Reviews of Soi Thai Kitchen
Thai food here is really good, especially the clear tom yam soup.
Overall dishes are tasty. Their pad Thai, Tom yam and deep fried garlic pork is a must try!
PS: Just take note that there will be queue during dinner time. So do make your way there earlier to avoid the crowd.
Authentic Thai food and very nice people. They served a dish that we didn’t ordered, we offered to pay for it but they refused, even gave us container to pack the food since we couldn’t finish. There are tables inside and outside the shop though very popular during meal time. Will come back again to try their fish!
Tastes pretty good for my Singaporean palate. Priced rather affordable too. Usually crowded but you can make reservation with their friendly staff!
Reasonable prices, rustic place (bare decor, no ac), cash/paynow only, no gst, no service charge. Quite popular- not many seats left on a Monday near to 2pm...
There is $7 set lunch promotion now, quite worthwhile. The mango sticky rice is nice.
Best Thai food I has ever had!! Best of all, no GST no service charge! The taste is consistent and fantastic! Comes with perfect portion, fish meat is incredibly filling 💯 if only there’s Thai sambal Chili that would be perfect!
Would recommend the basil pork rice (tasty & value for money $7.90) and the fried pork neck (tender and juicy meat, lightly fried).
Would not recommend the pineapple rice (too dry and lack of pineapple) and red Tom yum soup (too thick and salty even after we requested for less salty)
Service from staff is very good. Place can get crowded during meal times.
pad thai, basil chicken rice, and mango sticky rice
pad thai and chicken rice slightly spicy but tastes good
first time trying mango sticky rice and it was nice too!
good proportion and just cooked(warm)
In my opinion, if you order the right dishes, the experience would be great for you. Soi Thai gets it right when it comes to certain dishes like rice noodles, but their tomyum and curry dishes leaves much to be desired. The outlet could be cleaner in my opinion. Thai iced tea is good (love it). My go to Thai food in Singapore ❤️
Overall the food is nice and the clear tomyam soup is flavourful. Portion is great and worthy. its just that the pandan chicken outer layer a bit hard, like kinda overcooked but still juicy and tasty. The prawn could be better as well if they use fresh prawn.
Very authentic and flavourful. Love their red tom yum(seafood) and Fried Omelette 😋 . Green Milk Tea was also very refreshing. Will come back again for more
I have lived in Thailand for 4 years. I’m not sure my favorite Thai restaurant in Thailand, but I’m truly sure my most satisfying Thai restaurant on the island! If you wanna get authentic and yummy Thai cuisine, I would highly recommend you to Soi Thai. Good food, hospitality service and fair price! Definitely visit it at least once a month🤣
Reasonable price Thai food that taste quite alright. Phai Thai tasted a little too sweet but it was nicely balance off by the chilli powder. The chilli powder is really spicy. The pork cheek which is listed as one of it speciality tasted like normal pork chop strip with more fats. Is was tender but flavour wise just so so. The mango salad was good. Crunchy strips of mango with a good balance of sweetest and sour. Tried the green curry, felt it was average at best. A little too sweet the green curry tasted.
During meal time it does get crowded, do prepare to wait for a seat.
Traditional Thai Foods, price reasonable, taste good! Worth to have a try if you are craving for Thai Foods 👍
Nice neighbourhood authentic Thai cuisine restaurant. Reasonable pricing and good quality food. Must try.
Very reasonable priced and highly efficient staff! food was very good...recommend for a quick thai fix in the west😋
Authentic Thai food. The lunch set price has recently increased to $8.5 with a main and a drink. I will still come again when I crave for Thai food
Small area with decent authentic Thai food at affordable prices. Expect a crowd and a bit of waiting during meal times. Will definitely be back. Food smelled so good, I dug in and forgot about taking photos. (: Cash only, for those wondering.
Good Thai food and affordable prices in the neighbour hood. Nothing fancy about the ambience. The good tasting food made up for it. Be prepared for queue during peak hours!
Hidden gem of Jurong West. Be prepared to queue if dining at regular hours. Chicken skin must order!
Always my go to place when craving food back home. Pork knuckle is always the star in every meal😉
We ate lunch here. Quick, tasty and affordable. It’s a very simple restaurant. Food is very close to authentic Thai food. Spiciness seems a bit reduced but it is still very flavorful.
