The burger was delicious and very satisfying. Although the service was a bit slow, possibly due to a small staff, the atmosphere was inviting. It's a great spot for anyone seeking a peaceful retreat. The view of the buildings adds to the overall charm of the experience.

EDIT: So provided the feedback as per the link below as requested and have heard absolutely nothing! Really poor customer service! Had to ask for service and even then we needed to wait for them to finish their conversation. Staff prefer to be checking their phones! The food here is good but they certainly could learn a few tips on how to treat customers!

Decent food at an okay ish price. Service is nonexistent, the atmosphere dull. Sometimes the bin would be overloaded, sometimes the floor on the outside seating would be littered in trash. The staff are overwhelmed by their duties by the looks of it. High tourist volume, be wary of people taking forever to use the self serve kiosks.

Go for the SHACK STAKE BURGER! Very worth it and test great compared to the truffle burger which only have the truffle taste on the sauce. The cheese fries sauce comes separately and piping hot when you pour over the thick fries, cheese sauce taste special with hint of milky flavour. I personally love the apple cider, not gasy and can taste the Cloudy apple flavour.. special mention to the cold brew float, coffee is from common man and taste strong (I like), after the ice cream fully melt into the coffee, will taste perfect for those who don’t like strong coffee taste. Overall nice experience. ♥️

Probably the Shake Shack closest to India :)). Having tried Shake Shacks across USA and some other countries, I was eager to try this one out. Was initially sceptical about the low Google reviews rating, but nevertheless having stood in long queues at different global Shake Shacks I decided I need to try this one. First of all, it was way to find a seating place.. and not too CROWDED... It was nice.. friendly staff and service. The food was very good..the fries was just right , the Shake Stack just perfect and the Caramel Shake outstanding. Infact it was so good that I may come back here for the Shake. The burger was good like any other Shake Shack. Would definitely recommend for a quick meal.

I love their shack stack, which comes with the fried portobello mushroom with cheese, and one of their beef patties. the crunch of the mushrooms and the cheesiness just complements the beef perfectly. I also enjoy the cheese fries, especially when the cheese is served on the side so that the fries won't get soggy. And not forgetting the sparkling lemonade which adds a refreshing touch to the meal! we also ordered two desserts which were pretty heavy and good for sharing.

We came got dessert- the "concrete" was amazing. I would go for the double scope as it was 2x the size and $2 more. The crispy fries went well with the sweet dessert!

The burgers were good. My kid likes the hotdog because it was served plain. The fries were good as well, compared to any other fast good, they are better. The burger is ready to be eaten, they didn't wrap the burger even on take away order. Price a bit expensive though. There is no set here, everything is ala carte. Condiments are available at the counter, kechup, chili, and mustard. Takeaway drink is also own take at the counter. They have outdoor tables but many birds come after left over foods on the table.

They have outdoor seating so I thought we could eat outside with our dog. Unfortunately, apparently they need a permit which they don’t have. So no pets allowed on the patio. We simply ate on the benches along the sidewalk.

SHAKE SHACK offer good burgers, juicy with a nice sauce. Patties are good, not overcoocked. For the size i think the burger is a bit overpriced but overall it worth a visit for burgers fans. The restaurant itself is nice, ample space with an outdoor area. It is conviently located outside the Orchard mrt station.

oh man, the vanilla milkshake is out of this world. it’s so good and the cheesy hotdog, beats any baseball stadium. the burger almost tastes like a whopper, without the grilled part service is just so-so. btw you get refilled distilled water here

The 3rd and most recent outlet of this famous burger chain that has arrived in Singapore. Located next to Wheelock Place, you won’t be able to miss it if you walk along Orchard Rd/Boulevard. Some unique and exclusive offerings here like the Lemonades and Cold Brew by Common Man Coffee. All the usual burger and fries offerings on the menu including the Singapore-special Chicken burger.

Overall the quality burger was good, bun is soft and not soggy, patty good juicy and tasty and great to had mustard in sachet, although the service little bit slow. Need to wait to dine-in, 7-8 pm lil bit crowded Definitely will come back again when travel to SG.

It's been a long time since we had shake shack. Still remember the 1hr +( snaking queue at jewel pre COVID, my, how time has flew. Now they are every where. , Like decathlon and cotton on hahah. Ordered the basic shack burger with the sambal mayo fries. Tastes a bit weird, think sambal not suitable for fries. Not a nice combi. Burger is good. But I recommend you all to try burgs burger if you can find it. It's not longer at far east square Liao I realised

The infamous burger chain from west-coast USA arrived in downtown Singapore. I am addicted to their double cheeseburger. Their buttery brioche bun, juicy patty, melted american cheese, and the shack sauce hits the spot for me. Expect a messy dining experience when u eat here...

