Since it has cream, we have experienced just a few occasions where the food was spoilt. This one time (17/8/24) my mother feedback she felt it tasted a little funny, the waiter brought it back and later one of their chefs emerged to speak to us in a loud voice. She claimed their food is always fresh and if we didn’t like it then we shouldn’t order it. I think it’s reasonable to explain if the food was indeed fresh and a different taste could be attributed to slight inconsistencies in cooking but to talk to any customer in quite honestly a rude tone was absolutely unacceptable. That chef sullied our experience dining there. Big thumbs down to her, big thumbs up to the attentive waiter!

i love the mushroom soup, THE CORN OMG I LOVE THE CORRNRNNNNN🎀🎀🔥🔥🔥💗💗💗 and the black truffle spagetti (its act so good 🙏🙏) and the wings (bro the wings are THE BEST 🔛🔝🔥🔥) carbonara pasta is SOOO GOOD. its easy to order and there is also free water YUMMY ✌️😻i love saizeriya 💗💗😋😋

Such good value for money. I love the fact that the prices in menu include GST and service charge already, water with ice is free, very comfy seats, food very nicely presented and tasted wonderfully. Have napkin on the table already + western utensils, call button... What more one could ask for

Decent food, service and value for money. Decent selection and generous portion sizes. Worth checking out if you want a simple pizza or pasta. Heaps of seating too and a buzzer system for making orders. Unlimited soda, coffee and tea is available as an added add on.

It was my first time for an Italian Cuisine restaurant. I tried mushroom soup and a Chicken Fried Steak. I love the taste of both. Price is affordable. One minus is they only have can drinks no other choices for a drink 😢.

Excellent service, food is good and portion is standardised across other branches. Tho food may come slightly later during peak hours. Depending on your order, expect to wait as long as 15-25 mins sometime if you're unlucky. Update, plates are new, looks cleaner in design, and much better suited for the cuisine and environment, lighter material too, drinks still served via cans, u can't get your own drink just yet, if u visit as a whole group of family or friends, quite hard to get seats, longer waiting time due to covid restrictions in seating arrangements.

We have always enjoy the food at your restaurant, but my visit yesterday was rather puzzled. We order our usual cheese pizza, but the crust was so thin (Thinner than a prata). There were hardly any dough left in the pizza. Pls bring back the old recipe. As it was disappointing .

Felt a little understaffed. The crew looked tired and overworked. My Aglio olio was a little under-done. Garlic was not sauteed long enough, so the flavour was lacking. To be honest, it's hit and miss here, sometimes the aglio olio is done perfectly, other times not. Maybe the kitchen crew needs more training.

One of the very frequently restaurant for us to visit 2 to 3 times a month. Food is very affordable and quality is good for the price we paid. Grill pepper chicken, Mushroom soup, garlic focaccia, muscles, pizza, lala, Broccoli, Salad etc is the frequency food that we ordered.