Will definitely come here again for a meal!
definately a queue worthy thai restaurant in the west. did not try every dishes. but the ones I've ordered is relatively authentic and worth the penny. Dishes savoured > thai milk tea, signature pork collar, phad thai, tom yum kun-chicken (red curry) and mango salad.
Such heat n such brightness - making miss Bangkok and crave Thai food.
So lovely n authentic Thai food. Fairly generous portions; value for money, too.
Loving Soi Thai Kitchen, Block 502 Jurong West.
Reasonable price and foods come in big portion! Do try belachan pork, my hubby loves it! Juicy and flavourful.
Yum, Authentic, Traditional Thai food. What else can I ask for. Solid gem in the secrets of Singapore.
Nice authentic Thai food found at western part of Sg.
Delicious
The family thought that the food this evening was much better than a few months back. So there was probably a change in the cook. The highlight for me was the dessert I had tonight.
Customer service by the big guy is excellent. He super friendly and nice ps didnt catch his name)
Food wise is delicious as well, would recommend to get their red tomyum and pandan chicken. Iced milk tea is delicious too. Can try their fried kuay teow also (thai style)
How packed the place is, is really based on your luck, so be prepare to wait awhile especially during dinner time (6-7pm)
Prices have gone up to $8.50 for the lunch set meal, and the opening hours are now shorter.
Absolutely delicious. I have eaten there three times. Pad thai, green curry mango salad and tom yum soup were all very very good.
I went again last night and had the yellow ginger chicken which tasted good but way too oily. They lost a star.
Some servers weren’t so courteous really. Food was great. Pad Thais and Thai fried rice good. Tom Yum Clear is good. Don’t get the coconut one as it’s not as nice. Egg omelette is good
Overall the food is good. Tomyum soup is flavourful but I do expect it will have sliced fish since it is Seafood tomyum soup. The fried pork cheek is very good and tasteful. Score higher than average compared to food court Thai food.
Ordering through foodpanda, the delivery man did not pick up my drink so I called the restaurant to query. They apologised multiple times and even threw in a couple of desserts to compensate when I went there. The service is really extraordinary and the staff is extremely friendly! I apologise if I sounded too mean over the phone! 😓 Would 10/10 recommend dining there for their heavenly authentic Thai cuisine!
Really enjoyed the tom yum fried rice and how fresh herbs and spices were used to give it a refreshing kick. However, would prefer if the rice is more dry, and separated.
Nice Thai food with reasonable price range. Recommend clear tomyam and deep fried pork neck meat. The fried fish is a no go though.
First time try out they food 😋
Nice and delicious Thai. Food
Overall pretty good! I thought the pad thai and the fried pork cheek were the best dishes amongst the ones we ordered.
Seriously yummy and affordable food. Definitely try their tom yum soup (normal and clear both taste great), their stuffed chicken wings and pandan chicken.
Ordered the garlic fried pork, fried vermicelli with prawn and thai style fried kangkong. All are tasty.
Good service. And i enjoyed the background thai songs haha.
Tasty affordable Thailand’s cuisine. Could have Thailand’s beer. No air conditioner so hot that you might be sweat as you have very hot soup
Quite oily stuff, but food are nice.
Reasonable price except for the Thai Ice Tea 😱
Overall not bad.
Quite good actually. Kra Pow Pork has a nice balance of sweet, spicy and saltiness taste.
SUPER DARN GOOD THAI FOOD!!!!
Fast service and decent pricing. Would reccomend the honey chicken and the basil pork 10/10 for taste :)
Yummy and reasonable pricing!
Quality of food is great. There is always a queue but the wait is usually acceptable.
No service charge or GST. Food so so but not too bad for neighbourhood Thai food
nice yummy authentic thai food, price is not expensive
Food is NICE and reasonably priced. Pork knuckle is FANTASTIC. Staff are friendly
Average thai food. But reasonable price at neighbourhood. Tomyam is good
Very authentic and nice Thai food. Price is value too.
Love the food there. A bit pricey for Thai food, but ok la..
Located near an HDB block, it has authentic food, music, style and people. Expect a long wait but it was worth it.
Great food, definitely not the food court. Price decent and good service.
Food was great but hard to find a parking lot of you are driving.
Friendly service and excellent Thai cuisine for a heartland outlet and price
Can have a try, food is good, price is acceptable
Food n price are nice n reasonable
Average food and reasonable price
Food delicious 🥰🥰
Food is reasonable at this price!😁
