J. L.Yes, the staff are friendly and service is prompt, but you know what is really 5-star worthy about this outlet? The chicken cutlets I've gotten from here are always perfectly done. Tender and moist, even after the mrt ride home. Can't say the same about other outlets.
T. Y.There used to often be 2 staff at this novena sq 2 outlet. These days I only see 1 person handling all the orders (physical and the endless beeping online orders).. there's definitely abit of wait time but the crew was still patient and trying to serve at his best. Food is good, but I hope the management can try their best to better the work environment for its crew. Would also be better if there can be a few payment options rather than cash only, provided that they have an extra crew to manage all the tasks at the outlet. Giving 1 less star for how I feel the management treats their crew! Hope there will be improvement the next round when I head over!

The xxl chicken is also always perfect, even if you don’t eat it straight away it stays crispy and moist shiok. Really the best shilin stall. always a good experience 🥰