Overall a very pleasant meal! I was abit worried when I saw the negative reviews but I decided to give it a try and what I experienced was the complete opposite of the reviews! Chicken shack - I like the pairing between crunchy well fried chicken breast meat with pickles Cheese fries - The cheese sauce was very gooey and tasty (ps: they give alot of the cheese sauce) Strawberry milkshake - Very milky, fruity sweet in a good way Portion size is quite decent as well for the price. The self ordering system was also very efficient. Would definitely come back again :)

Shake Shack's 3rd restaurant in Singapore. Conveniently located on Orchard road with an indoor and outdoor seating area. The outside stall is to order take away food and drinks. Their burgers were as delicious as usual. If you want a good burger, please order the double Shackburger which has the best meat-to-bun ratio.

Great place to go if your craving a delicious burger! They have so many options to choose from! I also really like the cheese fries and the milkshakes are a must try! - Super thick and filling yet delicious! The brioche bun has such an exquisite taste as-well it makes the burger taste heavenly. Definitely recommend trying their burgers if you haven't already!

Lucky! There was no queue at Orchard outlet. I tried chicken burger, not fantastic. Beef burger is still a better choice. Too much Cheese sauce made the fries become soggy. Lemonade with lychee is still ok.

Newest Shake Shack outlet in town. When we visited, we had to queue for quite some while, but they provided us with an umbrella and brought us in when a seat was available. The self-ordering kiosk was quite easy to use and responsive as well. Although a little expensive, the food was quite good.

Great dine in spot next to Wheelock. Visited when it was raining and the staff were extremely gracious to hand out umbrellas to those queueing to enter outside. They have an iPad kiosk ordering with buzzer system so the ordering process is a lot smoother than the jewel outlet for us. The shakes and fries are still a thing of wonder.

Visited sometime back. Loved their outdoor seating, very clean and spacious! I'm a hugeeee lover for shake shack's bun, so chewy and tasty! It's OK. You will queue. Since it is so popular and because of COVID-19 precautions, it seems very "assembly line" in terms of experience. You place an order on a screen like McDonald's but there aren't enough screens so you also queue for that (after queuing to get into the restaurant) For the price, you don't get a lot of burger. It is tasty, but I think back to my Five Guys experience back in the USA and this Shake Shack burger is passable. Bun is a glossed potato bun. Not big patty. Cheese fries is melted cheese consistency of processed cheese at movie theater. Good taste. Maybe it's real cheese. The peanut butter shake is good. Two person meal — 2 standard burgers, two shakes, one cheese fries = $38

Was it tasty - yes, even for $15.90 which included the grab delivery fee. Does it look nice - no, is the box it came in a terrible use of resources- yes. Shakeshack, please do your part for the environment with the packaging.

I suppose expansion and the pandemic kinda diminished the queues because I waltz in for lunch with seats aplenty. Burgers tasted great although I should have kept it simple and avoided the spicy pepper relish, was perhaps a tad overwhelming. Fries were some of the best I've had in a long while; perhaps an unfair comparison since most I've had to have these days have been through delivery. Crisp on the outside, yet full of potato (flavor too) on the inside. But for real, a couple of small burgers, add fries, add lemonade and ... why does it feel like I had to take out a personal loan just to afford lunch?! Lol

Good burgers at a decent price point, good shakes especially the common man coffee and Pandan. The concretes with the Tarte by Cheryl Koh is great too. All in all it is a good complete meal for the price point. Much better than Five Guys.

Spent 4 days in Singapore and visited the Shake Shack 3 times. Best crinkle cut chips I've had in a long while. Nice and crunchy. Also loved the plain hot dog and crispy chicken burger. The bread is so nice! The food is better quality than what is offered at fast food chains in Australia.

The lady manning the counter at the front was really patient, she seemed happy or just contented to help even though I came back to order another burger. The burgers were large and tasted good, especially the cheese. Cheese fries were delicious too, but it gets grainy after sitting for a while, though I don't mind the grainy texture, it might put off some people. I'm glad Shake Shack has vegetarian options, and I will come by again another day.

I loved how they try to run their operation as smoothly as possible. And I absolutely love how attentive Mr Kelvin Ng is. I believe he's one of the manager there? He helped me get my lunch though today and it honestly wasn't possible without his help. Thank you for stepping up and going beyond your call of duty. The burgers are so yummy. Really love them .I'm a big fan of smash patties and each bite is juicy and tasty. Could never be able to finish a double but Shake Shack is the first . I'm able to polish off a double and have my happy burger baby. Thank you for bringing Shake Shack to SG

The environment is clean and comfortable, there are indoor and outdoor seating options, and the service attitude is good. It is an average burger restaurant. But at this price point, most of the ones I eat are chain store brands. The texture of the burger itself is more attractive to me, and the burger meat feels a little over seasoned.

The queue inside is exaggerated! I had to take out a glass of sparkling lemonade with cranberry. It was surprisingly delicious and I could eat the whole cranberry.
