It’s always welcoming coming here to have dinner, staff is approachable & still deliver their service with a smile even they are with mask. Food is serve just right not much or less not too hot just right to eat with comfort. I finished my bowl 😅

Staffs are friendly Zainab, Zulaika, Farhan. Helping me ordering my food cos I can't scan to order food. The ambience and music not so loud and after 12 hour shift I really enjoy my Dinner.

Rice bowls were good, vegetables used for side dishes were very different in quality. One was fresh and new, the other was old and stringy. Not just at this outlet. Sukiya, shape up your ingredient control and stop passing the buck to your junior staff.

Sukiya is my loviya. Im never sickiya of sukiya. I frequently come to sukiya. It Is inside a nice mall and near mrt, very convenient. Takeaway machine is very convenient. The staff work very quickly and efficiently, i get my order sometimes in less than a minute ⏱️😱🤯. In a blink of an eye my beef bowl arrives

i will never get sickiya of sukiya. i go to sukiya every saturdaya and it never gets oldiya. my orders always come very fast that it’s mind boggling. very cozy and nice place right near the mrt. i loviya sukiya😍😍

Delicious meal & complimentary tea served by a polite staff named Aizzat! Great weekend to start with thanks to him! The food is portionally right and price wise is quite affordable! Highly recommend their melted cheese gyundon, it gives an additional fulfillment to your stomach!!

The food is pretty good here. Can see that there's lacking of manpower in the store but the service is fast.

There's quite a lot of houseflies flying around, did you guys forget to close the fridge or something Edit #1: fly problem is still there after a few weeks, they must've been enjoying the buffet in the kitchen Edit #2: a year later, houseflies are gone! good job sukiya crew members!

Food was literally amazing bur service kinda sucked cause there was a “queue” and I did not know whether to sit myself down or wait for the staff to serve me. I ended up sitting myself down bit would be nice if staff actually paid attention to customers outside.

Discovered these guys via Grab delivery. First order was only rice bowls and they were tasty. (beef yakiniku & chicken yakitori). Both M sized and portion was good. Today ordered same rice bowls but added the half boiled eggs plus okra topping. Wow. Eggs came uncracked. Ok nevermind, I crack myself. However, eggs were COLD. As were the okra topping. PLUS the potion of Okra was so pathetically small! Had to microwave my food just to eat. Your website says price for okra topping is only 1.80. That's fair for the portion. Grab app is 3.30 though, which is a bloody rip off. Please also don't assume customers are stupid and talk about Grab platform fees. Price gouging is never ok.

Was provided excellent impeccable services on 31st May about 1.00pm from all staff. It was a delicious Japanese beef rice with that egg and choice of fried chix karaage and brown rice green tea which my daughter enjoyed. Thank you very much as we appreciated it.
