The food is really below average if you are talking about Thai food. The vegetable and seafood are not really fresh. The bean sprouts were a bit black already still serve to the customer. The service and environment is good.

Price is okay for the food but I find portions a bit small. Personally I won’t really recommend the Tom yum soup (clear) and not the sambal kangkong. Things I recommend: The pineapple fried rice was good. If you like the strong pineapple flavour and sweetness, you would appreciate this. The steamed sea bass with lime was pretty good too. Their fish seemed quite fresh and didn’t have the fishy smell. The soup had a little spice, giving your throat a slight kick. It is made refreshing with the citrus from the lime. Stuffed chicken wing was one of the better ones I’ve tried but I find that there was still a porky smell from the minced meat stuffing. Overall for the price, I would return again. Location wise is a bit inconvenient but it’s a trade off for the price. Service was quick and good!

Just had lunch with my wife. Food was so good, cheap and authentic. There is no service charge. We ordered Thai style Kang Kong, Tom yum seafood and a green curry chicken. Total costs were only $23.50. We went to their branches at King George Avenue and there was ample parking. Prices has gone up a bit but it's still very cheap. My wife and I had a tom yum seafood, long beans with minced pork and green curry. It costs only $29.45. Food is great and authentic

Not so little eatery that surrounds itself with hardware stores of the area. Humble simple decor. Staffed by very charming and hardworking Thai speaking waitresses and real Thai cooks in the back. Items on the menu are reasonably priced at an average $6 per dish. Portions size here are tapas like small. Perfect for groups of people whom enjoy having a large variety to pick off. Food was actually pretty good. But it was more like a zhi char with a mellow Thai influence rather than a full blown Thai flavour explosion experience.

2 thumbs up 👍🏻👍🏻 The food were authentic Thai and the flavours were bursting in my mouth! All the dishes were delicious and yums! We had the green curry, papaya salad, fried egg with seafood, Thai milk tea and red ruby. Super recommended!

This place gets crowded between 6PM and 8PM especially on the weekend. Reservations are recommended. Food comes out pretty quickly after ordering. The Thai milk tea, fried chicken skin, and fish cake were good. However, the kailan with pork, pad Thai, and Pandan chicken were OK.

A great place for dinner! Recommend their Green Curry, Pineapple Fried Rice, Phad Thai! Heard that their steam fish is good & reasonably priced too. Also enjoyed the classic Thai milk tea here. Tip: try to reserve a table else it can be quite a long wait on weekend evenings

Second time at Soi47 and first time using #burpplebeyond 1-for-1. - The dishes here are rather authentic and reasonably priced for the portion served. Expect small, single size option. On the bright side, it allows you to try more dishes in one seating. - Prices are estimated at around: ✔️Starters, Veg: $6 - $7 nett. ✔️ Meats: $6.80 - $8 nett. ✔️ Claypot: $10nett onwards ✔️ Thai special drinks: $3.50 nett - We paid a total of $35 for 4pax after using 2 x @burpplebeyondfans vouchers. - A short queue is expected during peak hours. Skip the Red Tom yam soup, it was negative in spicy level. Opt for the clear one instead for a good spicy kick!

Crowded on Saturday evening, better come before 5.30pm to queue. Food took a while to come as everyone ordered at the same time. Spent about $65 for 4 pax, with Thai fish cake, soup, green curry, fish, pork, papaya salad, fried rice and some drinks!

Very average Thai food but at affordable nett pricing. Won’t come back again as there are much better places. Tang Hoon Seafood $6 - average dish tasted like pad thai but abit on the sweeter side. The sotong was also soft and mushy, don’t think it was fresh. Basil chicken rice $5.50 - affordable price but small portion. Taste of basil is also not strong, don’t have any wok hei. Average tasting, have tried better ones at hawkers/food court. Papaya salad $4.80 - tasted just like shredded vegetables and slightly sour? No fish sauce, chilli and peanuts. Tasted so bland. Clear Tom yum chicken soup $6 - tasted like very diluted Tom yum soup. Sour and light tasting. Thai milk tea was ok, lemongrass drink taste like it was from syrup.

