Good beef flavor, juicy enough, and I like that I can get the texture of the meat. I don't like overly fine ground mince where the texture is like processed meat mixed with lots of other stuff. However, I felt that the salt seasoning could be slightly reduced, certain bites were a tad too salty. Buns are incredibly soft and yellow, likely high butter amount used. Paired well. Also had the hot dog. Decent for it's price. Staff was helpful upon checkout.

The good thing about shake shack is they have consistency for their smoke shack burger. From the time they open their first branch ar Jewel, the burger is still nicely prepared. The shake is also one of the good one, stick to these main ones then will gave great meal. Good also ordering machine show nutri grade .

Good food, with juicy burgers. Would recommend getting the cheese fries with the cheese on the side, to ensure that every fry will have cheese. Chill place with alot of seats, there are outdoor seats available too. Good view by the riverside

Went early before 12 to avoid the lunch crowd and managed to enjoy the burgers in peace LOL!! One of my fav double beef burgers (yes - single never enough!). Always delighted to see the soft bun with two reasonably thick beef patties (at least to me) layered with fresh lettuce and tomatoes, same juicy same awesome! Looks good, tastes good. The ‘Shroom burger never fails us too! Be careful when biting the portobello mushroom, you would be surprised with the oozing cheese but just gotta be careful as it might be piping hot!

The beef burger is so nice! Must order their beef burger, the moment when you first bite the beef burger, you'll feel like you're in heaven. You can order the cheese fries too, Singapore shake shack doesn't offer bacon cheese fries, they only have cheese fries, so I feel the cheese fries is still good only, it's best if they could put beef bacon on top.

Was in a rush hence ordered takeout. Although it was lunch time but there was no crowd hence expected fast food preparation. After waiting more than 10 mins, checked with the counter. Stood there for around 2 mins but they were busy. A lady came and requested her to check my order. She packed the items and it was ready in less than 1 min. Meaning the order was ready but nobody cared to pack it. Munched on the burger shortly after driving off and it was only lukewarm meaning the food was ready long ago. Burger was good but shake is very small portion. Service could have been better. Don't look unhappy when asked to check something. Should work with some enthusiasm

Great service, you can order off a kiosk but Margaret helped with placing the order and beyond. Outside seating has a view of the water, and there are plenty of tables inside too. 10/10 would recommend.

The foods great. Only odd thing is when they forgot to put bacon onto one of our burgers, they took the burger and sprinkled the bacon on the side where we passed it to them, so the bacon wasn't even centered (sure we did it ourselves, but the staff didn't seem apologetic at all, they made it seem like it was our fault which is quite bad behaviour). I hope other customers don't go through the same treatment we faced.

Nice Burgers and taste almost the same in US althought I feel that Singapore version is a bit less oily. Fries are equally good and salty as usual. Like the way they handle take-away with a cover on the top of the exposed Burger so that it will not be soggy when I reach home. The pandan milk shake is only available in Singapore.

Ordered ShackBurger, Chicken Bites (honey mustard sauce) and Strawberry Lemonade. ShackBurger was okay as usual, but I have to admit this is not my fav burger brand. I find their portion sizes to be quite small for the price. Five Guys is in a similar price range (maybe higher abit) and I prefer them for their filling portions and stronger beef flavour. Chicken Bites was good! Real chicken meat, not ground up stuff in a nugget. BUT the portion is so sad :,) One piece for >$1. Strawberry Lemonade was also yumz, with strong strawberry notes. Nice ambience. I went early on a weekend and it was not crowded. Contactless payment kiosk was not very user-friendly because the tablet screen was matte + cannot be tilted down/up + bright overhead lighting = hard to see the screen and order. They have an automated hand-washing machine which is super cool (and has very fragrant soap!) but tbh I’m not sure how that would fly with a crowd lol Overall good food but portion size turns me off.

