Had a delicious, satisfying and scrumptious dinner today at Streat’s cafe. Every dish we ordered was perfectly prepared. It was worth every dollar spent. Will definitely visit again!

Great place to hangout! They have great food variety and the food was nice especially the beef crispy noodle. Service staff is attentive and thank you for the great service!

Nice food, not all, but nice enough to garner 3 of my food stars. That day, the chicken had a gamey taste (Kung Pao chicken spaghetti). The satay was ok since it was frozen supplied. The nice thing was a big housefly suddenly flew onto the sweet and sour fish and we exclaimed quite loudly. The manageress came over and immediately offered to change a brand new dish for us. We thought it was delightful gesture and great customer service. We hope visit again soon. Damage was $40+. Cashback discount could be applied too 4%.

Today i tried their new menu, sirloin beef spaghetti,medium well doneness. The steak was beyond my expectations for a 30sgd price tag because they manage to get the doneness as asked. Its not ur usual family restaurant level where the doneness is always either towards raw or too well done. The steak was done crisp on the outside and juicy in the inside. Without the sauce was already great. Would come here again to satisfy my steak cravings.

Good variety of food. Glad that the restaurant added more vegetarian dishes suitable for vegans. The food is delicious. Excellent service from staff especially Ocean who is very attentive to customers' needs and is very friendly. Will visit Streats @ City Square again and will recommend this restaurant to those who enjoy halal dim sum and local dishes.

I went in for an early Lunch today about 12.15pm as I saw it and remembered going there with a friend several years ago. I like this City Square Mall location. The staff member who greeted me was pleasant and seated me at a nice table near the windows. I didn’t have a phone to do the QR code so she brought me over a menu. I ordered the Macau chicken chop and fried rice, and a Sprite. The decor and decoration was attractive, it was very clean and the atmosphere of the restaurant was lovely, not crowded or noisy. It was a pleasant relaxed atmosphere which I liked. The meal and drink arrive promptly. Quite a good size portion of well-cooked chicken and a mound of rice. Not a massive size meal but adequate. Not many vegetables in the fried rice and overall I found the taste of it all a bit too sweet. But I was hungry and ate it all. I find all Singapore cafes and restaurants expensive and thought maybe this was a bit over-priced at a total of $18.65 (AU$21.15). The staff and atmosphere made this a pleasant lunch experience.

Being a “regular” is extra special when the manager of the store remembers my husband and my typically order here. No, we don’t come here weekly, probably at most once a month. Yet without fail, she remembers our fave must-have: Ayam Penyat. What surprises me even more is she even remembers our fave drinks! They can be a really busy shop, but having their store manager remembers our fave dishes is an elevated experience on its own! Actually their QR code menu also remembers our previous order. So great convenience! So far, ayam penyat is always of awesome standard - warm tasty rice, crispy outside and soft inside chicken, superb chilli, great chicken soup! Makes my heart warm and tummy full! I have tried a lot of variety in their menu they are great too!

No complaints about the food itself. Delicious and reasonably priced. Staff is great too. Although it seems like they were light on staff and it was super hectic. My only gripe is that the food for my wife came out much quicker than my dish. She had a chicken chop fried rice and I had the HK fried noodles. What's odd is this same issue happened at another location too where our food wasn't served around the same time. And when I say that I mean my wife literally finished her entire meal before mine came.

The taste of the food are so so. It's good though that they have a wide variety of cuisjnes & menu. I was not just happy with the kid's menu. I ordered a rice meal for my 1 yr old baby but to my dismay, the rice is not a bit dry instead of tender. They should have cooked it in such a way that kids will be able to digest it easily but even me found it a bit undercooked.

Quite good. I asked for less salt in food, less sugar in drink, and the set meal was quite palatable as a result. If you're particular like me, ask for less oil too. Slightly pricey for the quality ($16)

I will post in Japanese. When you enter City Square Mall from Farrer Park Station on the 1st floor, it's a shop on the left, so you're likely to miss it, but I like the Nasi Remak Set B with Fried Egg as a topping and I've eaten it many times. I entered. This and the lychee and aloe drink will make you feel pretty happy. XO's seafood noodles were also delicious.