5stars for the food 1star for the customer service We came in before peak hours. The place was not packed, food was served pretty fast and the taste is very satisfactory. But looks like they don't have enough plates and cutleries coz they keep clearing our table while we were eating. One if their waitresses took the serving plate carefully but without asking us. Then we we finish eating, it's an improvement that she asked before clearing with, "You're finished eating, right?" I mean. 😂 Be attentive, but not intrusive. I am hoping to have a more overall pleasant dining experience next time. Coz I'm definitely eating here again. ❤️ Good food is one thing. Great customer experience is another.

Decided to pay this Thai food joint a visit after reading it on a food blog. the restaurant is located within walking distance from Lavender Mrt station. nice ambiance with cafe like setting. Order the tom yam soup, stir fried Kangkong with sambal, deep fried pork collar and Pad thai. Soup was very disappointing, very bland. Kangkong and pork collar was decent so was the Pad Thai. Overall, I feel that its really valuable for money . would love to try their other dish.

Fantastic Thai food! Price was affordable and no service charge! The steam fish is a must try dish, the fish meat is tender and you may request for more soup top up. A very satisfying meal. Please be sure to avoid lunch time, as they are always crowded. Will be back again for more! The place are clean too!

Came here with my friend and was highly recommended by him, the moment we started eating was the moment I knew it was highly recommended🤣 I love the bright setting of the place, very vibrant, very colourful, faint music in the background, there's some chattering some laughter and I really like the vibe of this place😊 Then comes the food, you can see the progressive ordering of food and the food comes really fast, too bad we eat faster than the food arrival😂 Anyways, I love the food, fantastic flavour and quite affordable, I'll be visiting this place again in the future😋

One of our favourites, amongst all the local Thai restaurants. Prices are wallet-friendly and the food is tasty - authentic as one gets in Singapore. At least it isn’t too salty, or oily. It’s a very casual joint and usually pretty busy in the evenings. Due to COVID, the seating capacity has been reduced but thankfully we didn’t have to queue too long (similar waiting time as before). Recommend the fish (so worth it) and get them coconuts!

Quite a nice place. Food was decent and pricing was alright. 2 of us spent about 25, ordering 3 dishes and a drink. The queue was quite long and seemed quite disorganised as it wasn't really a queue. make sure the staff know that you are waiting.

Ordered a Seafood Phad Thai and a Pandan Chicken. Wasn't impressed with either - the Phad Thai had only 2 prawns and some small nibbles of squid (if you can even find it in the photo below!), while the chicken in the pandan chicken was rather bland and unraveled itself once the pandan wrapping was removed. However the staff is friendly and the price is reasonable, which made dining a pleasant experience.

Affordable, delicious Thai food. The whole steamed fish was less than 20 dollars and super worth, have been here twice already and planning to come again. Parking right next door also with an open air carpark. Thai milk tea, mango sticky rice and all the classic dishes are good here too.

Highly recommend their Thai-style Omelette, it's good and oily, the way it should be. Apart from that, I had sambal kangkong, basil pork, and pineapple rice. All are nice. But I felt their spring rolls are not so good, so I would pass on that.

Love the authentic Thai food here! Very flavourful and yet not too salty or too spicy to overpower the taste of everything. We ordered the Steam Sotong with Thai Lim sauce, the soup was excellent, and it tasted better with time as the fire heating up the soup with all ingredients. Definitely worth to visit again! In general, all the food is delicious, but the Tom Yum Clear Soup is especially clean and delicious! The amount of pad thai was smaller than I expected🥹 The price was cheap and I went to this place with no expectations, but it's a place I want to go again! I went in at 7pm on a Friday night without a wait, but I left after 8pm, so Q was quite long!