The burgers are much better than comparable fast food joints - in short this would be my pick of all chains in this category. The fries are excellent and chicken nuggets made of proper chicken. Shakes are outstanding. Portion sizes are just nice, and reasonably priced for the quality / segment it seeks to serve. Well done, and a warm welcome to SG. They serve free ice water, have prompt friendly service, and even have a nifty all in one handy automated hand wash.

Burger with a view. The front of store is small relative to the dinning space at the back and seating outside! Thought very nice that I saw cleaner not only cleaning table and taking trash out, she was also arranging the tables from two tables that were put together for a big family to two separate tables so more pp could sit. No one to take order. Everything automated with computer self check.

I drank the triamasu it's super best, the best drink I had, was recommended by Josh the cheeseburger was so delicious too and their cheese fries wow yummy, Josh was so helpful and very friendly, his service was so welcoming that we decided to have our early dinner. Queues! Relatively large seating area, 2 counters manned and the rest automated counters if paying by credit card. Food service was relatively fast. Go early as the queue tends to be long. Food standard is equivalent to the other outlets! Go get your fix!

Getting a table was easy. They have so many staff to escort the crowd which is great and very well managed crowd control. The long queue moved very quickly. No hassle. After ordering our food we find our own table. The food was made within 10mins. Food was great! I love it!

Great table management by the staff. They informed us that they had a table ready for our group of 3 (2 adults + baby) before we even ordered so we could take a seat immediately after ordering. Shake Shack is a great place to eat in when you are pressed for time and want a quick and tasty snack. We were in need of a pick-me-up while doing the rounds in VivoCity. Shopping on a warm, sunny day can be quite exhausting you know? So, we had the SmokeShack which is a cheeseburger topped with applewood smoked bacon, chopped cherry pepper and shake sauce. Add to that, an icy Caramel Shake and we were fully restored to continue with our day's shopping!

Location: Vivocity Nearest MRT: Harbourfront MRT Price: More ex than your normal fastfood. Service: You queue, you scan, you take temperature, you queue again to take order, then they ensure there is a table for you before allowing you to order, then you order, they give you a beeper, show you to your table, then you wait again for beeper to buzz. Then you collect your food, you eat and go. Atmosphere: Inside aircon mall, loud music. Taste: Ok. Try the Shack Stack. Con: Something somewhere is wrong, either the aircon is super cold or the prepping is super slow, by the time you collected the food, nothing is hot, not even the fries with no salt.

Thanks to Samsung Pay managed to get a Shack Burger and a Crinkle Cut Fries for free from Shake Shack. Visited the Shake Shack at Vivocity and found the place still filled at 9pm. Ordering was quick as there was no queue at the counter but had to wait about 10 mins for the Burger and Fries. The quality of the burger here is definitely better than McD. Prices are higher than McD also. Second visit. Sunday around 4pm. There were about 60% of customers in the store. There weren't many good seats available, so today I sat on a bench outside. It's a nice open place if you don't mind the heat. It's nice for families with children to have self-service water and a place to wash their hands. The beef burger this time was a little cold, which was disappointing, but it was consistently delicious. The chili chicken burger wasn't too spicy and had a lot of vegetables in it, so it was refreshing.

Spacious shop Come in the morning, there are few customers. You can order now, you won't have to wait long. The Singapore-only drink menu is really good. I ordered a Double Smoke, priced at around 15$. Personally, it's Okay, the meat is dense, if you eat one piece you'll be hungry all day. As for the French fries, I think they're delicious. The restaurant doesn't care about cheese.

There is no branch in Taiwan and you can’t eat it. I’ve tried it several times in New York, USA. The Singapore branch tastes almost the same. The basic beef burger and French fries are delicious.

Overall, it's just a delicious burger, but the taste of the meat itself and the roasted aromas of the meat don't come close to that from the USA. It tastes better there. Unfortunately also topped sparingly with avocado and bacon. If it's not too hot you can sit outside by the water.

My favorite burger at Shake Shack is the cherry pepper double. If you order it with extra cherry pepper, it will be even more delicious. The VIVO store is great because you can eat while feeling the sea breeze in the harbor.
